• Katarzyna (6/5): - Było czysto, był bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem Nie jest to wina właściciela apartamentu, ale pierwszej nocy w budynku obok była bardzo głośna impreza, brzmiało to tak jakby obok był jakiś bar Z karaoke bo śpiewali do mikrofonu przez kilka godzin a okna nie były szczelne więc przez pół nocy nie dało się spać. Lokalizacja- bardzo dużo czasu zajmuje dojazd do centrum Rzymu. Okolica niezbyt przyjemna, dużo śmieci leżących na chodnikach, brudno i nieprzyjemnie.

No obstante , el servicio y atención por parte del propietario fue muy buena
• peter (7/5): at least in winter, an inexpensive apartment in a quiet location. - the room with private toilet is OK. the shared kitchen is moderately equipped. from the apartment to the center it is about 10 km. a bus stop is right in front of the house. the neighborhood is quiet. it takes a little long to reach the center.

L’unico problema è stata la posizione, si trova molto fuori ma Comunque è collegata benissimo. C’è la fermata del bus sotto casa che porta direttamente alla metro A di Cinecittà ed è semplice raggiungere il centro della città
• Valeria (3/5): Il mio soggiorno non é stato piacevole - La posizione va bene perché è esattamente davanti alla linea del bus e quindi va bene perché é ben collegata Non mi è piaciuto che non c’era il riscaldamento ed è dichiarato il contrario (il condizionatore che butta aria calda non è la stessa cosa), non funzionava l’asciugacapelli quindi non è stato fatto un controllo prima e ho trovato le lenzuola macchiate! Inoltre mi sono trovata a dover cambiare stanza perché è stato fatto un errore con le prenotazioni e coloro che sono arrivati hanno incentivato a rendere il soggiorno sgradevole ( sbattere le porte e rumori a tarda notte). Invito il personale a migliorare tutti questi punti elencati

• Izabela (10/5): C'è da migliorare ma ci tornerei sicuramente... - La posizione - collegata con bus. Stanza spaziosa. Disponibilità di usare la cucina completa. Terrazza enorme e arredata con dondolo, panche e tavolino. Staff gentile. In cucina farebbe comodo una padella e le pentole un po' meno distrutte. Nella stanza invece ci sono muri un po' sporchi. Climatizzatore come riscaldamento funzionava ma scaldava poco e faceva tantissimo rumore. Lo scarico nella doccia è tanto lento. In 7 notti non mi è stato proposto né anche cambio dei asciugamani. Mancavano accappatoi come da descrizione sulla stanza.

• marinela (10/5): - zona abbastanza tranquilla e muovermi con i mezzi trasporti e abbastanza semplice da poter usare.

• Tomei (10/5): - La stanza è all'interno di un appartamento con altre due stanze composto da cucina e lavanderia in comune e bagno in camera. La comodità di avere i servizi ad uso privato fa la differenza. La mia camera era spaziosa e pulita. Ottima la posizione molto vicino a Tor Vergata ma anche al centro, la macchina è consigliata per spostarsi più velocemente, il parcheggio è sempre presente nei pressi della casa e quindi non ho avuto difficoltà. Per andare in centro prendendo la metro da Anagnina (a 5 minuti di macchina) in una ventina di minuti si raggiungo le attrazioni principali. Una soluzione davvero comoda. Consigliatissima

• Mirko (5/5): Passabile - Staff gentilissimo Bagno moderno Pulizia camera Letto Comodo Wifi veloce Ristoranti e supermercati a 1 km a piedi Check-in automatico Purtroppo ho riscontrato alcuni problemi durante il soggiorno: L’acqua della doccia risultava solo fredda o tiepida, non diventava mai realmente calda. Lo scarico della doccia era parzialmente intasato. Le pareti sono molto sottili: si sente tutto sia dalle stanze vicine che dalla cucina in comune. La posizione è comoda per chi desidera rimanere nei dintorni, ma spostarsi può risultare un po’ complicato: la fermata del bus davanti al B&B è servita da poche corse. A circa 1 km c’è un’altra fermata che permette di raggiungere le zone di Tor Vergata o Anagnina.

• Exequiel Maximiliano (8/5): Satisfecho. - Baño bien equipado y moderno, buena disposición del anfitrión, conexión con el transporte público bien explicada, televisión smart tv (con youtube, netflix y demás instalado) La ubicación donde se encuentra el apartamento de noche puede dar un poco de inseguridad además de estar bastante alejado del centro, no obstante utilizando el transporte público se puede llegar al mismo en unos 20/30 minutos. Las almohadas de la cama son bastante gruesas y no dejan descansar muy bien.

• Nhi (3/5): Worst trip arrival so far - The area is quiet. David is informative and I hope it was him on duty during the stay. I booked the hotel for my daughter traveling by herself. So I texted David to ask for picking up from the airport but he was busy and directed me to Ashton. I texted and asked if my daughter could be picked up but never got reply on it, not even instruction on how to get to the hotel (not until she already arrived). She ended up handling 2 heavy suitcases by herself. It was over 9PM when she landed and she had to find the way to the hotel by herself, so she got on wrong metro and wrong bus. She tried to called Ashton but apparently his phone died. The Uber app did not working on her phone so I had to get her a taxi. When getting to the stay, it took her another 1 hour to get in the room because the passcode wouldn't open the door, she had difficulty trying to contact the host. My daughter likes the place but I don't think we would ever recommend it to first time travelers to Italy!

Buses come right outside the building (just make sure you get on the right one, it’s a one-way, so both directions of the line come to the same stop). Felt like there was lots of space for us, and was very comfortable Walls are very thin; you can hear other people throughout the building. Also, balcony is shared and the ash tray for cigarettes is right outside the balcony door of the room, so when someone is smoking it blows into the room.

