- Paul (4/5): - The location is good, and the rooms are fine. That’s the end of the positives. The staff is unhelpful, the “room service” was embarrassing (literally heated up food in glass pots), there is no concierge service (we asked them to book multiple restaurants and they either told us to do it ourselves or didn’t respond at all to emails), and the management doesn’t care to assist. To top it off, we had a flight cancelled and had to arrive two days late. Management was intransigent about the “no cancellations” policy and charged us fully for those two days. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 star service. It’s not even 2 stars. Dreadful.

Aside from the bedrooms, which are high-end, there are no other facilities at the hotel, and the small bar is shared with the restaurant which means it is always full
- Amir (10/5): Best Hotel in Paris - This Hotel was recently renovated to perfection, the location is amazing just a 2 min walk to champs elysees and minutes from Arc De Triomphe. Everybody is extremely professional and pleasant and it was a joy to stay there. We Highly recommend it.

- Tracey (8/5): Wardrobes and lights - There were two wardrobes in our room, there were internal lights that never went off. So at night time, when you wanted to block out the lights, these lights kept you awake. However, my husband climbed inside the wardrobes and stuffed them with pillows and clothes to smother the lighting and make the room darker and better for sleep. We did tell the staff about this a few times; they said each time there were going to sort out the problem and they didn't. I think someone should have communicated back to us that there was nothing they could do about the lights in the bedroom. We asked if they could turn the lights off or remove a battery.

- Danielle (4/5): Poor customer service - For the price we were paying we expected exceptional customer service. After complaining about a fault in our two single beds that kept moving because they were on wheels and a smell coming from the vent in my room the lady at reception asked me very rudely what do you expect me to do about it. I told her that she needs to send maintenance up to the room. We arrived early for check in and asked if there were any facilities in the hotel that we can stay to enjoy in the hotel in the meantime. The lady told us that we could use the toilet. It turns out there was a restaurant which was closed at the time, a gym and a seating area. I would have expected someone to atleast be on the bar as this was 1pm. The TV was not a smart TV so we could not enjoy that. The lighting in the room was poor for a room that size, it constantly felt dark no matter how wide open the curtains were and lights switched on. This hotel was not value for money at all. The customer service was really poor. I also asked the lady at reception for a double bed and she said she only had two singles, even though we requested a double when we booked. Only later to find out from the cleaning lady that she could merge the two beds together. We had an unpleasant sleep the first two nights and it could have been fixed straight away if the lady at reception was not so uninterested.

- Zoe (8/5): Waited for a room and dirty shower head - The stay was great, but I have two complaints. We showed up for check in at 3, and our room was not ready until 4:45. They did give us complimentary drinks while we waited. Also, the rainfall shower head had calcium build-up blocking the water from coming out in several places. We cleaned it with a towel, and then it was fixed. The hotel is very nice and so was our room.

The upgraded (for money) wierd half apartment half hotel room was absurd. in 5 stat hotel no minibar, no drinks nor snacks, dish washer in small room, but no minnibar, the bathroom designer is a joke, toilet, shower and mirror area all same, BUT water runs to the MIDDLE of the bathroom, of one takes shower rest of day is unusable toilet nor sink, because its all fully wet. Beside some small mess ups like acceppting clothes for cleaning and when specifically asked that as we have check out tomorrow, yes will be back.. ofc not... no solutions offered. even after all that mess in a relatively emty hotel squeesing 100 eur for 3 hour late check out on sunday was top. Never going back. price wise so much better (maybe 50eur more per night-100) and get true 5 star hotels experience. This was kind of ugraded apartment building wanna be 5start hotel. Design was only thing super nice. Roomservice foord below ANY taste expectations, pasta and burger most likely most tasteless we have ever eaten. Again, prices same as in top 5 star hotels., or 85% of it.This hotel would make itself a great benefit if downgrades to 4 star and stops pretending.

The location is fantastic, near the shops on the Champs Elysee, great restaurants and cafes, and for us, a few doors away from our son and his family. This will be our home away from home.

