briani471 (10/5): A Beautiful and Convenient Stay in the Heart of Venice - We really enjoyed our stay at H10 Palazzo Canova, and the biggest highlight by far is the location. One of the best parts of staying here is that a water taxi can take you directly to the hotel entrance, which made arriving in Venice incredibly easy and stress-free. As soon as we arrived, a bellman came out immediately to help with our luggage, and the staff welcomed us with drinks while we checked in — a very nice touch after traveling. The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, although not especially luxurious. That said, I think it’s important to set realistic expectations in Venice since many of the buildings are historic and older. For us, the room fit the city perfectly and was more than comfortable for our stay. The rooftop terrace is absolutely fantastic and ended up being one of our favorite parts of the hotel. We had drinks during golden hour and watched the sunset over the canal, which was such a memorable experience. The views alone make this hotel worth considering. Another major advantage is how easy the location makes exploring Venice. We were able to walk everywhere conveniently at all times of day, and having direct water taxi access was a huge benefit both arriving and departing. At the end of our trip, the hotel also helped arrange another boat taxi that picked us up directly in front of the property, which made getting to the airport seamless. Overall, I think this hotel offers very strong value compared to many other hotels in this area of Venice — especially considering the rooftop views, excellent location, and direct boat access. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary and honestly could not fault anything. The staff were amazing from start to finish, so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat and made us feel so looked after throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We had such good night sleeps every night. The balcony was huge, such a lovely bonus and perfect for relaxing after exploring Venice all day. The whole hotel feels luxurious, clean and very well looked after. We were also surprised with champagne in our room for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We had the most wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Staff on the whole great especially Beatrice at check in, Breakfast staff very polite. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately we had a lot of noise at night due to room proximity to hotel bar.

The rooftop terrace bar was a real bonus as we could sit and watch the activity on the Grand Canal below. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and some good suggestions of places to visit. The rooms were spotless and quiet. For those concerned about noise from the canal and the busy walkway to the front, 'rest assured' the rooms are virtually soundproofed. The decor was high-end and designed for restful occupancy. The bed and bedding were top quality. We requested feather pillows and they were provided. Breakfast was good with cooked to order eggs and waffles. Staff were polite and professional. Rooftop bar is a must for at least one visit during any stay. Tons of shops and foodie places nearby. Easy walking distance to all the monuments and museums.

Martin (10/5): Hochwertige, ruhige und saubere Zimmer in perfekter Lage von Venedig - Das Hotel liegt perfekt direkt an der Rialto Brücke, bietet aber für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhige Zimmer, die sehr hochwertig ausgestattet sind. Ein Traum ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man im Sonnenuntergang das Treiben auf dem Kanal bei sehr gutem Essen genießen kann. Es ist eines der wenigen Hotels, bei denen ich sagen kann, es war wirklich alles perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Jackie (9/5): Feeling like royalty...and movie stars - We opted for a canalside view room - which we got. The bedroom was very comfortable and for Venice, the size was pretty good. The bathroom was exceptional with a walk in shower. The staff were amazingly helpful, especially the front of house staff - giving tips on how best to get to the airport by boat (which was a once in a lifetime experience - highly recommended - private boat across the lagoon arriving in style at the airport like a film star). A little extra than public Vaporetto but well worth the extra money for comfort and convenience. Front of house also gave some good tips for visiting in Venice - ie what not and what to do etc Breakfast was varied and lots of options for all tastes, inc optional cooked eggs etc. Again, the staff were tip top. Nothing at all - a perfect way to spend our 40th wedding anniversary.

Water taxi service & waiting gondolas right outside our door was extra special! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I researched countless hotels in Venice but this checked every box and exceeded my expectations ❤️ It was expensive and a bit noisy at times but worth the cost and a little noise for the canal side views!

