- maria magdalena moreno a (10/5): - La atención de la encargada, llegamos temprano en la mañana hizo todo lo posible por recibirnos lo antes posible y nos entregó habitación antes de la hora del check-in, la habitación limpia cómoda y todo lo que se requiere para su uso muy contentos y agradecidos. Aunque tiene transporte para todas partes sí está un poco lejos del centro a unos 30 minutos en bus.

- Marianna (10/5): - Apartment was nice, quiet and clean. It was a great locality, it felt safe and there was a bus stop near the apartment. Restaurants and caffes in the neighbourhood were also good quality. The mattress was a bit soft.

Тут есть свой вайб местных ) однозначно рекомендую! Если вернусь в Рим , то снова сюда. Номер как на фото , убираются ежедневно )

Quartier agréable : parc, cafés et restaurants à proximité, arrêt de bus à 50 m de la chambre, station du métro qui va au Colisée à 10 min à pied. Personnel agréable et serviable. Literie qui pourrait être améliorée.

- Najima (10/5): - Ho trovato molto positiva l’ospitalità di Alfonso, il titolare. All’arrivo mi ha aiutata a portare su le valigie e questo l’ho apprezzato in quanto non scontato! La camera piccolina (ma ero da sola e bastava) ma decisamente funzionale e pulita. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Zona comoda per muoversi. Prezzi davvero ottimi. La musica che si sentiva da fuori in piena notte. Ma essendo un locale, la cosa non e’ assolutamente imputabile alla struttura.

- Federico (9/5): - Cortesia e massima educazione da parte dei proprietari, i quali sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. L’hotel è in una pozione centrale di montesacro, un quartiere tranquillo e poco distante dal centro, e in un punto ben collegato con i mezzi. È stata un’ottima esperienza, anche se mi sono fermato per poco, e ci ritornerei senz’altro.

- Maura (7/5): Soggiorno piacevole. Bello il contesto, riservato e silenzioso nonostante sia su una piazza - Posizione complicata per via del parcheggio, ma bella. Camera nuovissima, splendido il palazzo, molto gradevole l'ambiente; illuminazione perfetta con una particolare e rilassante luce a soffitto nascosta sopra il letto. Tutto perfettamente pulito. Personale molto gentile, nonostante io sia arrivata in anticipo rispetto al previsto. Uniche due note negative: non c'era un asciugacapelli e ho avuto freddo la notte perché non c'era una coperta aggiuntiva nell'armadio.

- RH (2/5): Leider zu viele falsche Infos bei der Buchung - Nettes junges Viertel mit vielen Kneipen, antiker Brücke und Natur (Aniene) in nächster Nähe Es wäre gut gewesen, von Anfang an mitzuteilen, daß eine bestimmte Uhrzeit für die Schlüsselübergabe erforderlich ist. Auch andere Gäste sah ich ratlos abends mit Koffern vor der Unterkunft stehen. Leider wurde nicht auch nicht gesagt, daß die Handtücher erst am 4. Tag gewechselt werden, in der Zwischenzeit wurden auch auf dem Boden liegende wieder als "frisch" aufgehängt, was ziemlich unappetitlich war. Von folgender im Buchungsbeleg versprochenen Einrichtung war nichts vorhanden: Weder Mückennetz noch Bügeleisen noch Kaffee- und Teezubehör noch Radio noch Wasserkocher. Noch nicht mal einen Zahnputzbecher gab es.

Bedroom had a huge wardrobe, also we had a big terrace to sit outside, good coffee machine and were given two bottles of cold water to cool off once we arrived. A lot of cleaning tools as well as shampoo/soap/gel And when we through we would arrive earlier than we expected, the owver offered to store our luggages until we can move in apartment

- Bruna (10/5): Ótima localização. - A hospedagem é excelente. Ótimo espaço com banheiro, quarto e sala amplos. Ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Máquina de lavar roupa e cozinha bem equipada. O anfitrião, Alfonso, é extremamente prestativo, rápido nas resposta, e sua mãe, quem nos recebeu, é a simpatia em pessoa. Gostamos muito e com toda certeza recomendamos Nada.
