• Marit (7/5): Mooi en ruim appartement in het centrum van Rome - Het is een prachtig appartement, met drie slaapkamers. De locatie is super. Op 200 meter van een heel leuk en gezellig plein met restaurants, een supermarktje en bakker en elke ochtend is het markt. Verder ligt het op loopafstand van de belangrijke attracties in Rome. Wij hebben alles te voet gedaan. Het appartement is vrij donker, er komt niet zoveel daglicht binnen. In de ruime woonkamer staat een bank die als bedbank kan dienen. Een extra bank en/of enkele fauteuils erbij zou fijn zijn zodat je met het hele gezelschap in de woonkamer kunt zitten na een dagje Rome verkennen. Dat is onze tip aan de eigenaar om daarin te voorzien voor meer comfort. Verder is het appartement vrij gehorig door de houten trap en vide. De derde slaapkamer is boven de woonkamer gemaakt en aan de raamzijde in open verbinding met de woonkamer. Om deze derde slaapkamer te bereiken moet je bukken omdat er een houten balk op de overloop is. Dat is een aandachtspunt als je er 's nachts uit moet en dan niet aan de balk denkt.

• Roisin (5/5): Good location & decent space, but let down by poor communication and lack of accommodation from host - Great location and easy walking distance to main sites. The apartment itself was a good size for our group and worked well once we were settled in. Communication and flexibility were frustrating—especially around early arrival, bag storage, and unaddressed maintenance issues like the toilet. The unit was also quite dark, noisy at night, and had very low ceilings upstairs.

• Miriam (6/5): Dal dire al fare... - Possibilità di soggiorno per 6 persone. Dopo la prenotazione c'è stata testuale proposta dell'host "il check-in inizia alle 15:00 ma se arrivate prima e abbiamo staff in presenza potrete lasciare i bagagli dentro l'appartamento. Potete messaggiarci 10-15 minuti prima del vostro arrivo all'appartmento cosi possiamo coordinarci con la donna delle pulizie." A questa proposta è seguita la mia anticipazione nel dire che effettivamente avremmo potuto aver bisogno di lasciare i nostri zaini in alloggio prima del check-in. Fatto sta che ben un'ora prima del nostro arrivo in alloggio ho avvisato l'host dell'orario del nostro arrivo e guarda caso la donna delle pulizie non riusciva a stare all'appartamento per il nostro arrivo... e ci è stato raccomandato un deposito bagagli a pagamento! Sono stata avvisata che l'appartamento fosse pronto alle 14.33. Questo comportamento non l'ho trovato corretto... se non c'è effettivamente la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in è inutile proporlo. Alloggio su 2 piani suddivisi da una scala interna: ogni volta che al piano di sopra camminavano, sembrava dovesse cadere giù il soffitto per come scricchiolava. Nel barattolo dello zucchero c'era il sale... e dopo aver "zuccherato" tutti i caffè, per poco non davamo di stomaco. PULIZIA DA MIGLIORARE SENZ'ALTRO.

• Joanna (8/5): 4 osobowa grupa - Bardzo miły i sprawny kontakt z personelem. Apartament udało się przygotować trochę wcześniej, za co byłyśmy bardzo wdzięczne! Rewelacyjna lokalizacja dla osób chcących zwiedzać historyczne centrum miasta Mieszkanie jest dość ciemne, a widok z okien niezbyt przyjemny. Jest też słabo wyciszone- bardzo niosą się hałasy z klatki schodowej oraz sąsiednich mieszkań. Podłoga w sypialni na antresoli bardzo trzeszczy co było niekomfortowe dla użytkowników sypialni poniżej
• Victor (5/5): - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, idéalement situé en plein cœur de la ville et à proximité immédiate de tous les points d’intérêt. Le nombre de chambres correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’appartement manque de luminosité, du fait de sa configuration entourée d’immeubles, ce qui le rend assez sombre. Même si la propreté générale était correcte, l’ensemble paraît assez ancien et mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les murs présentent plusieurs marques liées aux déplacements de meubles, ce qui accentue l’impression de vétusté. Concernant la literie, une chambre était confortable, mais les autres couchages, notamment le clic-clac, manquaient de maintien et se sont révélés peu adaptés pour un couple. Globalement, l’appartement gagnerait à être modernisé pour offrir un meilleur confort.

Faltó el microondas (a pesar de estar en la lista de servicios prestados). Hubiese estado bueno tener elementos para cocina como aceite, aceto, etc.

• Carmen (7/5): Buena. - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Era tranquilo, pero porque era interior. Eché de menos un ascensor porque son muchas escaleras, más de las que me dijeron. No había todo el menaje necesario para 6 personas. Yo haría una reforma en los baños. Faltaba un armario en una habitación.

• Cornel (10/5): Loved it. - Good location, very spacious even for a numerous family, clean and reasonably priced. The owner is kind and cooperative and the instructions for the accommodation process are quite thorough. Some tear and wear, but nothing important.

