Kelly (8/5): Très bien dans l'ensemble. - La chambre est très fonctionnelle, on ne manque de rien et c'est appréciable, le ménage est toujours bien fait. La chambre est bien insonorisée. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop mous et le tuyaux qui sort des toilettes pour nous laver n'était pas bien nettoyé donc je ne l'ai pas utilisé. Pour finir la chambre est vraiment petite y compris la salle de bain et la climatisation n'est pas bien placée.

Valeria Camila (9/5): - El lugar se encuentra en el corazon de Ueno, bien ubicado, a 7 min caminando de varias estaciones. La habitacion estaba a limpia, los colchones comodos. La habitacion es pequeña, como la mayoria en Japón y el baño tambien. No se escuchaba mucho ruido externo, lo que es bueno. El desayuno es variado, pero es lo mismo todos los dias. No todo el personal de Recepción habla ingles, por lo que nos toco year Google traductor una vez, lo que demoro el proceso de check out. Tienen servicio de envio de maletas pero tienes que pagar en efectivo.

Ueno station is a great location and good connections. I like the street market around the vicinity. I might consider booking there if the rate is right. Too small n hotel not that flexible
Sofia (6/5): Decent budget option for a short stay, though not the most comfortable - Very convenient location, close to Ueno station, so easy to get around. Was a competitive price when searching for Tokyo options on the Yamanote line. The room looked neat at first, but there was noticeable dust in corners and behind the TV. We separated a dirty towel expecting it to be replaced, but it remained there during 3 nights of our stay. The rooms are also very small, making it a tight fit for two people even with only cabin luggage.

Gamsby (7/5): Good wifi, very pretty with comfortable room! Odd smell from sink but that’s ok - Very cute interior, especially in the rooms! The roof Terrance was fun, but a bit difficult to get into, and the free amenities were 120% a plus! We were able to fit all 4 big suitcases into our bunk bed room so it was definitely more spacious than I thought it’d be There was a bad smell coming from the sink after we’d use it or even just turning the tap on the smell would come out once it stopped, but everything else was good :-)
Miguel (7/5): - Me gustó la ubicación que tiene el hotel. Es bueno para ir y llegar desde el aeropuerto. Además, es un barrio con mucha vida y queda a media hora en transporte público de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El tamaño de la habitación era pequeño. Si es verdad que en la reserva te pone los m2, una vez llegas y dejas las maletas, tienes que hacer algo de malabares para acomodar bien la habitación.
Jean Carlos Ivan (10/5): Increíble hotel en Ueno, desayunos fantásticos :D - La ubicación es muy buena, queda cerca de la estación de metro de Ueno. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, las habitaciones aunque pequeñas son cómodas, y muy limpias. Lo que mas nos gustó fue el desayuno Buffet, de los mejores que hemos comido, sobre todo por la opción del ramen y sopa de miso, de verdad todo era muy rico. Definitivamente volvería por el desayuno bufet. Lo único que nos incomodo un poco fue el tamaño de la habitación, la esperábamos un poco mas grande, sin embargo como apenas estábamos de llegada a Japón no llevábamos mucho equipaje, así que si uno ya esta al final del viaje con varias maletas si toca pensarlo un poco mas porque no hay donde ponerlas. Además por alguna razón la dirección del hospedaje nos enviaba a la otra sede de este mismo hotel, asi que tengan eso en cuenta :D

Lo recomiendo, tren directo desde Narita, líneas de metro tambien cerca, bien conectado con Sibuya y sinjuco. A 20 minutos andando de akihabara. Esta muy bien la zona y el hotel tambien.

Tamar (9/5): I would stay there again if only because of the staff. They bent over backwards to help. - The location was very convenient and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The extras provided really helped. Overall it was a great experience.
YING-YANG (9/5): - 飯店離JR上野站及京成線走路大概8分左右，回程要搭飛機到成田機場約44分，大門出來過個大馬路就是熱鬧的阿美橫丁，吃飯買東西皆方便，離超商近，樓下有間咖啡廳吃早餐方便～房間內設備乾淨且舒適，床很好睡，隔音不錯，還能每日提供清潔，下次再到上野旅行還會考慮再住這間😊 無

莊 (8/5): 適合當作自助旅行的終點站，因為可以搭京成電鐵直達成田。 - Tosei 離Ueno 車站約5分鐘，左邊走約1分鐘有小7，過馬路即是Family ，再往前走就是阿美橫丁，離日比谷地鐵站約2分鐘，銀座線約4分鐘，交通很方便。 1102房間的熱水忽冷忽熱，旅館人員來修過卻沒有改善，每次洗澡就像是洗三溫暖。

Jeremy (6/5): Great location, but bathroom not suitable for those with mobility issues. - The location, within walking distance of JR Ueno Station and Ueno metro station, was excellent. The room was clean and the service provided by the staff was good. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. Despite being clean and fully equipped with two decent-sized beds, the room was very, very small, too small to even fully open my luggage. The main problem I had however was with the toilet/bathroom. Although again it was fully equipped and clean, it was a prefabricated "unit bath" (as they are known in Japan) that had its entrance and floor level very high compared to the hotel room floor (almost one foot or 30 cm higher). This made for a very dangerous step up and down when entering or leaving the bathroom, especially for my 73-year old mother - I had to help her in and out every time for safety. The reception staff also did not have a non-slip rubber mat I could use in the bathtub (another basic safety issue I was surprised by).

