• Verified traveler (10/5): Cute studio in prime downtown area! - The studio was lovely. It had a nice-sized bed, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a patio. It is in a trendy neighborhood that is ideal for someone looking for downtown, city nightlife. It's close to many cute and affordable restaurants, cafés and bars. To get to Acropolis and touristy areas, driving is the quickest -- if you are someone who is relying on walking or public transportation, it takes 20 to 40 mins based on your mode of transportation. I liked that there is a supermarket across the street -- very convenient and affordable -- and there is a washer/dryer in the apartment. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. The communication was excellent! Christina was quick to reply to my questions, and she gave good instructions for checking in/out. She also arranged my airport transfer. I would definitely book again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellente location - Studio parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Athènes. Proche du stade panathénaïque, à 15 min à pied du Métro ligne 3 Evangelismo. Depuis l'aéroport, pratique, aucun changement (possibilité de prendre le bus X95 également, qui circule nuit et jour). Kitchenette, petit salon, 1 grand lit avec armoire, petit balcon donnant sur cours, 1 salle de douche avec WC. Proximité de commerces, restaurants. Excellente communication avec Christina, en amont du séjour.

Great location. Clean, perfect size, it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Athens! Nothing!

• Steven (10/5): - This review will be one of the easiest I've ever done. First, I'll start with how the photo of the apartment is EXACTLY like what you get. No enhancements or misleading images. Second.. the ammenities are abundant.. as is the MODERN and CLEAN environment of the place. You feel right at home the instant you arrive. It is STRATEGICALLY located.. so if you want to spend some time in Greece and get to see all the sights and sounds.. come stay here. It is walkable to nearly everything.. and if needed, walkable to a dozen strategically placed bus, tram and train stops. There's a supermarket RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.. and TONS of eateries located just around the various corners. And last but definitely not least.. the propery manager.. CHRISTINA.. is the loveliest soul you will ever encounter. If you're coming to Athens.. come stay here. You will thank me later.
• Antonia (9/5): Amazing responsive host and a spacious, clean and beautiful apartment with a lot of amenities! - Christina was soo kind, helpful and always available to assist. She sent me clear instructions before I arrived which put me at ease. It was so good to have an open communication portal with her in English considering there is no reception desk. The apartment was amazing and so spacious for a solo traveler (even for 2 people would be perfect). I wish I stayed longer as it was so comfortable, clean and aesthetically appealing. Considering the buildings in the area are older - this apartment is really modern inside. A lovely big open kitchen and lounge area and spacious bed room. The aircon was perfect for the hot Greece weather. Extra towels available in the cupboard. Quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely book here again. I struggled to open the lock box - so luckily my taxi driver assisted me as it required some strength and tugging. I did not fully understand how the switch board in the room worked to switch the boiler on so I had a few cold showers until I figured it out - with help from the host. There is a bakery under the apartments however, I did not hear much noise coming from it, only the food smells seeping into my room. Overall a really good stay!

• Waltl (8/5): Place has everything you need! - Very nice place in the perfect location to explore Athens and many bars, cafés, restaurant closeby. I realized that there is a bakery in the same building where people start to work during the night. This was quite noisy, so if you are a light sleeper you might consider bringing ear plugs.

There are a lot of cute coffee shops and foodspots close by as well as different modes of transport. Luca ja a warm and welcoming host that was always reachable. 10/10 recommendation

• Patricia (8/5): Lovely apartment for a short stay - Lovely and comfortable little apartment, with great facilities and everything one needs for a business or holiday trip. A coffee machine with capsules, soap, and many clean towels were provided. 10 minutes by feet from Evaggelismos metro station, next door to bakeries, cafes, and convenience stores. The apartment is not particularly bright or sunny, considering that the only window overlooks an interior patio and due to the same reason it doesn't air well, but this wasn't too disturbing for me because I was mostly out the door.

Supermarkets, cafes an restaurants are very close to the apartments It’s almost not possible to sit at the balcony because pigeons make the balcony dirty :)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good apartment with NO services - The apartment is well equipped and in good location but there is no services of any kind. Once they give us the key, that it is.We stayed 5 days they did not clean or change bed sheets even once. We asked for an extra roll of Toilet paper and they refused to provide and said we have to go an buy, it is not part of their services. Unfortunately , it was a religious holiday vacation day and all the stores were closed.