• Franco (5/5): Il proprietario/gestore molto educato e disponibile - 1. Sicuramente la TV con abbonamento NETFLIX già incluso; 2. impianto di climatizzazione OK; 3. Il proprietario/gestore è stato molto educato e disponibile, anche se non c'è mai stato un incontro di persona, ma oggi ormai è la consuetudine. 1. il parcheggio pubblicizzato sull'annuncio in realtà è il parcheggio in mezzo alla strada che non ha nulla a che fare con la struttura. (una sera ho dovuto parcheggiare a 150 m di distanza dalla struttura...); 2. Non è un appartamento ma bensì una singola camera di 20 mq dove, nel mio caso, abbiamo dormito in 4 adulti!!! Questo non è dichiarato chiaramente nell'inserzione; 3. non c'è una lampada sul comodino da accendere la notte se devi andare al bagno e si deve utilizzare la luce del cellulare. Addirittura da un lato del letto non c'è neanche il comodino... 4. Tassa di soggiorno di 6€ procapite al giorno...a maggio ho pagato 1,40€!

• Alexandra (10/5): - Nous avons aimé la propreté du logement, le calme de la résidence et les explications claires pour y accéder. Le fait qu il y ait des places de stationnement dans la rue était un plus pour nous ainsi que la proximité immédiate des transports en communs et la climatisation dans les chambres. Honnêtement, il n y a rien à redire, c était parfait !

• A7la (10/5): Great price, Secure property hassle free stay. - Great price for the stay, booked short notice and couldn't match the price. Comfortable bed. Large balcony.. good facilities and very secure entry (Gate, Security door and apartment key lock) excellent location for Ciampino Airport. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest train station. (The bus does stop right outside the apartment though) We rented Lime scooters from the surrounding streets each day for the journey to the station Ananina.

• Kučerová (5/5): Passable - We appreciated that the host informed us in advance that there would be no hot water on the first day, and fortunately it was resolved afterward. However, the hot water was sometimes weak or not warm enough, which was a bit uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was that the bathroom fan turned on automatically with the light, creating quite a lot of noise. Also, I'm personally not a fan of French-style duvets – I really don’t understand why they are so common in accommodations, as they’re not very comfortable and probably nobody actually wants them. The worst part, however, was the noise from surrounding rooms. The walls seemed to let through all the sounds – even amplified them at times. You could hear toilets flushing, water running, and other disturbances very clearly and very loudly. Several times during the night we were woken up by a tapping noise, probably from a door above us, which in the middle of the night felt like someone was using a jackhammer next to our head. The apartment itself was clean and otherwise fine. Regarding the location – public transport was a bit of a challenge. Twice out of five times, we had to wait nearly an hour for a bus. Buses from the nearest metro station don’t run very often, and it feels like a gamble to figure out which stop to wait at and when the next bus will actually come.

• Csenge (10/5): Lovely apartments, excellent host - Really nice and cozy apartments, comfortable beds, clean and beautiful washrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped wirh everything, easily accessabls shared balconies where smoking was allowed. TV and air conditioner was working, so does all the electrical devices (owen, micro, etc). One of the best accomodations Ive ever been to! Special thanks to David, who was an amazing host, helped us with everything, made our trip lovely and memorable. It was hard to reach the Center of Rome, buses were less frequent than we've been told. Surrounding area/ neighborhood was dirty (but this is not the accomodation's fault).
• Miss (8/5): Good Experience - Host is friendly and helped with whatever questions about transport and places to visit etc. The Apartment is right next to the bus top which makes it easy to get to the metro.
• Loran (10/5): I recommend this apartment for everyone that likes moder, clean and comfortable apartments. - The property was so clean, very modern and very comfortable. It had everything that you need. The apartment is one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever seen. The staff was super professional and friendly. He is cleaning the apartment every day. It was a pleasure staying at this apartment. Only bad thing about this apartment is the location, you got a bus stop right in front of the apartment every 25 minutes. But for the price is perfect!

The apartment is situated outside the strict centre of Rome,so imagine our surprise when we have found italian pizza,gelato and small shops almost next to our building. :-) Nice :-) Beware of the ZTL's and enjoy this small piece of heaven. :-) Sadly no private parking,but you can park on the street next to the building.

• Valeria (9/5): Modern apartment in quiet neighborhood - Both Brian and David were very kind and helpful. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Our bedroom had a very nice balcony facing the garden. The kitchen was quite spacious and it was fully equipped. The apartment is quite far away from the main attractions and the bus to get there is a bit unreliable. However, if the bus fails it's only a 20 minute walk to the Metro station. That is the only downside. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

• Marija (9/5): Graat - David, room, garden, piece and quite were perfect. Room and kitchen were well equipped. Other guests were discrete and tidy as well. Excellent for morning static bird watching on the balcony or in the garden before sight seeing. You can have a good night sleep and hear birds in the morning. The bus stop is opposite the building. It passes every 20 minutes. The restaurant David recommended, Fusio Orario, servers amazing food and its 2 km from the accommodation. It's further from the city centre and for people who aren't ready to commute 45 to 60 minutes it may be a downside. For us, it was not a big issue.

• Fatme (7/5): Very Good Choice - The accommodation was right at the bus stop. The room was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. David picked me up from the metro station as I didn't know how to reach the bus stop, and was very kind to do it for free. There was even coffee to use until I bought mine. the Kitchen is fully equipped with everything. The bathroom was very nicely designed and new. TV had all sorts of options with Netflix subscription and others. The room had a shared spacious balcony with a seating area. The downside of the accommodation is that it was outside the city, so it requires more than 1 hour to go one way to the city centre depending on availability of busses especially at night. But afterall, it's a good value for money.