Wszystko było ładnie wyjaśnione na WhatsApp. Komunikacja OK. Jest kilka rzeczy, ktore byly wyjątkowo slabe. 1. Zamek w drzwiach łazienki na dole. Trudno go zamknąć, a jak zamknąłem to nie mogłem otworzyć sie od środka. 2. Prysznic na dole. Praktycznie za każdym razem wzięcie prysznica oznaczało zalaną całą podłogę. 3. Co najbardziej mnie nieprzyjemnie zaskoczyło.... podróżuje ze swoim Partnerem po całym świecie i zawsze jak gdzies sie zatrzymujemy proszę o to, by kupić dla niego świeże kwiaty i dołączyć liścik. Oczywiście oferuje za to odpowiednie wynagrodzenie, bo bardzo mi na tym zależy. To byla pierwsza taka sytuacja, ze mi tego odmowiono z komentarzem, ze targ z kwiatami jest nieopodal. Przyznam, ze jestem bardzo niemiło zaskoczony. Dlatego na pewno tam już nie wrócę, bo zawsze chce miłością zaskakiwać mojego Partnera.

• Francesca (8/5): - I due appartamenti che abbiamo prenotato erano uno affianco all’altro. La casa è adatta a gruppi piccoli ma anche gruppi più numerosi. La posizione è comoda a tutto e permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Roma. Disponibili asciugamani per tutti gli ospiti. Uno dei due bagni era un po’ vecchio, con rifiniture rovinate. Inoltre presente la vasca, che purtroppo fa allagare il bagno facendo la doccia. Il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, non avendo fatto il check in di persona, mi è stato detto di lasciarlo sul tavolo in contanti e avrei preferito saperlo prima del mio arrivo. Gli aspetti “negativi” non incidono eccessivamente se si alloggia una sola notte come abbiamo fatto noi.

• Dorothy (6/5): - The location is great, but the noise every night is annoying. The apartment had a bad smell that the scented plugin in the bathroom masked until it stopped working. The 4 person availability is a stretch. I had to sleep on the pullout couch and it was horrible. The amenities were more than indicated. Those should all be included so people don’t bring stuff they don’t need to bring, such as laundry detergent was provided so i wouldn’t have brought any with us. The same with dish soap and sponge, iron and ironing board and other items. The pictures of the inside need to be updated, and it needs to be specific that it is 1 bedroom and a pullout couch. It was very SECURE with 2 gates and numerous locks on the hallway and a deadbolt on the apartment door so we felt extremely safe. We stayed 15 days, but the toilet paper was not nearly enough for the 2 of us. The problem is that it is not readily available. After searching numerous stores and pharmacies we ended up with Kleenex tissues. The washing machine was nice to have, but being non Italian we had to YouTube how to use that model which was not easy to find. So many great instructions were provided for use of the heat, portable air conditioner, electric panel etc… please include instructions for the washer. The inside of the washer had mold, but we had bleach wipes and cleaned it then left it propped open. There were extra sheets but we needed extra blankets at night during October.

• Theresa (9/5): Wonderful location & quality apartments - We booked two separate apartments with Cappellari and they were our favorite accommodations during all our time in Italy. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and we loved the Italian charm they had. Kitchens were well stocked with what we needed to cook dinner. We were a short walk from most of the main attractions in Rome. We would stay here again... Experienced some minor plumbing issues (typical of older buildings) and the ceiling height on the loft of one apartment was very low. We hit our heads on the beams a few times, as you had to duck to get from bedroom to bathroom.

No closets, lived out of suitcases. 2nd floor had low beams with warnings to duck, no light switch in hall so had to grope to find beams so you did not smack your head. Cheap and dirty couch for 3 people, others sat on plastic chairs. Kitchen is TINY with very small refrigerator. Minimal pots/pans. No dishwasher. Entry foyer reeked of garbage smell as garbage was overflowing, 1 outlet in bedroom next to radiator and no nightstand lights in bedroom .

Locali ampi e gradevoli, anche se un po' bui. Condizioni di manutenzione precarie, specialmente degli infissi che non filtrano alcun suono della strada: avendo tre locali al di sotto, con relativo vociare dei clienti e rimozione al mattino presto di immondizia e bottiglie, servirebbero degli infissi anti-rumore per permettere un sonno più gradevole. Molto gentile l'host che ci ha permesso di tenere le valigie nell'appartamento per qualche ora dopo il check-out

• Jessica (7/5): Good enough. - The location was great. It was nice that there was air conditioning throughout. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The apartment wasn’t very well stocked. There was only 4 towels for 4 people who stayed for 5 nights. There was a single sofa and the rest of the seating was hard plastic chairs. This would be a fine place if you only needed a place to sleep, but it wasn’t the best for relaxing, cooking a meal, or spending time at home base. Also, twice the owners/managers messaged to ask if other people could pop in to pick things up or make repairs. They said that the people didn’t have to come if we didn’t want them to, but I still found it rather intrusive. You’d think they would prepare for those kinds of things around their bookings. Lastly, there was supposed to be some kind of book on the table that explained everything about the apartment, but we never found it and only learned it existed when I read a notice on the door the second last day of staying.

• Medranda-mills (5/5): Passable - The location was good. The beds were very uncomfortable. The water in the bottom shower was cold. The apartment door was extremely hard to open and close. It took 2 people to open. It's a fire hazard. It was very noisy when you walk the floors creaked alot.
