• kamal (9/5): very pleasant and comfortable stay - its location suitable for communication, Breakfast delicious and rooms are quite spacious and clean. staff are very friendly. it have no lift facility only.
• Kaushik (10/5): - Very friendly staff and great service. Clean rooms, food though limited was very tasty and well curated. The fried rice was great! Rooms were a bit too small. The bathroom could do with a shower door or a curtain as the water almost always goes out of the shower area.
• Shrishti (7/5): Easy, good space and delicious breakfast - The breakfast was delicious and the lounge area was modern and nice. The rooms were large and spacious which we appreciated. The location was further away from the town centre but it wasn't a long walk to the Phuket old town. The rooms were a bit dark and the ceiling was a little low which made it seemed smaller. I don't remember us having a window. Also, not an issue but a pool is always nice to cool down in after a hot day of sight seeing.

• Jayesh Kharwar (9/5): Excellent. Charming Hotel. - There is nothing to not like about the Hotel. It has a unique charm about and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Its a pity we could only spend one night here as we were moving on to Khao Lak. Hotel is ideal to explore Old Phuket. Would definitely want to stay here if I visit later. The shower cubicle is "small" and water splashes out wetting the bathroom. Everything is functional though. More options at Breakfast and a larger shower cubicle would have been wonderful.

Propre et confortable Bon petit déjeuner Pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre : gros point négatif Et donc sans lumière du jour 2e étage sans ascenseur mais le personnel vous aide pour les bagages

• Florian (7/5): - Die Lage war top, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer und sauber und ausreichend groß. Zwischendurch konnte man immer Orangensaft und Cold Coffee nehmen. Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster mit Sonnenlicht und die Betten waren sehr hart. Der Check out war unnötig kompliziert gestaltet.

• vanessa (6/5): Hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour et pourtant le moins agréable - Le personnel était agréable Nous étions au premier étage sorte de mezzanine juste au dessus du petit déjeuner et tous les matins à partir de 7h30 l’hôtel devenait très bruyant. De plus dans notre chambre une fenêtre mais opaque sur laquelle etait indiqué qu’il ne fallait pas l’ouvrir donc on ne pouvait pas voir le jour, une impression d’enfermement très désagréable.

• Savita (10/5): Lovely 1st time stay in Old-Town Phuket - Great location and cooked to order breakfast, attractive/modern lobby decor. Nice snacks/drinks were available throughout the day. Easy walk to main old town photo-opps with many dining options! Friendly staff. We had some trouble getting "locked out" in the morning, the staff (esp Yuwarin) went above-and-beyond to compensate. Scooter rental place outside was great! The Open Flame restaurant was great if you're craving a cold beer, burger along with some really great Thai Food Also recommend Tukabkhao for a more elevated dining experience in a lovely setting. The beds were hard. Seems to be common throughout many of our stays.

Un plus: ci siamo fermati solo una notte, di passaggio per andare poi qualche giorno alle Isole Phi Phi; ci hanno concesso di lasciare il bagaglio grande in hotel fino al nostro ritorno tre giorni dopo, gesto davvero molto apprezzato! Grazie ancora allo staff :) Consigliatissimo!
• Silvia (10/5): Lo consiglierei - Bellissimo hotel curato nei dettagli e nei colori. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza spaziosa. Buona la colazione. Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla via principale ma fuori dal “caos” La camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva una finestra che non si poteva aprire. Il soffione della doccia non stava dritto, ho dovuto tenerlo per bagnarmi altrimenti puntava sul vetro.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, inclusive o recepcionista que estava a noite nos recebeu muito bem e fez até uma compra de café da manhã para nós comermos outro dia, pois pegamos com café da manhã e o café começava após o horário do passeio. O hotel em si é muito confortável, na recepção tem café, água, biscoito e frutas a vontade. A localização também é excelente, próxima a rua das lojinhas e restaurantes.

• Renos (9/5): - Small and cute hotel, ran more like a family owned holiday house than a hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is selected on the previous day from a list of set choices but very tasty and well prepared. Very good filter coffee too. The provision of a bottle of water every day as well as beach towels was greatly appreciated. The lack of lift and bad regulation of hot and cold water in the shower are the only negatives I noted and this only if I have to mention something negative. In no way does it downgrade the overall good image of the hotel.

• Tony (4/5): Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. - Gute Lage nahe der Altstadt, Roller-Verleih direkt ums Eck. Sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer komplett ohne Tageslicht. Die vorhanden Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen und waren abgeklebt. Dadurch sehr stickige Luft im Zimmer. Beim duschen hat man zwangsläufig das Badezimmer geflutet. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich in Ordnung, jedoch war es angeblich nicht möglich die angebotenen Gerichte anzupassen oder spontan zu ändern.

Das kleine süße Hotel ist in einem modernen Landhausstil eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail für 2-4 Nächte unschlagbar . Jammern auf hohen Niveau es gibt kein Fahrstuhl Koffer müssen also in die jeweiligen Etagen getragen werden .

• Remy (6/5): Pleasant. I would have been disappointed overall if I had not been able to change rooms - Great location, good sized rooms, friendly staff, 2 x bottles of water everyday! My original room didn’t have a window (it was tinted and faced directly onto a wall) - so no natural light, which made the room (211) very claustrophobic! I had to pay extra to move to a room with windows. Additionally - the shower was not very good - bad water pressure in the first room and very poor drainage. The second room (206) was a bit better. Aircon in the first room was very noisy - much better in the second room.

Have to carry heavy luggages 2 floors up. Sometimes the staff can be rude (shocking to see it especially after seeing the opposite for 15 days in Thailand elsewhere).

• KiniaG. (7/5): Tall person warning - The level of cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff truly shows a high level of care for their guests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone taller than 180 cm. The ceilings in the lobby and the first-floor rooms are very low, which makes it quite uncomfortable if you are tall.

• Carla Valentina (10/5): Great stay if you want to be relaxing and nearby the pier to visit Phi Phi - Its in the old town, so a much calmer vibe than other locations, but it has the main pier close and you can visit the market on the weekends It was perfect, if I have to say something I will mention that you have to choose the breakfast from a menu and the continental breakfast menu is not that big for you to choose.
