• Indy (8/5): Great apartment! Lots of space. Lovely location. Just a little noisy - Lovely apartment! Big bedrooms and plenty of space. The table on the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. In a great location in Monti, with plenty of amazing restaurants in walking distance. Easy stroll to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Only down-side is the bar/restaurant downstairs that stays open until 2am. They use the alley way beside the hotel for cigarettes and loud conversations in the early morning. I would suggest bringing earplugs and then it’s not a problem.
• Anne (9/5): Ideal place to explore & enjoy Rome. - Excellent location to explore Rome. Apartment very comfortable & clean. Lovely bathroom with good shower for all 5 of us. Federico supportive & quick to respond. Lovely open air terrace on upper floor. The only issue for us was the very loud music & noise from the nearby bar only on Friday & Saturday until 2am. Otherwise the Monti area has an excellent array of cafe bars, restaurants & shops.
• Christian (9/5): 4 Tage Rome - Lage Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr Gut. Lärm aus der Seitengasse durch die Bar. Ist aber den alten Fenster geschuldet. Das es lauter ist wussten wir aber bereits beim Buchen.
• Sue (10/5): Perfect Rome base! - In such a great area full of fun places and eateries- despite the tragic entrance area it was quiet and safe and we loved our stay. Could have done with a few more soaps and tea towels and even towels for a 4 night stay

Located in a bustling part of Monti with shops, restaurants, and a beautiful church on the same block. Located very close to late night establishments where much singing and revelry happens at all hours of the night.

• Ana (10/5): Perfection! - Host were excellent — communication was easy and smooth. Very pleasant hosts. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very spacious and clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s located right in the city center, which is perfect. We had a wonderful time. We hope to come back again.

Close to really good bars and restaurants if you didn’t want to walk far. Would definitely come back again Initial view of the outside was a bit unwelcoming but once we got used to it we were fine. O anfitrião esconde que a entrada do prédio é um beco imundo, local de moradores de rua. E mesmo com as informações omitidas, não devolveu meu dinheiro. Estava com minha família e ficaram aterrorizados pelo local. Falta de respeito com as pessoas. Localização do prédio, entrada do imóvel, quantidade de escadas não informadas. Não devolveram o pagamento.
• Hjordis (9/5): We had a great time. - Great, central location. Super communication from host. Easy access using public transport and walking distance from main train station and to attractions. It can get a bit noisy at night and two bedroom doors didn’t shut.

• Edwina (8/5): We would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a central location. - The property was well appointed and in a good central location close to the coliseum, restaurants and transport. We walked to most sites. Federico was a great communicator and very flexible in allowing us to drop our bags early. The bedrooms were generous, the bathroom was good and the rooftop area was a bonus. The location was great but it was a little noisy, particularly in the morning.
• Non (7/5): Clean, well located three bedroom apartment close to Colosseum - Some of our group arrived by taxi (fixed fare 55 Euros from airport) and others used the train and metra (10min walk) from the airport. The apartment was easy to find, up a few flights of stairs (as previously described) and easily accessible with the code to the key box. The location suited our group (all adults) perfectly. There are many restaurants in the area and the apartment was less than 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The apartment was well equipped, clean and the A/C worked well once we got the hang of it. The owners were very responsive prior to and throughout our stay. The proximity to many restaurants meant that there was a lot of noise outside the property extending into the early mornings. The property is located in a small alleyway which resulted in small groups congregating in the immediate area and shouting and drinking into the early hours (3-4am).

• Sarah (9/5): Great location to explore Rome, charming large 3 bedroom apartment. - Location, size of rooms, roof terrace, coffee machine, comfortable beds. Two of the bedroom doors didn’t close

Convenient for most attractions especially the Colosseum Taxi to even the fur - Very close to the Colosseum and in a nice area and within walking distance of many many places within Rome. Comfortable rooms enough for a family fridge oven cutlery, you name it even salt, pepper vinegar and oil in the cupboards and a lovely bottle of wine on our arrival. Air-conditioning is in the bedrooms and there’s a fan in the living space. The Totti mural is next to the front door. Great communication throughout. There’s also a lovely roof terrace which we went up to but due to time we didn’t have a breakfast up there but it is a lovely place where you could easily have breakfast or lunch or a drink in the evening or any time. If you’re going to stay here, be aware that there are a number of steps to the main door of the flat and if you have mobility issues, this may be a problem. It’s not a hotel! So if you want flexibility with lively restaurants and bars on your doorstep it’s great.
• Claire (10/5): Calm and cool retreat from buzzy Rome - The location! So close to the forum and coliseum, close to many restaurants and a short walk to get onto buses and metro. The bedrooms are calm and generous in size, and the whole flat was cool when outside was very hot. There was not enough storage in the bathroom for all of us, also could do with a waste bin somewhere. We did not cook at all so cannot comment on that.

• Doug (9/5): Enjoyed the central location - The location was good and the roof terrace was nice. The air conditioning didn’t work for 2 nights but they were responsive in trying to get it fixed. They provided transportation to the train station as compensation.

Rooftop access and a surprise private balcony. maybe having optional mosquito-nets for the windows would/could make it just a bit more comfortable.

Our host was easily contactable. 2nd floor (no lift), not an issue for us but something to consider. Electricity tripped when using 3x air-conditioners and washing machine at the same time. This was easily resolved with the host.

• A.Gates (10/5): - We loved the neighborhood, there were several great cafes nearby. There was a shop on the block to buy wine and snacks, the people there were super nice. It's a short walk to the Coliseum and the subway. The hosts were nice and were available to help if anything went wrong. We would stay there again absolutely!