Cristina (6/5): Bona ubicació - Molt bona ubicació, molt a prop de l'estació de Ueno. Li l'autopista per davant encara que hi ha bona insonorització a l'hotel. L'esmorzar no hi havia gaire varietat per a occidentals, el cafè estava bé. El personal molt amable. Habitació molt i molt petita no ens hi cabien les maletes, el llit era una llitera encara que el matalàs era confortable. El bany estava reduït a la mínima expressió.

Siou Yan (9/5): 員工非常友善，2樓就有洗衣機投幣機吸煙室 - 距離車站滿近的，JR,地鐵,京成上野站都很近，附近吃的也很多，對面就有一家全家，地點非常好房間大小，就是日本市區飯店的正常大小，兩個大的行李箱打開就沒有路可以走，如果東西很多的人可能要考慮住大間一點的。
Jacquie (5/5): Tiny rooms not great for more than one guest or if you have luggage. - It was clean when we arrived, and not too far from the train station. It would be fine if you were travelling solo and only had a small carry on sized bag. The room was TINY, and of course, it's Tokyo and was expected, but for two people and twin beds, there was no where to put suitcases and almost impossible to move around the little bit of space that was left. We were told not to use the air conditioner as it was centrally controlled so I had to sleep with the window open (which was still too warm) but then had street noise. The size of the room also meant we didn't get cleaning every day as there was no way someone would have been able to clean or make up beds with our luggage there. (And we didn't have a lot of luggage!) So by the end of several days it felt claustrophobic, messy, and not somewhere to retreat to for calm after a full day of Tokyo!

YI-JUNG (8/5): - 1.每天有附瓶裝水，雖然不是必需品但有附還是加分 2.早餐選擇非常多樣化，西日式皆有，還有甜點可以享用 3.住客可以享用免費咖啡，也有備品、入浴劑在二樓提供自取 1.離上野站有一點距離，走路10分鐘內可抵達，但推著行李還是小吃力 2.門禁不好，大廳在二樓，無法有效過濾是否為住客 3.插座太少，燈座大多都是連鎖一起，要馬全黑要馬全亮，亮度也中度不會太亮 4.房間不大，不過日本本身房型就偏小，行李無法全開建議上掀式行李箱較適合 5.單人床的床擺放設計為頭面向房門，個人比較不喜歡

My girlfriend forgot about it up until late night, w - The location is excellent, right next to exit 3 of ueno station and just 5 minutes from ueno park 11 m2 can be really small if you have big suitcases, but you can organize yourself to work it out

Melinda (6/5): Clean, Quiet, close to everywhere you want to go....just super tiny. - Location was great! We love walking around the area. Train station is close by and has a great pastry shop for breakfast. The room is so tiny. We could fit a carry on sideways between the beds. Definitely no more than 2 people if you have luggage.
CHIAWEI (8/5): 已經是第3次入住，地點絕佳! 往返機場；地鐵交通超方便。 - 這已經是我第3次入住了，會一再入住的原因就是地點絕佳，往返機場、地鐵交通方便。不算特別便宜，但對比上野站附近三人房的住宿選擇來說還行了(東京住宿越來越高價化)。2024年3月入住有供應早餐的餐廳，現在2026年4月去已經沒有了，有點可惜。每次住宿都會碰到的清潔小缺失，已經是這家飯店的標配~ 清潔沒有特別不乾淨，但會有上一個客人的飲品或筷子遺漏在房間的情況。

Gary (10/5): Value for money hotel in Tokyo - Close to Ueno and Skyliner stations, local eateries and Ameyoko market. Room was a reasonable size with extra pillows available at reception. Not a big fan of Asian style breakfast. Western options were limited, some muesli or Granola would have been a welcome addition to the breakfast menu.

Catherine (9/5): Nice quiet base for exploring the Ueno area. - Location was great, near the metro and Ueno park. Breakfast was pretty good, and it's not always easy to find breakfast at restaurants in Japan. They had a waffle maker, which my husband and I appreciated. Laundry machines were easy to use, though not the cleanest. Room was fine: typical small Japanese hotel room. The bathroom in the lobby smelled like body odor, which wasn't pleasant, but we only had to use it a couple times, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Armzuke (9/5): - The hotel is centrally located in Ueno and easy to find. It's relatively new, has friendly reception staff, and offers complete amenities. It's a convenient walk to Ameyoko Market and Keisei Ueno Station. The room is small, in the style of a Japanese hotel. You can't open all the suitcases at once to see what's inside.