We made full use of the terrace bar and were pleased to find that as hotel guests we were given first choice; they can get very busy. All the staff we met were lovely and very helpful. Our room was a decent size and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you our stay was wonderful.

junkm0nk3y (10/5): Perfect location for first time in Venice - Fantastic location, amazing staff, lovely rooms. The superior room on the ground floor was more than adequate for us, as we didn't spend much time in the room. It was nice and quiet and we slept well. The rooftop bar is very popular and has a nice view but is open to the public so it's hard to get a front table, the service was very slow and the drinks are more expensive than the rest of Venice. The big plus of this hotel is walking out of the front door and straight onto the Grand Canal. Overall, our stay in the hotel was excellent and I would recommend if it's your first time in Venice.

marcellB90CA (10/5): An outstanding stay in Venice! - This is a 4-star superior hotel located very close to the Rialto Bridge, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, spotless, and very stylish. The entire hotel is stunning and impressively modern, which is quite rare in Venice. What really stands out is the service. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to the Front Office Manager, Iacopo, who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, he went above and beyond. We were kindly upgraded upon arrival, and he took the time to recommend great spots and excellent restaurants. His level of care and attention made a real difference. Since we enjoyed our stay so much, we wanted to extend for another night. Even though the hotel was almost fully booked, he managed to make it happen, which we really appreciated. The hotel also organizes excellent water taxis, which makes arrival and departure very smooth and comfortable. The rooftop bar is another highlight, offering great service, amazing views, and very good drinks. Overall, this feels much closer to a 5-star experience than a 4-star superior hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service and the overall atmosphere is top level. Highly recommended when staying in Venice!

Linda (10/5): It was a nice stay. We would stay there again - The location of the hotel was wonderful. It so very central to all of the places we visited. We weren't prepared for the fact that the air conditioning was not available during our stay so the room was a bit stuffy. They gave us a fan, which helped a bit. We would definitely stay at H10 Palazzo Canova again. It would have been nice to know that central air conditioning is not available until the summer. We opened the window to let in fresh air but it was not ideal.

Tanya (10/5): Venice was our last stop on our month long journey in Italy. Your hotel made our stay the most memorable. - The hotel was exquisite. The location was perfect and the staff were marvelous. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and my room was beautiful. Every request was met with a smile and fulfilled easily. I will definitely be back. Nothing.

We loved it particularly arriving by water taxi to be met by the hotel team who took our luggage from the boat to the rooms. Great stay and we absolutely recommend the hotel Nothing

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, am apreciat in mod deosebit clatitele delicioase, iar hotelul ne- a facilitat si un transfer privat de la aeroport dus- intors, la un pret optim. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil si ne- a facut sa ne simtim foarte bine veniti. In concluzie chiar am avut un sejur minunat, ne- am simtit foarte rasfatati. Multumim mult H10 Palazzo Canova! Totul a fost minunat!
Traveler51623654471 (10/5): Wonderful Hotel in Venice! - We recently returned from our stay at the beautiful H10 Palazzo Canova in Venice, and we highly recommend it! We loved everything about the hotel: the location, which is perfect, just steps from the Rialto Bridge; the breakfast, which was excellent with lots of choices and made to order egg dishes; the staff, who were universally helpful and kind. We would especially like to call out Iacopo, the Front Desk Manager, who was able to grant our request and get Room 104 for us, and also Victor, who was so kind checking us in, and Shaiful, who was also helpful about so many things, and also everyone else who helped us. Our room was very special, with a balcony that was right on the Grand Canal with wonderful views of all the constant boat action and the beautiful Rialto Bridge. We spent hours enjoying that view! We also loved the very comfortable bed and the spacious lighted armoires for our clothes. The separate sitting room was also welcome and also had great Grand Canal views from the window. Our bedroom was very quiet once the door and windows were closed, which was important to us. The decor of the room was very beautiful. The room was also extremely clean. The bathroom, with the Grand Canal wallpaper, was also great. We thank Iacopo again for helping us and hope we can soon return to this special hotel!
B4177AXchristinaw (10/5): We‘ll be back soon! - Our stay in H10 Palazzo Canova in Venice was just incredible - great location! We spent New Year‘s Eve on the terrace and we bad the best view of the fireworks at midnight. It was our first stay in H10 in Venice and it won’t be our last. On top, we were lucky to get a room-upgrade with a view to Canale Grande - special thanks to Iacopo Celegato, who was such a nice and accommodating person, very helpful and competent. It was such a warmly welcome - we really enjoyed the atmosphere and we will come back soon.
