- Ivan (8/5): - reception give us all effort to support us attention : for some map ! show you another place of hotel - you need to check it on google map
- claude (4/5): -
- Ava (6/5): Pay for what you get , friendly staff - Staff are so nice! Hotel room very odd and needs a deep clean It smelt very bad at the pool, sooooo much chlorine in the water it was starting to burn us.
- Tony (8/5): I felt comfortable in room - For the price it’s ok It’s bit old but for the price it’s ok
- Hoang Lang (8/5): -
- Victor (2/5): - The hotel is shown in a total different area on the map in the app. It’s shown in central district 1, near the park but is actually located in district 5. The aircon sucked, the shower didn’t work and the place feels dirty. On the other hand, the price was cheap and discounted. The price definitely matched the low quality.

- Joshua (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hoang (8/5): Very good -
- Angel (4/5): One of the worst stays ever - the bathroom smells, there are ants everywhere, there are stains everywhere, and the paint is falling off the walls. The door to the patio does not lock, so the next door person could come in any time. There isn't a safe in the room. The light flickers in the bathroom. The water doesn't get very hot. The toilet doesn't flush all the way unless you hold the button down for a few seconds. The location shown on hotels .com is not the location of the actual hotel--it is located in district 5, not district 1 near Ben Thanh market
- Augustine (4/5): Disappointing -
- Frank (9/5): Superb -
- Éric (8/5): Prix correct - En centre ville près des restaurants et des commerces
- Aliberti (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samuel (5/5): Passable -
- Tillmann-morris (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dale (7/5): My Friends Hotel stay.. - Rooftop pool Needs a thoroughly good clean and paint. Drain in shower very slow to drain and smelly.....needs caustic soda and boiling water to clean out.
I'd say in desperate need of maintenance.
It's cheap, but that doesn't mean it should not be clean.
- Nikita (5/5): Passable - While the room was not bad. Had TV and refrigerator. The insulation was unbelievably bad. Last night there was literally a teenager party next room and hotel staff couldn't stop them from being loud. It didn't look like they really tried honestly. After asking multiple times to help with the noisy neighbours i asked for another room and they gave it to me, which i am thankful for. Also light pollution in the rooms because doors are made of glass.
- Andre (4/5): ok but not clean enough. last night very rowdy with a lot of shouting. - quiet location the room was smelly and not clean. the decor in bad repair. needed a good clean and a lick of paint
- Martin (5/5): Passable - The Airconditioning throughout the entire hotel didn't work to its fullest effect, a problem in many hotels in Ho Chi Minh, the Aircon's cold setting isnt really cold, leaving the rooms rather warm especially at night. Also the showers were cold.
- Michael (10/5): First time to Ho Chi Minh - First time to Vietnam, just picked a place to stay. Whole crew was very friendly. Helped us with all our needs. Off the main road a little, but we made due. 5 night stay, price was good.
- Jack (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay here! We will stay again if in Ho chi min. - The swimming pool was amazing with a view and shower was nice and warm.
- Luka (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (1/5): Vile. Do not go here - The polite receptionist Everything. It was appalling. It should not be allowed on booking. Com. It was dirty- filthy dirty. Shower leaked constantly. Swimming pool unable to use as was so dirty. Drawers not cleaned out - condoms in drawers. Wires hanging down from walls. It was just awful. They had to have a good photographer who can airbrush well as the photos I took were nothing like the ones shown to lure you into book.
- Sally (9/5): Superb - The room was well equipped and clean. Staff were welcoming and very helpful, allowed us to stay extra nights when one of us was too ill to travel onward.
Was good to have a rooftop pool area.
Down a quiet alley away from main road. The location was quite far from tourist area - 30 min walk or cheap in a grab taxi.
- Mohammadh (5/5): Passable -
- Chloe (7/5): It was pleasant. We just wished we stayed a bit closer to district 1 - Our room was very spacious. We had a mini fridge and large bathroom. It was far away from the city centre- our issue entirely. A lot of the shops around the area were closed (not sure if that was because of the lunar new year)
- Susanne (10/5): - Sehr nett
- Vu (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonkrotov (10/5): Exceptional - Cheap price, narrow street in city center, bassein on the rioof
- Hing (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Noah (1/5): Bad - Nothing, worst place ever The inner cealing in my room had gotten loose and was hanging down 5cm from the railing. It was just over the bed and if it falls while you sleep you could get seriously injured. I could even push up the roof with my hand. We gyproc who was hanging down was 3x3meter
- Loc (9/5): Superb -
- Adam (7/5): Good -
(which is a total Touristrap) So if you want to shop and save money this is a good place to stay.
