• GIOVANNA (9/5): - C'era tutto quello che serviva anche la macchinetta per fare il caffè e l'occorrente per il the', il frigo con l'acqua di cortesia, il phon, gli sgabelli per appoggiare le valigie, lo spazio sufficiente per fare esercizio al mattino. Insomma non ci è mancato niente. In più la posizione ideale per girare Napoli ovunque! L'unico piccolo neo, la testata del letto che sarebbe da rinnovare
• Diego (10/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, tiene mucho encanto por su antigüedad y estar en el Casco histórico dentro de lo que era un antiguo Palacio de una de las familias más poderosas de Nápoles. La puerta de la entrada al Palacio , es impresionante, de madera y con mucha antigüedad. El apartamento está dentro de los standares para alojarte y descansar después de comer, pizza, pizza frita y pasta, al menos yo no necesito más. Salvatore el anfitrión, es muy amable, se preocupa de que no te quede ninguna duda y explica todo perfectamente. Cualquier problema, contesta enseguida. Sin duda repetiré si algún día vuelvo a Nápoles. Recomiendo cenar en el Upnea, un gastro bar a 3 minutos andando y en el Palazzo de Petrucci en la misma plaza en frente al Palazzo. Al lado hay una parada de taxis , nos cobraron 24€ al aeropuerto. Nada que reprochar, todo ha estado muy bien. Miento, no me gustó, que mientras la reserva , BOOKING, que no Salvatore , me mencionó que tendría Taxi al alojamiento gratuito y finalmente no fue así, sí durante la reserva, os pasa, que sepáis de mano que es mentira, da igual que lo reclaméis , BOOKING se ha lavado las manos.

• Davide Carfaro (9/5): - Posizione ottima. L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico. Il titolare è una persona gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente, visto anche il prezzo, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti.
• Andra-Ioana (9/5): - Locația, clădirea, apa calda. Unul dintre dormitoare este camera de trecere, probabil nu observasem această informație, nu am depunctat din aceasta cauză. Nu toate veiozele funcționau. Husa de pat aproape pietrificată de atâtea spălări. Camera între dormitoare, un fel de salon fara ferestre sau hol, sau chicinetă, ar putea fi amenajată mai bine. Iar administratorul să fie mai calm.

Non dimenticheremo il nostro soggiorno (6 notti) a Palazzo Carafa della Spina!

• Luca (10/5): - Posizione perfetta, proprio sulla SpaccaNapoli. L'host, Salvatore, è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito e provvisto di tutti gli accessori necessari per una vacanza, compresi ferro e asse da stiro. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Napoli.

• andreas (7/5): Zentral aber sehr einfach und hellhörig - Sehr zentral und geräumig, Vermieter hat flexibel auf unsere spätere Ankunft durch Flugverspaetung reagiert. Sehr einfache und billigste Ausstattung, es fehlte ein Küchentisch an dem man sitzen kann. Man muss auch nicht morgens um 8:00 anrufen wo die Fotos der Ausweise bleiben, ein WhatsApp hätte genügt. Etwas mehr Gelassenheit des Vermieters wären schön. Man muss auch nicht jedes Schloss aufwendig erklären, wie man es aufschließt, wir sind alle erwachsen und haben schon öfter ein Türschloss mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet.

Aria condizionata top e doccia top con acqua calda. Cucina perfetta! Veramente centrale, a piedi raggiungi praticamente le principali vie e punti d’interesse. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare a napoli!!!

• Leon (5/5): Non tornerò - Non c'è parcheggio. Purché nella descrizione della camera ci sia riferimento al parcheggio non c'è. C'è un parcheggio privato a pagamento vicino al palazzo ma sé capitate come noi nell' giorno che è già tutto noleggiato per eventi non c'è spazio per parcheggiare la macchina. E dato che è zona centrale vecchia napoli, le strade sono molto strette e difficili di fare manovre . Non la consiglio per chi deve arrivare con un mezzo proprio.

Host was friendly and easily reachable for whatever was needed . It was comfortable for a group of people , two bathrooms is also a plus .

Our host was excellent and helped us with everything. I really recommend this place. The description of the property on the page is very confusing. I think making the bedding situation and room layout more obvious would help. Other than this everything was perfect.

In the heart of the historical centre inside a very quiet private area with guard for most of the time Appartment was very silent with moschito nets at the windows and great temperature . Double rooms and double toilettes were great for a family of 4. The owner was very professional giving us a lots od details and recommandations and always reachable. The furnitures eg bed frames may require a refreshement including pillows. The bed sheets covering the matress were plastified ( for better protection of the matress) and this can be a bit uncomfortable ( no perspiration) and noisy. For longer stay some cleaning stuff might be appreciated as well as a small table in the middle room for a quick breakfast. the appartment was overall ok and clean with recommandation of some small maintanance work.

Beds are comfy and even if in the center of the old town, during the night there is basically no noise! Location is the best I ever experienced so far in this beautiful city, everything is just around the corner! To arrive you can get out in Dante metro station and then walk about 5 minutes. Big step at the entrance of the building, keep this in mind when booking (if you have walking problems)

• Mimi (10/5): Extremely Pleasant and Friendly. - The apartment Palazzo Carfa della Spina is located in a 16th century palace from the time of the Aragonese rule of Naples. In front of the wooden gate with interesting graffiti you are greeted by two statues of lions. Through the door you enter the courtyard of the palace, the facade is not renovated and is ruined. In the palace is located modernly decorated apartment, clean, comfortable with complete equipment for a pleasant stay for tourists. The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, in a busy pedestrian street, perhaps one of the most interesting with many bars, restaurants and interesting small shops, but it is completely quiet for rest. In the vicinity of the apartment, almost all the sights of the city are within walking distance. The ones that are further away are easily accessible because the Dante metro station is nearby. The owner Salvatore is a pleasant, kind and caring young man who immediately responds positively to the requests of the guests. I highly recommend Palazzo Carfa della Spina apartment. If I go again in the future in Naples wouldn't ask for another apartment to stay in. Thank you, Salvatore, for all your understanding during our stay in Naples. ​ None.

The owner was so kind to give us a map of Naples and recommendations without even asking. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom which was a plus. Overall we had a really good time, and we recommend this booking if you want to sleep in the middle of Naples. Note that you cannot smoke inside of the apartment.
