• Thuy (7/5): Pleasant staff and Trung managers very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are good - The location is good, many shop around and a food market nearby. Interesting sight seeing. I wish the bedding clothes are whiter and bath towels are looked old and worn out, off white colour and feel noth fresh. Could do with bleaching white, washing and fabric conditioner to keeping them fresh and new.

• Fraser (4/5): Nothing really good to say - In all honesty not a lot, if I hadn’t paid upon arrival I am sure we would of left after 1 night, only good thing really was having the supermarket round the corner and the close proximity to the venue for the Hanoi open pool championship The room we were put in which cost extra for a better room had no shower curtain so showers were not possible, the bath had chips and sharp cuts in the ceramic all around the bath which made it difficult getting in and out of the bath, we were moved room to another which was better but pretty much every morning around 8 we were woken with drilling or sawing inside the hotel, 1 night there was what sounded like fighting on our floor, we tried phoning reception numerous times and never had 1 call answered. The towels we received each time were always stained to an extent, the floor was dirty and my suitcase ended up filthy from lying on the floor, overall not a great experience and I wouldn’t return.

• TAKASHI (10/5): - There are a some old parts, but the room is large enough. Employees are friendly, and morning buffet tastes good, so this is a good hotel as a whole.
• Lan (10/5): - Pro: walking distance to bus station, Highland coffee shop and plaza. Room is clean and no tobacco smell. We had been placed in rooms at different hotels with heavy tobacco smell that we had to walk out before. Friendly staffs. We checked in at 4 am, asked the staff if we could check out a little bit late at 2 pm on the same day, they accommodated us without asking for more money. Con: not too convenient to rent a motorbike nearby.

Based on our late arrival, the hotel allowed us to late check out at no extra charge. The whole building was squeaky shiny clean. Breakfast was good.

The staff were exceptional! nothing too much trouble, they even went out there way to obtain a hand travel fan for my friend which was a lifesaver during the event! Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked fried eggs and the lady serving us always had a smile on her face and very welcoming! Great value for money and would definitely return! • Ganjar (8/5): Very good - not many varieties of breakfast, the breakfast schedule starts at 6.30 but the food is not yet ready. You should wait until 7 to get all of the food served. You should specify the room like a smoking or non-smoking room. At first, I got into the smoking room and thought I could handle it. But, in the middle of the night, I can't take it anymore. I ask the staff to change the room and they directly change my room to a non-smoking room.

• Rikl (9/5): Quick stop on the way home - Rooms were nice with bath and shower with all the items provided in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was simple, fresh and nice, the staff at breakfast was very pleasant. Some of the reception staff were helpful during the stay. Initial check-in staff when we arrived were not that inviting, seemed lacking in enthusiasm. Not sure why they needed to send up housekeeping to do added cleaning of our rooms as we arrived, this should have all been completed before our arrival.

• Yung (10/5): - The room I stayed was quite spacious and clean. I can see the unblocking scene of the stadium from my room. The room is well proofed from noise. They delivered the bleakfast of my choice to my room but the menu was quite limited. I had beef noodle soup. The staff were quite friendly and speak good English. They washed my socks and underwears I put in the laundry basket and didn't charge the laundry fee as I didn't filled in request form. There were no gym and swimming pool but Overall I'm satisfied. Excellent value for money.

(off course I did not pay twice) Even with those problems, I want to stay here again as I was satisfied with other advantages.

• Gary (8/5): Great clean hotel at a reasonable price - This hotel was a great find. I normally stay at the Crowne Plaza across the road, but I was really impressed with this hotel also. I went for a better room than the standard one, but it was still very cheap. My room (504) was very spacious, clean and modern (especially compared to other hotels in the area). The staff were very helpful and polite. It's located down a side road from a main street, but far away enough from the main road so it wasn't too noisy. They don't offer breakfast, but this wasn't too much of an issue as there's a supermarket and coffee shop round the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel.

• Taehie (6/5): 출장 - 신축 건물이라 새집 증후군(?)이 있어 처음에 문을 열고 입실 시 눈이 따갑고 코가 매콤 조식 제공이 아니고 식당 조차 없음 비품은 숙박비에 비례하여 중급(?)정도 인근에 vin mart가 있으며 미딩 국립 경기장까지는 도보로 약10분내외 이며 my dinh2의 중심상가와는 도보로 약10분내외이며 my dinh1의 한국인 밀집지역은 도보로 걷기에는 다소 무리가 있으며 my dinh 버스터미널까지는 대로를 이용하여 걸을 시에는 20여분정도 소요되는 위치에 있으며 본 숙소 인근에 1~2개의 외국인이 가능한 숙소가 있으며 뒷골목에는 현지인들이 저렴하게 이용하능 숙소가 몇 개있음