- Sannieman (1/5): Bad - Nothing Watch out for the personal they know the blind spots of the camera watch out for your stuff, hygiëne level below zero I wouldn't recommand to come own risk
- Inder (8/5): Very good -
- Scotsken (3/5): Poor - The staff The swimming pool is draped with a tarpaulin and fixed with scaffold poles ,resembles a building site. I like a bit of sun but with this you have no chance. The gym was very poor with 1 running machine. Booked 28 nights and left after 6. This was not exactly a cheap apartment.
- Carl (2/5): Bad choice - Had to wait over 2 hours for the room I booked to be cleaned. Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Instead of repairing or cleaning it up they just gave me towels and said to wipe the floor. Not helpful at all. Very unprofessional even for Vietnam. Can't recommend this place even for 1 night. Bad choice.
- Trang (2/5): Very poor - Dirty
- Ayan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amor (1/5): Bad - Only quiet Cleanliness
The room too much dust
Very poor equipment
- Trung (7/5): Good -
- Zafia (8/5): Very good -
- Sunny (2/5): Awful 1-star hotel. Avoid - I booked the family room and it was big with 3 beds I booked a week here...I left after ONE night! Bed had insects crawling on you in the night, swimming pool was green (not blue as in the pics) you couldn't swim in that, location isn't good, soundproofing is non-existent and you can hear the other rooms internal noise, the bathroom door locked you in as the handle was broken so you needed someone outside the bathroom to let you out if you closed the bathroom door, som3one tried to open my door at 4am and I don't think they were staff. This is the first time I've left a hotel after one awful nights sleep and booked another hotel immediately. To be fair the manager listened to my complaints and offered a refund but i paid way too much for the one night they charged me for
- Tina (8/5): Loved the hotel, prices, the staff and location. - Reception staff were welcoming and gave prompt services when requested.
House keeping staff was very quick and efficient.
The location was a easy short walk to the main road. Difficult for taxi to drive to the front of the hotel.
- Ngoc (7/5): Good - Close by. Bathroom a bit
- Pete (3/5): Poor -
- Therese (7/5): Great value for money. - The proximity to downtown and different landmarks. Situated n a very nice alley, quite at night.
- Kerrin (6/5): Pleasant - Price and bed was comfy
I only spent one night there so it was fine for that and what I paid Temperature adjustment was on very hot and the button was broken so I couldn't adjust it and ended up using the toilet sprayer to shower.
- Ben (3/5): Poor -
- Saeed (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (8/5): Very good - there’s nicer rooms and rooms, you get what you pay for, the bathroom was ok, not too far from city centre by bus, still walkable from some night markets, plenty food options around bed was a little harder but who am I to complain about a place to sleep
- Nadezhda (8/5): Very good - very nice staff at the reception, able to correct any negative impression with their care and charming smiles. the accommodation was not in the pre-booked room. Dorm room for girls is not suitable for tourists. The hotel cleaners live in the room along with the guests, along with long-term tenants.
- Nadezhda (8/5): Very good - Location and places around. Good shopping in this area also. the accommodation was not in the pre-booked room. Dorm room for girls is not suitable for tourists. The hotel cleaners live in the room along with the guests, along with long-term tenants.
- Mathew (7/5): Good - no I don't have anything further to say No I don't have anything further to say
- Nadezhda (7/5): Good - very nice and friendly reception staff. air conditioner. The pool is not very clean, but in the heat it is wonderful. aquarium with fish in the reception area. family coffee shop next to the hotel, with the nicest ❤️ people. Accommodation in a room with hotel cleaning staff. dirty toilet that smells in the tiny room. ants in the bed. The women's dormitory is not for tourists.
- Reinhardt (1/5): Bad - The room smelled extremely of sweat and mold.
The sheets and curtains were full of stains and everything felt dirty.
Would not recommend the place especially for solo travelers.
The only positive thing was the really nice and courteous staff.
- Mark (5/5): Basic room with tiny bathroom - The pool The air conditioning
- Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - They have pool on the roof and you can rent motobike there.
- Santos (9/5): Love these people like family - The staff are the best. They treat you like family. In fact they treated me better than my actual family. If you need help they will do whatever they can to help you and always with a smile .
