• Desiree (9/5): Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe des Vatikans - Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und auch ein später Check-In war nach Absprache kein Problem. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es in der Wohnung relativ lange laut. Das könnte ggfs ein Störfaktor für manche sein.

• Bozica (10/5): - We felt really privileged to stay in this accommodation, apartment is full of antiques and yet very comfortable, location is perfect to walk everywhere (5 min to St. Peter Basilica), great gelato just across the street, lots of restaurants, very charming street. Our host Federico was very kind and helpful.

• Sergei (6/5): Option to stay in convenient touristic location but definitely not a value for money. - District of the location, authentic atmosphere of the property, clean and well maintained and equipped property, clear self check in instructions, the welcoming bottle of wine The apartment was very cold upon arrival, not good for the first impression. There were no any instructions how to make it warm, ACs are not able to warm up the rooms. No direct connection to the host, only messaging via booking com - the first time ever in my experience of staying in the apartment when you are not in the connection to the host. No understanding how to act in case of emergency situations. Very noisy location and completely non sound proof windows - 24 (!) hrs a day there are different noises - from screaming drunk tourists to the street maintenance teams. No big problems during the day, but be prepared to wake up multiple times during every night. Late check in (from 3 pm) and early check out (no later than 10 am) - we felt ourselves like in France) I asked but got no acceptance from the host for the check out at least at 11 am( 250 euro per night for this option - is definitely not worth it.

• Scott (10/5): Absolutely beautiful property within a great proximity to all the major places to see. - The location in Rome was second to none no further than half an hours walk from all the main attractions.

• Robert (10/5): Rome mini break - Exceptional location next to the Vatican and walkable to other key tourist destinations. Beautiful, traditional, very clean and well stocked apartment with modern conveniences ie Air conditioned and Broadband WiFi Responsive and accommodating host The bedrooms overlook Borgo Pio which is a busy pedestrianised street with many restaurants. Therefore it can be a little noisy until about 10pm but it does quieten down significantly overnight.
• Tina (6/5): Great location but needs some improvement - The star of the show for this property is its location! It is located on a very charming street with many outdoor restaurants, gelaterias, caffés, a pharmacy, and a mini market. The apartment is a stones throw from the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo The staff was helpful and left a welcome bottle of wine for us, which was appreciated. The apartment was clean and has the basics. The water pressure in both showers was very good. The air conditioning also worked very well. The apartment doesn't present very well because it's quite dark with very antiquated furniture. The showers could use some anti-slip mats as well as grab bars for older customers. While the location is its superpower, it can be noisy at night with all the restaurant activity. There is not adequate storage in each of the bedrooms. The beds are VERY FIRM, uncomfortable, and the pillows are also quite difficult to sleep on. Of the 4 nights we were there, we only got a decent night's sleep on one of the nights. The entry instructions were somewhat unclear. It would be helpful to provide numbered steps and a few more details for the check-in process. Example: 1. When you arrive at the property, press the call bell labeled "xyz" located to the right of the entry door. It will be unlocked remotely. 2. Follow the hallway until the end, turn right, and go up 2 flights of stairs. 3. The apartment is located at the top of the second set of stairs, etc. (The apartment door is not marked, so we weren't sure on which floor it was located). 4 A lockbox is located on the outside of the double doors to the apartment, and so on.
• Thomas (10/5): Overall a great place for the $ - Everything especially the location! Only downside was accessibility requiring a physical key to enter and leave!

• Aaron (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic. A pedestrian street with no cars, but quite noisy as lots of eateries. A bit noisy as it is a street full of eateries
• Rita (8/5): Incredible location - Incredible location, near stores and restaurants, easy transport everywhere. Near St Peters Basilica. Appartment very comfortable, clean and good facilities. Loved the sound of the fountain at night, Easy to communicate with host. There was a wifi problem leading to the hosts leaving the keys in a locked box on the front door. The box had a code but was open so anyone could have taken the keys. .No wifi for the first days, tough with 3 kids. But eventually it was sorted out. Check out was very early (10 am) but luckily there were luggage stores around. One of the beds was the sofa from the living room, which left us out of a social area in the appartment.

• Mari (9/5): Spacious apartment with a great location. - Great location, good size rooms and the apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. TV did not work but wasn’t really an issue as we don’t watch television that much.
