• Lea (10/5): Comfortable and Affordable - I felt really save here as a solo female traveler, since there is security at night and the family was really nice. The location is a little hidden but you will find your way. It's really close to a big party street but still very quiet. There is nice food places nearby and you can get a grab around the city from outside the ally it's located in. The soundproofing isn't the best but I don't really mind that.

• Carolyn (1/5): Crawling with cockroaches - The location was good I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews, particularly surrounding cleanliness. This was a disgusting place, and my worst stay in Vietnam, no contest. CRAWLING WITH COCKROACHES. I threw both my suitcases away upon my return home, as they had burrowed into every tiny nook and crevice, under handles, through the tiniest gaps in the zipper, and all into the bag. Terrible WIFI connection. Only got one hot shower the day I arrived, then the water wouldn’t get warm. Wonky A/C that was so hard to operate. Bed was like a stone slab. This was a nightmare, I couldn’t get out of here fast enough. Do not stay here.

Außerdem hat sie uns für eine ungeplante Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts ein Zimmer in einem Guesthouse direkt gegenüber organisiert, weil bei ihr bereits alle Zimmer belegt waren. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zimmer war relativ klein, was für uns aber kein Problem war.

Very clear and prompt communication by Ms Vy. May be it was just a me problem but the room is very tiny and i cannot sleep with AC turned on the whole night. So soon after the AC is turned off it gets stuffy. And the remote control of AC didn't work.
• Jasmine (10/5): Perfect location, lovely family who run the guesthouse, clean and cosy rooms! - Loved our stay here, very kind family business who gave us a detailed map when we checked in, explaining the city, with the best places to eat, sights to see etc. We were able to leave our luggage until it was time to check in as we arrived by the sleeper bus early in the morning. The rooms were very clean, with a comfy bed, hot water, great air-con and nice cosy rooms. Perfect location, on the doorstep to so many attractions but tucked from the busy and loud streets making it perfect. Great communication and we they were able to book us a taxi to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!

• Marco Gilbert (5/5): Clean but very minimalist - We had room 402, which meant a few stairs to climb in a narrow and rather stuffy space (no elevator). The room itself was very clean, the bed very comfortable, there was a mini-fridge, and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, it was tiny. And if you take a shower, you flood the entire bathroom. I would only recommend this place if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for a few hours and you're okay with very basic, minimalist accommodations. The owner is quite welcoming, and it's well located for walking to the most popular spots. Note that there’s a 7-Eleven and a Circle K just steps away, which can be convenient since breakfast isn’t included.

It was incredibly clean, no damp walls or smells, it looked newly renovated, the host was absolutely lovely, i loved the idea that they have you take your shoes off before entering. Location is also close to everything but also quiet. That we didnt find this place sooner

La localisation est parfaite pour visiter les endroits intéressants à pied, et tout près des compagnies de bus (giant ibis et futa bus). L’accueil est parfait. C’est bien précisé par la guest House, la chambre est petite et il y a des escaliers, mais ça ne nous a pas du tout gêné.

• Yoofie (8/5): Welcoming and comfortable guesthouse - We had to book very last minute and late at night. Vy still greeted us at the late time and helped us to settle in. The room was comfortable and the guesthouse is in a good location close to many restaurants (some even open for 24 hours) There isn't much space in the room and bathroom but for the price, it is good value.

• Panna (10/5): Ms Vy is the best host we've ever encountered. Well located clean room. - Ms Vy was EXTREMELY helpful. She was always available to answer our questions, accommodate our needs and help with everything from booking a cab to helping us with our sim cards. She gave us a little map of the area with all the things to do and eat and also some common phrases in Vietnamese. Having a host like her made our stay so much easier. In other locations, the room may be nicer, but without an available and helpful host it is quite difficult to get around Vietnam as a newbie foreigner. The room was small but clean. We were busy during housekeeping hour, but Ms Vy ensured that the maid came back and cleaned our room as soon as it was available. Laundry service was cheap and prompt. Water is available at the hotel at good price. Lots of street food, convenience stores, parks in the area. Bus station is close by. We encountered some bugs, 3 cockroaches and a centipede that fell out of the AC when we turned it on. However, this is probably an issue in most places in the area at this price point. So if you want to avoid bugs at all cost, you'll have to upgrade your budget to a fancy hotel.
