• ma (6/5): - Boa localização, relativamente perto dos principais pontos turísticos e bem perto da estação de trem. É silencioso pra dormir, cama e chuveiro são suficientes. Está marcado como se fosse um hotel mas possui uma dinâmica mais parecida com airbnb. Fomos cientes disso por conta do comentário de uma outra pessoa aqui nas avaliações. Deixa muito a desejar na manutenção das comodidades: chaleira e lixeira quebrados, pouquissimo papel higiênico e sabonete/shampoo. Janela do quarto também estava quebrada.

Pay attention to the receipt. - Perfect location within few minutes walk from Termini station, Via Veneto, Trevi fountain and the historic centre of Rome. Very simple and basic, but very clean, with a bed was a comfortable bed, a kettle and all what you need. I booked the room for 136 € one night, before the arrival I was charged 86 € on my credit card. At the arrival I was reminded that I had to pay 50 € more that I was asked to pay cash which I did. However I got a receipt only for 86 €. What happened to the further 50 €? It’s impossible to open the window so you can’t get natural light.

• Decia (10/5): Excelente estadia - Iniciei a minha estadia no hotel que era básico mas o quarto era limpo e silencioso. O anfitrião era muito simpático e devido a um timing de obras no hotel transferiu-me para um alojamento parceiro com um upgrade o que me deixou ainda mais satisfeita. Foi uma opima estadia
• Leonie (4/5): disappointing! - Location quite good, just 2 blocks away from Piazza Repubblica. Very clean bathroom and room floor and sheets. Very disappointing place! Noisy and not sound proof as it says. The "hotel" room is just a room in a flat (it is not a hotel room). Window overlooking the yard, which was part of a condominium with many other dwellings did not lock, and could have had anyone intruding so I felt very unsafe and did not sleep well because of that. My room was over the garbage room - so awakened by the dragging of skips! Heard every noise around the room. Only 2 small bottles of water in fridge - so no minibar. I had to ask for a kettle that had a damaged lid which kept falling off when you pour the water in a cup. No coffee sachets. Toiletries consisted of only 2 tiny soap bottles enough for a maximum of 4 showers so I had to buy my own shower gel. Only found 2 well used toilet paper rolls. Safe was only a small box the size of a child's lunch box and it was not fixed so it was very easily portable! Blanket was dirty and stained but it was changed when I asked. No lockup storage for luggage and reception area is only attended to until 5pm so I had to pay by the hour to leave my luggage at Termini station on my last day. Very disappointing accommodation over all. Only the location is practical if you want to use the metro.

Кімната велика зі всіма зручностями, що зазначені в описі помешкання. Санвузол просторий, сяє чистотою, багато рушників, туалетні засоби. Помешкання повністю відповідає опису і фото на сайті. Дуже зручне розташування: у пішій доступності більшість визначних туристичних локацій, поруч одна з центральних вулиць, де багато магазинів, кафе, ресторанів, близько до залізничного вокзалу Терміні. Я дуже задоволена і сміливо раджу цей готель іншім туристам. Готель повністю відповідає своїй вартості. Дякую за чудовий відпочинок у Римі і у вашому готелі! Трохи заважали по ночах сміттєзбиральні машини, але, я думаю, це загальна проблема великих міст, насичених туристами.

Tanto el dueño como las empleadas son muy atentos y agradables, al llegar explican todo lo necesario. En mi caso, llegué antes de la hira establecida oara el check-in y me dejaron entrar en la habitación, así que perfecto.

• Luiza (7/5): Bem localizado e justo, tinha tudo o que necessitamos (porém não vá esperando conforto de hotel) - Localização é ótima, relativamente próximo da estação central (é um ponto positivo que não seja colada à estação, pois achei a região da estação pouco segura, o hotel está em uma região mais segura). Há mercados, restaurantes, lojas próximos e é possível fazer tudo a pé. O quarto e banheiro são amplos, grandes. Quarto silencioso, cama confortável, chuveiro quente. Há uma chaleira no quarto, com xícaras e chá, o que foi muito bem vindo. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias e inclusive, vale o elogio a quem organizou: muito caprichado. Não espere a experiência de um hotel. São quartos em um prédio muito antigo, o que não é um problema, mas é bom saber disso antes de ir. Parece mais a dinâmica de um airbnb, no sentido de que uma pessoa nos recebeu e nos deu as chaves e depois não a encontramos mais (saímos sempre de manhã e voltamos à noite). Não há café da manhã, mas você pode comer na região, há várias opções. Dois pontos negativos: se estivesse um pouco mais frio, acredito que o ar condicionado não teria dado conta de esquentar o quarto, além de ser um pouco barulhento a noite - nós desligamos. E as amenities (shampoo) foi pouco.

Purtroppo all’interno del bagno non ci sono finestre né un sistema di aerazione, inoltre abbiamo trovato un pò di polvere sul pavimento e all’interno del frigo bar una delle due bottiglie era già stata bevuta per metà.

• Dawn (8/5): - Check in was a bit confusing as the rooms have multiple entries, not all easily recognizable. Still, you can find the Hotel Elide easily enough. Clean. Only shampoo offered so bought a bar of soap. Centrally located and only a couple blocks of the Metro - Republica station. Walking distance from Napoli Centrale train station. Plenty of restsurant choices nearby. Walking distance to many key sites and a 20 minute metro ride from the Vatican. Some street noise, but main entry is on a side street thst is pretty quiet during the early hours.

