onionyfood (10/5): Great stay - This place was near the lively streets, but tucked in. It was in a peaceful residential side and quiet at night. The room was very clean and large. The facilities were everything I needed. The lady was very helpful and cooks the guests delicious proper breakfast. I enjoyed my stay so much. Thank you.
Andrew (4/5): Poor experience overall. - I stayed in the annexe bed and breakfast part of the hotel. The access was confusing and there was nobody available to answer some questions I had. The place could do with a freshen up too. The lady at breakfast/check out was rude and unhelpful and would not allow me to leave my luggage until later in the day - I have never known this before, I would not recommend staying here.

Ross (8/5): - I enjoyed my two separate stays here. The room was very large. The staff were very helpful. The property itself is about 20 mins walk from the main square. The breakfast was pretty good, and was nice to eat with fellow travellers. For £15 a night, i couldnt recommend more!

HERSHEY MEE (4/5): - We booked to their hotel property but we were redirected to their B&B/guesthouse which has an inconvenient location;however, it has nearby shops and bus stops. We were not served breakfast though we booked with one (the lady said, if it is from expedia then no food)
LaurentCL2 (6/5): Needs TLC and good Wi-Fi! - The positive first: Very good location, close to the city center. The area doesn't bother me as much as for other guests because it's good quality price for what you get and you are mostly outside anyway. Good breakfast. The bed is comfortable in the Hemingway room. The cons now: It was my second time at B&B Artistic Tirana. The first time was 2 years ago and I stayed in the Kandinsky room. The rolling shutter were not working. I assume it is by now... In the Hemingway room where we stayed his time, there is zero Wi-Fi connection. The connection in the common area is super weak and sometimes, you don't even find the network. I contacted them to report the problem. They told me that there were two networks for B&B Artistic but none was to be found in our room. All guests I talked to were actually very upset about it. The owners didn't do anything about it, like they don't give a damn about it. The bathroom is very clean but the shower head needs to be changed because it is full of calk. The shower curtain doesn't prevent the water from flooding the bathroom either. The lady in the morning gets impatient very easily when you ask for something. I asked if it was possible to get coffee too and she said "yes, it's coming" with a grumpy face. It was just a question since she didn't say anything about what we want to drink for breakfast. It feels like the place got stuck in time since I went there the first time, though it need a lot of TLC. Sadly...
Jan (6/5): okay for one night - It is an apartment in a tower block. Overall it is fine for a night but would not like to stay longer. My room did not have a window and wifi wasn't strong. On the plus side, it was clean and the location was very good. Okay for the price.
Global788571 (2/5): Horrible experience - this apartment cancelled us while we were travelling and also tried to take the money. we gave a suggested arrival at 9pm but due to airline delay on the runway and no network in tirana we arrived 2hr late and were unable to inform them. Impossible to find we called when network was achieved at 11pm he said we couldn't stay there, he had already cancelled and left us stranded, we had nowhere to stay that night. this is official complaint of the most serious nature and I want to leave a bad review for this shocking and dangerous behaviour. the fact he tried to take money after cancelling shows his attitude

295eddiec (10/5): Good value B&B near the centre of Tirana - A value for money cosy B&B on a side street off a main shopping street. It is well located about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square in the heart of the city. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is adequate. My room was clean and comfortable.
tomfX2868UG (10/5): Lovely B&B - I had an enjoyable & relaxing stay in this simple B&B. Set in a typical Tirana apartment, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast tasty and the host warm & friendly. The location is excellent, and it's good value. I'd highly recommend it.
michaelak837 (8/5): Lovely stay - My sister and I started for a few nights, it was a lovely stay, the location was great with lots of bars/restaurants/shops,... nearby. The host was so lovely, we also booked a taxi through the lady for pick ups, it was perfect. The remote didn't work but we didn't watch any TV and the water came out when having a shower. We also got breakfast which was fantastic, it was different day by day (flatbread with cottage cheese, olives, tomatoes, ham and cheese toastie with fried egg on top, avocado toast with cheese, tomato and olives on it. We also got fruits, cereal, juice, coffee and fresh bread) I would definitely stay again

Breakfast was lovely and included some Albanian traditional foods. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room (twin) was a very good size.

Ralph (10/5): great value - There was an issue upon arrival but they took care of it promptly and they ended up having me stay at their sister hotel down the street. (Mosiac Home)The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced and well maintained. Be aware that there is a mix of private rooms with baths and separate hostel type rooms on another floor so check the room description before booking. Good location close to many shops and restaurants. Only downside is parking and driving in the area. If you are just staying in the city I would recommend against renting a car as parking is difficult to find. There is basically no on street parking available ( and they are aggressive with parking enforcement) and limited garage parking. Driving in the city is a challenge ( and I have driven in NYC) as drivers are aggressive and there are mostly one way narrow streets except for the few main streets.

The most convenient thing is that it is linked to a nearby hotel, which means it has amenities such as being able to print a boarding pass at the hotel a 2 minute walk away. Also the communication was good. No complaints.
jamesv2811 (10/5): Great welcoming place - Really enjoyed my time staying here. The hosts are very welcoming and arranged a taxi for me on arrival and when leaving. The breakfast prepared each day was lovely and different each time. the kitchen is useful to prepare a drink or some food. The room was very comfortable with strong WiFi and very good air conditioning, the TV is limited if you are interested in that. Location wise it is on a side street but I always felt safe on it to be honest even returning at night. When you come off this street I would advise you to go left and walk in to the city. There are lots of shops and bars on that street and it feels really lively and vibrant and you end up near the main square. I would recommend this place.
Dakles (10/5): Great stay with lovely people - This is a very, very good place to stay. The B&B is very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout and the staff are, without exception, very friendly and welcoming people. The place is located within the Tirana city centre on a quiet backstreet just around the corner from two main commercial streets where there is a large selection of places to eat and drink. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. Our room was spotlessly clean and reasonably comfortable but, sadly, did not resemble the photographs on the Booking website we used. The published photos gave the impression of a trendy boutique-style hotel but our room was actually very plain, that said the beds were great. The whole place is very quiet at night for undisturbed sleep. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit, hand-prepared open sandwiches and bread rolls with homemade jam. We had a very early start on departure day (well fore official breakfast time) and they made a breakfast the night before and left it out for us. There is a kitchen area for common use and a laundry service is provided. Free WiFi is strong and reliable.

IrinaTheExplorer (10/5): A very pleasant stay - I arrived in the evening and was getting text messages on my phone (as I didn’t have internet connection) from the owner asking if I needed help in finding the place, that was actually a really nice touch. I felt welcomed and was told that could call or text anytime if I am lost or need help during my stay Had an amazing avocado toast for breakfast and the next morning was leaving around 5 am and was pleasantly surprised to find breakfast on the table to take with me for my bus ride to Kosovo Was lucky with my choice and if I am even back to Tirana, will definitely stay here

debandkeith (10/5): Clean, comfortable. Friendly - Stayed with 4 friends for the football. We all thought it was great value, lovely and clean, comfortable beds. The owners were there to meet us, showed us a map of the city with all useful points of interest and how to get to them. They also sorted us two taxis back to the airport at 6am, all good. They made sure we had their phone numbers in case we need them. Highly recommend.

691ivag (10/5): Great place to stay - We had a great experience in B&B Artistic Tirana. The location is very good, the apartment is great, well equipped and the owners are a joy to deal with. Very helpful and professional. The center of the city is pretty close, just 5-6 minutes walk to reach the main boulevard of Tirana. I would recommend it to everyone that wants to have an authentic albanian experience.
