Francesca (9/5): - The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bus/metro stop right outside the hotel. It was a bit far from the city centre even though it was well connected. No possibility of opening the windows which was a bit odd.
Florentina (9/5): - Poziționarea este foarte bună, accesibilă cu transportul în comun. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, se făcea curățenie zilnic, iar micul dejun a fost bun. Camera single pe care am rezervat-o nu dispune de fereastră și mi-ar fi plăcut să știu asta înainte de finalizarea rezervării, și poate aș fi ales o cameră mai mare și luminoasă. În plus, nu există uscător de păr în baie.

Anastasiya (9/5): - The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. There was free water available to take to the room, as well as free fruit and coffee, which was a really nice touch. Our room unfortunately had a dirty electric kettle, but after we informed the staff, they quickly provided a clean one for our room. The room was also for the smaller size, but overall we had a good experience and felt well taken care of.

Stefanie (6/5): Für die Erkundung der Stadt ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Bei Buchung unbedingt auf das Fenster im Zimmer achten. - Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer über ein bekanntes Buchungsportal gebucht. Durch anrechenbares Guthaben war der Zimmerpreis für Amsterdam ok. Die Lage ist ok, Tram, Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Haustür. Frühstück kann man morgens ganz einfach für 15 € pro Person dazubuchen. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee gibt es 24/7 kostenlos. Aus der Beschreibung des Buchungsportals ging nicht deutlich hervor, dass es sich um ein DZ OHNE Fenster (aber mit Klimaanlage) handelt. Die Überraschung kam mit der Buchungsbestätigung. Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt war im Hotel leider kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar und die Zimmerpreise in Amsterdam generell sehr kostspielig, somit kam ein Storno nicht in Betracht. Fazit: Ich werde nie wieder ein Zimmer ohne Fenster buchen. Es war ok, aber mehr nicht.

Olena (6/5): I'm not sure if I would stay at this hotel again, unless I absolutely had to. - Cleanliness, good enough room, good breakfast There was an unpleasant incident during breakfast: a breakfast service employee turned on a video on his phone and watched it with the sound turned on. This was annoying and disruptive to my enjoyment of breakfast, ruining the calm, pleasant atmosphere that had been created from the start—the soft music and the view of the canal. When I told him about it after about 15 minutes that it was bothering me, he reacted with displeasure and a bit rudely, as if I'd asked for something unusual. It was unpleasant. Another time, I didn't want to go to breakfast (I could have paid extra for it), so I chose to have breakfast in the cafe. If not for this situation, I would have been 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel. But this particular incident significantly worsened the experience.

Michael (8/5): Great visit to Amsterdam. Very lively city with lot's to explore. - The location is convenient, with multiple public transportation options readily available outside the building. Access to the city center is swift. The room features an efficient layout, and the bathroom is spacious. The entrance of the building sometimes had an accumulation of trash outside the front door. I don't think it's a cleanliness issue, the city is quite windy and it's unfortunate that the trash accumulates right there. The building itself and the interior is pretty well kept.

La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del metro y a solo unos pasos del transporte público, lo que hizo muy fácil movernos por toda la ciudad. La habitación era pequeña, pero muy cómoda y perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable y confortable. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien organizado. Además, queremos destacar la atención del personal, quienes fueron extremadamente amables y atentos en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una gran actitud. Zaida (9/5): Toimiva hotelli lyhyelle visiitille. Lähellä metroa ja ratikkaa. - Siisti hotelli ja huoneesta löytyi pääosin kaikki tarvittava lyhyeen vierailuun. Hotellin aulatilat olivat myös siistit ja hotelli vaikutti hyvin rauhalliselta. Ikkunan lähellä nukkuminen oli hieman tukalaa, sillä ikkunasta tuli auringon lämpö läpi huoneeseen. Tämä herätti aamulla aikaisin ja teki oleskelun ikkunan lähellä vaikeaksi. Myös minijääkaappi olisi ollut hyvä lisä.

Puedes pedir comida take away y comerla en el comedor de allí y tiene una zona para fumadores. Las almohadas bastante incomodas, la cama de matrimonio son dos camas juntas y todo iba bien hasta que la ducha se embozó muchisimo, empezó a salir el agua todo el lavabo inundado y tardaron casi 2h en “arreglarlo”, al dia siguiente pasó lo mismo y no habian habitaciones para cambiarnos

The location was excellent — there was a metro and tram stop right outside, which made getting around the city very easy fast and convenient. The room was comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The only small thing I would have liked was a mini fridge in the room, but overall everything else was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

Anthony (8/5): Séjour très satisfaisant, je recommande ! - Le personnel est incroyablement à l’écoute et toujours prêt à renseigner les clients. Les chambres sont propres et la literie est confortable pour un hôtel. L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d’une station de métro, et la gare se trouve à 15-20 minutes à pied, ce qui est assez pratique. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, plusieurs parkings P+R se trouvent à proximité. La porte de la douche laisse passer toute l’eau à l’extérieur de la douche et s’ouvre même parfois toute seule. Dans les chambres sans fenêtre, c’est-à-dire les chambres du milieu, le Wi-Fi est inexistant. L’hôtel dispose bien d’un parking, mais celui-ci est payant et plus cher que les parkings P+R à proximité.

The hotel is also very well connected, with the metro, tram, and buses only ~ 2 minutes away ! The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful ! Special thanks 🙏 to Andrea at reception, as well as Muhammad and Arvind (if I remember the names correctly) who were all very welcoming and professional 👐 The only downside was that the room had no window. We already knew this when booking, so it wasn’t a big issue for one night, but future guests should pay attention when choosing their room, especially if they are claustrophobic or prefer natural light.
