- Juan Esteban (3/5): Great location, not the hotel - I liked the location and the fast communication My room was dirty (dust) and I am pretty sure it had some kind of mold because my wife and I woke up the 3 days with some difficulty for breathing. The first night the AC was not running/working. They do a poor job for cleaning some of the areas. It is not as visible because lighting is low inside.

Very central to everything and could walk to all locations We travelled as a party of 10 and everyone thoroughly loved where we stayed Assistance was only a WhatsApp away, very helpful and quick responses! Also helped us by booking a cab back to the airport. Nothing!

Definitely would recommend this place. The only complaint I have with the water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great.

- Katie (10/5): - We loved staying here!!! The location was amazing, so close to all the action, but without feeling like you’re stuck amongst the crowds. The rooms are cosy and beautiful. The cakes and coffee machine was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend staying here!!

So easy to find and no noise from the nearby streets! (The lift was a bonus!) The TV and facilities were also excellent! The sofa was so uncomfortable we couldn't even use it, I think it was more for show. But it didn't matter as the bed was large and comfortable.

Such a beautiful room and the extra communal sitting and coffee area was especially nice, I really did enjoy the cake. The checking instructions and communication were superb and it was appreciated being able to leave the bags on the departure day in the communal area. The location was perfect for daily exploring and it was quiet and very safe. I was glad of the lift but it scared me as I couldn’t work out how to get out to start with. I also found the room seating unusable which was a shame. I know it was antique furniture but it did need to be functional.
- Sonia (10/5): I could not fault the accommodation the he’d was huge and the room very tastefully decorated and I would not hesitate to - The property was very grand and incredibly well positioned with easy access to local restaurants and pubs and a stones throw from the Pantheon and Trevi fountain I was slightly surprised to receive an email saying that we owed for a bottle of red wine. The way it was positioned with 2 wine glasses as you entered made it look like it was complementary and both myself and my husband thought it was a very nice touch however it wasn’t free. I even checked the listing on the mini bar and there was no mention of a cost for the wine. I was told in the message that the price was on the back of the bottle which we had obviously not picked up on. Anyway it was a lovely bottle of red and we enjoyed it.

- anne (9/5): Central but quiet accommodation which made us feel a part of Rome - A lovely quiet location very close to Piazza Navona ( we were there in March) It was easy to find. The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable and an excellent powerful shower. It felt like the room was part of Rome itself There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room but in a small area, available to all, there were also daily sweet treats. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly host and everything was explained to us.

- Gemma (10/5): Great room in a fantastic location - The location is amazing, a short walk to all the major sights. We walked everywhere! So many restaurants in the area. Big room with an enormous bed, the room was beautifully decorated and felt like we were in a castle with the high ceiling. Spacious bathroom. Loved having the coffee machine and cakes every day! Would definitely come back and highly recommend for something a little different to the usual hotels. Overall the room was incredibly clean but I felt the shower area could do with a deep clean, there was some mould between the tiles. This was the only minor issue though.

Secure and safe neighbourhood. The room is cleaned and the bed is made every morning. Perfect location near all attractions by foot. It matches the pictures. The room kettle wasn't clean it needs immediate replacement, couldn't do my tea!

It was a delightful experience! - The bed and room temperature was very comfortable and the room decor ( high wooden ceiling beams) was extra special. The tea/pastry in the lobby were delightful! Also, I appreciated having access to an ironing board/iron! Thanks so much for everying…so charming! Took a bit of figuring out how to enter as I was unclear where to press the Navona button and then type in the code from the directions. After that, we were good!

Fica num Palazzo histórico, perto do Pantheon e de varias igrejas importantes. Na mesma rua do Alfredo e da gelateria Giolitti. Carrefour e restaurantes em conta bem perto.