Data la sua ottima posizione offre di raggiungere benissimo tutti i luoghi principali da visitare, soprattutto per la vicinanza della fermata dei bus. Le persiane non potevamo lasciarle aperte, anche l'addetta alle pulizie le lasciava chiuse per sicurezza, poiché le finestre non si chiudevano bene, ed essendo sulla strada al primo piano basso per sicurezza erano sempre chiuse. Perciò durante il nostro soggiorno non vedevamo mai il cielo. Inoltre il letto, ma soprattutto i cuscini, erano scomodi. La soggetta del wc non rimaneva ferma nella posizione poiché era più piccola.

Комната на 1-ом этаже рядом с дверью в дом (большая автоматическая, кто был в Риме, знает что это за двери) каждое открытие данной двери - откликается в номере, как будто кто-то постоянно стучится к тебе в номер. Стены грязные, кружки грязные- осталась губная помада на кружке от предыдущих посетителей🤦‍♀️ Ставням лет 100🤦‍♀️ шторы грязные, покрывало в дырках. В ванной комнате :сидушка на туалете не по размеру. Отель не соответствует отзывам, не советую! Не безопасно!

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle (103), la ventana no cerraba herméticamente y se escuchaba todo, a pesar de no ser una calle con excesivo tráfico, se escuchaban las conversaciones de la gente pasando, los coches y motos,... Seguramente en las habitaciones que daban al interior se podría descansar mejor.

• Tanya (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovata molto bene. Anche se l’alloggio è piccolo, è confortevole, fresco, abbastanza silenzioso e molto pulito. La posizione è ottima: a due passi da tutte le principali zone di interesse, infatti abbiamo usato pochissimo i mezzi pubblici. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliato! La grandezza dell'alloggio

• Yanni (8/5): - Overall it's good, it's an apartment not hotel, most of time not see front desk. I arrived late so he asked me to go to another hotel neaby to look for the front desk, who helped me to open the door of the apt and instructed me how to use it. The room is spacious and clean, overall it's a good deal.
• Abderrahmane (6/5): Peut Dépanner - C’est un endroit parfait proche de tous mais vraiment de tous à pieds. Gare, plusieurs lignes d’autobus, fontaine de Trévi, Colisée, épicerie, restaurants, café.. Se situe sur rue sécuritaire … Maintenant, en ce qui concerne les lieux, je ne peux pas dire que c’est très mauvais.. car dans la vie tout est subjectif! Il nous a rendu service, dans l’ensemble, mais peut mieux faire. Point de vue propreté: Il est correct et acceptable. J’aurais voulu voir une housse de matelas, un extracteur dans la SDB. Ah oui, des bouts de mousse sortaient de l’oreiller. Pas de savon à mains, il a dit que les minis flacons de gel douche et shampoing faisait l’affaire, j’ai expliqué que ça n’avait pas de sens, qu’avec mes mains sales je devais manipuler ouvrir et fermer, quand un simple distributeur ou un petit savon sur le lavabo aurait pu faire l’affaire. Lunette de toilette trop petite au risque de se faire pincer. Climatisation faible ( un faux 18 degrés). Pas d’INTERNET dans la chambre même notre LTE 5G ne capte rien. **** vieilles fenêtres à changer, se ferment mal**** on a quand même bien dormi. Cet avis est pour les gens difficiles. ‼️🚨 Prévoyez du cash pour payer vos frais de taxe.
• Lelan (6/5): - Lobby area is very small, didn’t like window in bathroom, maybe cover it with something, didn’t like room key, you always had to use it to open and lock door, so if you leave someone in the room they are locked out??? What happens if they have a fire??? Not very safe!

• Rebecca (6/5): - Clean, but no soap in the bathroom and there was also a window in the bathroom which had a view of a storage room of some sort. There were no curtains. A bit weird but overall the place was clean.
• Hăprian (9/5): Affordable, solid good stay. - In spite of its low price point that may seem for some a pointer for low quality, the hotel is actually good value for money. The room itself - taken care of, the bed is comfortable, proper Schuko-style power outlets besides adapted Italian ones (good if your plug's prongs don't fit a typical Italian outlet)... Location is good for getting around, close to the metro. The staff however shines here. Helpful in spite of language barriers, really appreciative of that; feel free to ask. Not exactly a luxurious palazzo stay, but if you want a functional and honest base in Rome, it's a very solid choice. The windows are a bit old, take effort to try and close. Also a bit hard to get natural light in, but eh, it's Rome, happens in other properties as well, wouldn't hold it too much against them.
• Amy (10/5): - What a cool, quaint hotel! Loved it! The location was fabulous, the AC worked great in one of Italy’s biggest heatwaves, the manager was so helpful and nice, and we felt super safe in the area. Would definitely book again.

• anne (4/5): - I had a small bed crammed in a dirty corner. It looked like someone had been running up and down the walls. Very easily washable. It was 99 degrees in Rome and the air barely worked making sleeping difficult. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. Keys were difficult to use and had 3 keys for different doors. I know the accommodations are different in Italy than the us but this was not clean.
