Room very very basic, could do with a mirror in room, bedside table and perhaps dressing gown as bathroom is separate and you have to pass the other bedrooms. The proprietor does advise on the size of the bathroom and its location.

He also recommended us the local restaurant which we actually used during our stay! The location was perfect as we spent most of our time in Rome at the Vatican. My mother and I can't wait to come in the future. Thank you Marco. At night you can hear the people returning late to their rooms.

The place was quiet and in a very good location, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. We can only recommend it — the guesthouse is perfect.

The host is very acco - It’s literally only “steps” away from the Vatican, and so near at the bus stop where you can access all places in Rome. It’s not actually about the property but The neighbor who was doing some hammering in the evening and at 7am.

И в той комнате , в которой я проживал , ванная комната расположена не в самом номере , а отдельно , что было значительно неудобно для меня . Душевая кабина в ванной комнате очень маленького размера , там неудобно было мыться В комнате отсутствует холодильник В некоторые ночи было довольно сложно уснуть из за шума на улице За позднюю регистрацию после 19:00 взяли 35 евро Запах «старости» в гостевом доме

• Wild (10/5): An amazing guesthouse for an amazing trip - This guesthouse is in such a great location for those looking to explore the Vatican, its a short walking distance. San pietro train station is also very close. My room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and it had a great WiFi connection. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were very welcoming, kind and hospitalable.

Además hay autobuses continuamente al centro de Roma; plaza de España... y tienes justo debajo del alojamiento restaurantes y cafeterías para desayunar o comer/cenar.

• Chiara (9/5): I‘ll be back, it was amazing! - The location is excellent, there are a number of nice restaurants right below the room‘s window and cute cafés all around the area. Also the city center is easily reachable by foot and the Vatican is really just around the corner. The room was spotless, simple but cozy and Marco was a really attentive host. I felt really comfortable. You just really have to take the initial warning of the size of the external (but private) bathroom literally. It‘s tight but you can get used to it if you’re comfortable with smaller spaces.
• Edmund (9/5): Steps@Vatican gave me many opportunity to just wander around St Peter and soak in the atmosphere - The fact it was just 3 minutes from St Peter Basilica and I was able to view the dome of the Basilica right outside the apartment. The best way to the apartment is actually bus 64 from Roma Termini Station and it stops right beside the apartment. And that same bus stop provided me so many connecting buses to all the basilica and also out and around the city. Forget the crowded metro which is too far away. And the quietness of the apartment was superb. Both Marco and Leonardo was constantly in touch with me throughout and checking in was seamless. IT made my whole ended so beautifully. Thanks Marco. Ciao Grazie! cold floor; so bring bedroom slippers if you like to get out of your walking shoes. The room is tiled. So it was cold when I was there in Winter. =)

• Bella (8/5): An amazing stay in this Guest House! Highly recommended! - I had a lovely stay at this guest house, which is literally just behind St. Peter’s Square — such a perfect location! The Metro is nearby, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. Marco was incredibly helpful, maintaining great communication from before my arrival until checkout. The room had all the basic amenities; although the air conditioning wasn’t working, the electric fan kept me comfortable at night. The area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay — highly recommended! Nothing.

Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, a shopping area, and most importantly for me, just a a walking distance of about 2 minutes from the underpass that led to the middle of St. Peter's Basilica! I could not have wished for a better location. Aside from the excellent location, I was pleased about WIFI in the room, and amenities like tea, water kettle and napkins. My host, Marco, also assisted me in configuring the WIFI access, which I highly appreciated!

• Hiroko (9/5): 安全、安心、快適。バチカン用務に最適。 - ゲストハウスとしては、とても安全で快適に過ごせます。バス通りに面するビルでしたが、裏側から入ることや、鍵を3つ使って部屋まで入るため、安心して女性一人でも滞在できました。バス通りに面しているので、市内に安価で移動することができ、またカトリック信者であれば、サンピエトロ大聖堂に歩いて5分というロケーションなので、バチカンで用務を行う人にはうってつけのゲストハウスです。私は地下鉄を使いませんでしたが、地下鉄もあるので、バスより安全だという人もいますので、使い慣れている人には便利だと思います。最初は使い方がわかりませんでしたが、キングベットルームではビデもついています。バスタブはありませんが、お湯もでますので、不自由はありませんでした。 食事はついていませんので、近くのミニスーパーで野菜、ハム、チーズ、コーヒーなどをかってクール食事をとることができますが、傷ついた洋梨や小さなりんごが一個3€（550円）、黄桃が1個7€（1274円）などとんでもない値段であることは、サンピエトロ大聖堂至近距離であるためかと思われました。温かいレストランの食事は階下のレストランに出口から周り降りて出かけることもできます。しかし、滞在した時はインフレになったばかりで日本円弱状態であったため、リゾット一皿がが14€（2548円）ビールやワインがグラス1杯6€（1092円）ととても高くつきました。戦争の影響という事でしたが、早く平和に過ごしやすい状態になってほしいと思いました。ゲストハウスには説明書きがなかったので1枚でも説明書き（テレビの使い方、ラウンジの電気、ビデ使用方法。ゴミ袋、トイレットペーパー予備など）があると良かったと思います。

Better to upgrade to an ensuite bathroom if available. - Location was excellent and so was staff friendliness and comfort of bed, cleanliness, use of AC, double glazing of front window, ensuring noise from the street wasn't heard in the room. Plus good view, and good coffee bars and restaurants in the area just below the room. Bathroom was outside the room and other adjacent rooms on the same level meant that you needed to be dressed to go to the bathroom. Size of bathroom was very small & compact.

The hygiene standards are completely in accordance with the hotel! The owner will welcome you warmly and patiently according to the agreed time. If you are traveling in the Vatican, the location is very good! It's very convenient to go anywhere. The house is on a slope, and the roof of St. Peter's Basilica at night is beautiful! There are many restaurants and coffee shops downstairs. Of course, it's also very fast to go to the city center of Rome!
