The hotel is in a perfect location with very easy access to Pavilion Mall and many other places around Kuala Lumpur. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. It was also quiet, which allowed us to rest very well during our stay. The facilities were excellent, and everything felt worth the experience. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service. The staff were always warm, attentive, and very quick to respond. Even when we requested drinking water, it arrived in less than 5 minutes. We also loved the thoughtful touch of having aromatherapy prepared in our room every afternoon, which made our stay feel even more relaxing and special. Special thanks to Hery from housekeeping and his supervisor, Hafiz, for their kindness and warm hospitality. They even created beautiful towel animals to welcome us, which made our stay even more personal and unforgettable.

Even though there were some miscommunication during my 2 nights stay here. Front Desk Manager Alli was professional and dedicated to resolve the issue. He shown great leadership and accountability. His colleague Farhana was the first person i met at the reception, her customer service standard is exceptional. I also would like to commend the housekeeping staff on level 11 namely Amdadul and Mehedi they were amazing, the take their job very seriously and they are always ready to attend to you the moment you step out of your room. Hotel Breakfast was sumptuous as well, Ismail's teh tarik is perfect every time, its the highlight of my daily breakfast. Kudos to each and every staff who made my first hotel stay here a memorable one with my friends. I will be back

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with direct access to Pavilion Mall, which is extremely convenient. - Shehryar (8/5): Great location and nice property! - The location is amazing! Connected to the Pavilion Mall, it was too convenient especially because we only had 1.5 days in KL. A lot of GREAT restaurants in the area, very busy and bustling area. The Pavilion Mall is great as well as Farehnheight! Room is decent and clean but not the most modern but still pretty good. Breakfast although has ALOT of options but most doesn't taste that great and doesn't look very appetizing either. I arrived at 2 PM and I know the check in time is 3 but most places do have rooms ready for check in by 2 if not earlier.

- Uwe (8/5): - Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Gute Lage in Bukit Bintang mit direktem Zugang zur Mall. Der Rooftop Pool ist sehr schön, leider wird gerade gegenüber gebaut, daher war es schon recht laut, Baulärm halt!

- Irwan H (8/5): Loved the stay. Loved the hotel. Loved the location. - Location was excellent since it was part of the Pavilion Mall. It was in the centre of Bukit Bintang and close proximity to TRX, Sungei Wang and Fahrenheit just to name a few. Room was spacious and the morning sahur spread was excellent with good variety and taste. Staff were super friendly too. Nit picking but some of the hotel's furniture looks dated.