There were very high ceilings and a very spacious room. The seating area was cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room, linens and bathroom were all very clean and comfortable with all new amenities. The room also included a small kitchenette that’s fully equipped with Everything! The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

- Ryan (10/5): Great hotel right in the perfect spot! - Awesome hotel! Right place so close to everything in walking distance. Great restaurants in the area that are local spots not full of tourists too. Two local cafes with coffee and snacks about 2 minutes away. Safe area even at night. Staff was great and can speak English. They swapped our pillows for down filled ones with no issues. Highly recommended and when we visit Paris again we will definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a really beautiful hotel, my room was huge and utterly stunning, very comfortable and relaxing. Staff all very friendly and helpful, although I was disappointed at the room service offering, as it seems like something they're not really set up for - the staff were confused when I called to request room service dinner and it took more than one call and being passed around several people before I managed to order a simple meal and wine, which was frustrating after a long day. Of course, there are hundreds of wonderful places to eat nearby so perhaps it's unusual for guests to want dinner in their room. Anyway, when the food did come, it was superb. All in all, a really gorgeous place to stay. Thanks!
- Terence (10/5): My go to hotel in Paris - My third time staying at this wonderful establishment. Never disappoints. Only a small detail which the hotel has acknowledged to rectify. The suite i stayed in this trip has a street facing window in the bathroom. The bathroom does not have blackout curtains. The window has frosted glass and a thin Sun shade curtain. However, there is a thin decorative see-through slit surrounding the frosted glass which gives unobstructed view into the bathroom from some angles. Not all rooms has a street facing bathroom. All the standard rooms I have stayed previously does not have this problem. Apart from this minor detail, the hotel is magnificent. It’s comfortable, clean, spacious, conveniently located, friendly staff. Can’t praise it enough. Will definitely return again.
- Ahmed (10/5): - This hotel is one of the best and excellent hotels in Paris. They have created a very unique standing hotel in such a small property. Don’t waste time looking just book and stay there.
- Eric (8/5): Great facilities, the staff needs more training. - Relatively new hotel hence excellent facilities/amenities. Also great location in the middle of Paris. I was quite disappointed with the service however. I have travelled many places and stayed at various 5-star hotels. It is important for the staff to remember that its not just about how fancy facilities/amenities are, but also the 5-star service that comes along with it. Guests have certain expectations from the staff, and even little things that the staff may not think are important do leave a lasting impression on guests. Just handing out key cards and saying "here you go, room xxxx" without further info about the room or the hotel's facilities simply doesnt cut it. This is what you see when checking into a highway motel. Guests are not gullible. It is better to just admit and apologise that the room is not ready after 3pm, and that it would take 20-30mins to prepare, rather than coming up with lame excuses, and telling us "Sometimes rooms are not ready by 3pm, because it is too early" This is not the response I would expect to receive from 5 star hotel staff. Unprofessional. La Clef Louvre (where we stayed straight after this) on the contrary showed excellent service. They showed us around, very helpful and lovely. Perhaps the staff should visit the Louvre branch and see how their colleagues do, and learn from them. This is a sincere advice from a seasoned traveller. and I do really hope they dont put up some defensive lame comments here

- Verified traveler (8/5): Modern and Clean Hotel with Awkward Services - I stayed 5 nights in Aug - Sept of 2019 when the hotel was only 6 months old. My Review is based on the standard room on the top floor - 5th. While the hotel was in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness and amenities, the staff had an aloof air in their attitude which could make some guests feel less welcome. In general the hotel is young and the service needs to improve to meet the 5-star standards expected of this hotel rating. The standard room was small like many European hotel rooms and the lighting was a bit dimmer but it was a pleasant stay overall. The bed was not as comfortable as the Westin brand beds and the high profile hard pillows were requested to be switched with the lower profile softer ones. Otherwise, the beddings/sheets were nice and new. At over 400 Euros a night, you get the location (3 minute walk from the Champs-Elysees /Louis Vuitton), the cleanliness, and the modern interior coupled with a yet awkward service.
