- Anny Hall (8/5): An overnight stop before heading to Trelew airport. - Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfy. Car parking available. Location was good for us. We had to leave before breakfast but we could have some croissants and a hot drink. The croissants were warm but were rather hard.

As I had to leave very early (before breakfast had started), I was offered a coffee and some cake. That was very thoughtful. I would definitely go back there if I go to puerto madryn. WiFi is sometimes weak according to where the room is.

Il personale alla reception non è stato molto presente: siamo arrivati il 24 dicembre e avrebbero dovuto assicurarsi che fossimo organizzati per la cena perchè in quella serata quasi tutti i locali sono chiusi e molti solo su prenotazione.

El desayuno podría ofrecer más opciones como frutas, yogur, panes y pasteles, así como café de mejor calidad.

Mi hanno comunicato che l’avevano messa nei Lost & Found senza nemmeno avvisarmi!!! È una giacca da 200 euro, non costava nulla mandarmi un messaggio, tanto più che mi avevano già scritto.

- Eva (8/5): Super Lage, hellhörig - Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand, alle Läden incl. Buchhandlung fußläufig in der Nähe, alle touristischen Angebote und Autoverleih etc in direkter Nachbarschaft. Busbahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück. Bett war bequem.Fenster in den ruhigen Innenhof konnte man öffnen. Es gibt eine Hotelkatze:-) Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. In meinem Nachbarzimmer wohnte ein Ehepaar, ich habe nahezu jedes Wort verstanden. Am Samstag war eine Gruppe in der Lobby unten, die hat man lange bis in den ersten Stock gehört. Mein Zimmer (111) war im Eck, sehr klein und dunkel. Zwei Einzelbetten, aber zu zweit wäre es definitiv zu eng gewesen. Habe einen Stuhl vor den Schrank gestellt, damit ich überhaupt laufen konnte.

La colazione è buona e ideale per iniziare bene la giornata. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliato!

- Jorge (5/5): - desayuno y ubicación muy buenos ambos Que no hubiera aire acondicionado en la habitación, y lo sufrimos, porque teníamos ese dia 35° y que no se pudiera cerrar y asegurar para que no se abra desde afuera la única ventanita que había y era muy fácil de acceder para cualquier extraño desde el exterior.

We also liked the parking, wonderful staff, and a place to get a sandwich or drink from the hotel bar. The breakfast was wonderful. It was served in a nice breakfast room where we could view the bay. The room decor and the bathroom are a bit dated and plain. The bathroom is small.
