- Verified traveler (2/5): Pessima esperienza - Attenzione a leggere bene tutto l'annuncio fino in fondo perché le spese accessorie sono nascoste e impattano molto sul costo: abbiamo prenotato quest'appartamento durante il Salone del Mobile per il rapporto prezzo qualità, ma ai 168 € per l'appartamento se ne sono aggiunti 65€ per pulizia, lenzuola, tassa turistica, senza considerare i 30 euro che avremmo dovuto pagare per il parcheggio. Esperienza al check-in traumatica: viene chiesto ora arrivo ma non c'è nessuno sul posto, per cui anticipando l'arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere 45 minuti prima che arrivasse l'addetto, che non si è scusato per l'attesa e ad una nostra reazione sorpresa per la richiesta di 30 € per il parcheggio, si è girato di spalle mandandoci al diavolo e se ne stava andando: ovviamente innervositi, si è aperta in strada una discussione infinita al telefono con il responsabile dell'immobile, che ha minacciato di cancellare la prenotazione e solo dopo una lunga opera di persuasione (avevamo ragione) ci ha fatto entrare (già passata più di un'ora dall'arrivo). Non fatevi ingannare da foto inserzione, appartamento bello ma anche trasandato. Ambienti odoranti di "chiuso" (perché poco frequentati, tant'è che quando siamo entrati ci siamo accorti che avevano lasciato la porta aperta sul cortile), cortile per nulla curato, con arredi arrugginiti ed erbacce nate sul tappeto di erba sintetica, schizzi di cemento sul cassettone in centro sala, qualche ragnatela in camera, evidenti segni di muffa su alcune pareti.