- Mor (7/5): Good -
- Thi (7/5): Good -
- Marlene (9/5): Superb - We travel budget our room was small but we only sleep in there
Facilities clean
Air conditioning
Toiletries
Staff friendly
Pool very nice after a long hot day in the city
5 min walk to the hussle bustle of the city
Recommend definitely Nothing
- Villads (6/5): Alright place. But not the finest of experinces. Only one combined toilet and bath for the hole dorm. Door could not clo -
- Aleksandr (9/5): Superb - Caring and helpful staff The building needs cosmetic repairs.
- Thomas (5/5): Passable -
- Lote (8/5): Good value for money - Good location, the pool was a great touch and very needed in the heat. Staff were very friendly. Great value for money. The door to our room had glass elements so when the light was on in the corridor it would be light in our room too. Nothing an eye mask can’t fix.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed my stay. The staff are really helpful and kind.
I had a room on the 3rd floor ( elevator) with a comfortable double bed, fridge, kettle and Aircon.
On the roof there is a pool.
It is a 10 minute walk to the market, a 30 minute walk to walking street, and close to the thousand Buddha temple.
- Roberto (7/5): Good -
- Ngoc (7/5): Good -
- Jiri (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is awesome! I've been helped to try sorting out some things.
Very friendly staff , always smiling.
The price for the accommodation is great too!
The place is clean! Good value as well for renting the bikes.
I'll be coming back here again ! Nothing! Everything was perfect to me
- Chan (9/5): Everything is great . - It is a great place to stay open,24//7 . En
- Nikolina (1/5): Disgusting - There is nothing that i liked. The room was dirty, old, and the walls were falling apart. The room smelled bad. The bathroom also smelled bad, it was disgusting. Unfortunately, I can't upload all of the photos. The staff didn't speak any English. We checked out after one day, couldn't stay there.
- Jones (4/5): Disappointing - There was people living in the dormitories which caused them to be very messy and unclean
- Liane (8/5): Very good - The staff were amazing, the dorms perfect to sleep in and the roof pool was great Nothing
- Nur (4/5): Disappointing - The pool it’s really nice Only 1 small bathroom to 16 persons, have kitchen inside the room, so all smell and people talk inside the room and make noise 1 mts of my bed!
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (6/5): Pleasant - Pool ok Room small
- Christopher (5/5): Not a bad stay in Ho Chi Minh - There wasn't any breakfast provided but that's because for the low price you'd pay to stay there. I liked the fact it had a rooftop pool and was close to a main road full of restaurants and cafes. I didn't like the towels there; thought they could have been of a better quality. Also, the mattress was a little too firm and I would have liked the lighting in the room to have been brighter.
- Johnny (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is excellent. Very kind, courteous and professional. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool is a huge plus, as well as the location N/A
- Nikolay (9/5): Superb - Stuff is the best 🙌 Room is cozy and fancy. Roof top swimming pool is clean and chill Could be more attention to cleanest
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very good. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.
- Tauri (4/5): Did not like our stay - The pool was nice. That compensated for the disappointing room. The room was nothing like the photos. Our room had mold on it, slime stuck to the cealing and a weird smell. Very old and tired. There was drawings from kids on the walls. Our room wasn‘t anywhere near the standard it is on the photos. Very disappointing.
- Tran (5/5): Passable - Receptionist Poor facilities, No hot water
- Anjali (9/5): Superb - Our room even had a tiny balcony, and we could let in some fresh air! Wish they had a geyser, but hey, it's worth the price!
- Vaida (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yau (6/5): Center location, spacious room, but not clean - Spacious room with circular king size beds Not too clean smelling. Toilet was huge though run down. Need better cleaning.
- Devon (8/5): Very good -
- Minh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (1/5): Not Recommended.Bad Experience. - One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Ho Chi Minh City, Dirty room, bad smell washroom.Ac coldness was not enough.Didn’t gave any towel or water. Receptionist can’t understand English.
- May (1/5): Dreadful place - Not much to like. Mattress for the bed was hard as concrete. I did not like it at all. The rooms were also dirty, especially the bathroom. It was one of the nastiest bathrooms in Vietnam. Staff doesn't speak English, and are unhelpful. The location is awful. The pool looks like a swamp.
- Mariia (8/5): Very good - Very nice, helpful, friendly stuff, good attitude! Smell of toilet in the room
