• Karol (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, samo centrum Centro Storico - blisko do knajp, restauracji, kawiarni. Mieszkanie składające się z 3 pokojów i części wspólnej (wyposażonej w m.in ekspres do kawy na kapsułki). W budynku winda. Dużą zaletą mieszkania jest to, że okna wychodzą na podwórko - w nocy nie przeszkadza gwar i skutery. W trakcie każdego dnia pobytu jest sprzątanie pokoju. Wygodne łóżka, lodówka w środku itp. Silvia która nas przywitała w mieszkaniu bardzo pomocna. Wszystko ok. Niczego więcej nie oczekuje od pokoju podczas aktywnego pobytu w Neapolu.

• Nikolina (10/5): Objekt je na izvrsnoj lokaciji u samom centru grada blizu svega, sobe su bile čiste i uredne . - Najviše od svega nam se svidjela lokacija objekta. Sobe se nalaze na 4 katu i imate lift što je super. Kupaonica je zastarjela jako je puno gljivica po fugama i u samoj tuš kabini. Mislim da bi se zidovi u sobi trebala osvježiti.

Ottimo qualità/prezzo. - La posizione era ottima e la presenza del balconcino con i fiori rendeva la stanza più arieggiata e gradevole. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto disponibile. Per qualunque esigenza era possibile contattare il gestore con messaggio e la risposta è sempre stata rapida ed esauriente. La pulizia della stanza e il cambio asciugamani sono stati fatti quotidianamente. Inoltre, la presenza di un piccolo frigo in camera consentiva di tenere acqua o altro sempre in fresco e a disposizione. Ottimo anche il collegamento Wi-Fi.

• Carmine (10/5): D'ora in poi sarà la nostra unica sistemazione a Napoli! - Iniziamo dall'Host Sergio, persona di una disponibilità e di una professionalità uniche. All'ingresso del quarto piano si trova uno spazio in comune con cucina, microonde, macchina da caffè/thè unitamente alle capsule gratuite. La camera quadrupla molto comoda, pulita e insonorizzata con un frigo bar contenente bottigliette d'acqua di benvenuto. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre all'ora del check out. Posizione strategica (a 70 metri da Piazzetta Nilo/via San Biagio dei Librai, la via centrale dell'arteria Spaccanapoli), si raggiunge tutto a piedi: via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, via San Gregorio Armeno, via dei Tribunali, Napoli sotterranea, Cristo velato, Duomo......... A 500 metri comunque vi è la fermata della Metopolitana "Università" della linea 1. Nulla

• Annelie (7/5): Rent och fint rum med bra läge i Gamla stan. - Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående värd (Silvia) som väntade in oss då vi kom med kraftigt försenat tåg sent på kvällen. Bra läge mitt i Gamla stan. Rent, fint rum och bra badrum.Trevligt med utrymme utanför rummet med kylskåp och möjlighet att göra kaffe. Ruffig miljö vid entrén. Stor kontrast mot den renoverade, fräscha miljön innanför. Hissen gnisslade oroväckande mycket!

• IRINA (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno in centro di Napoli - La stanza era molto spaziosa, bella, con due letti matrimoniali. Wifi era molto veloce, che per noi è importante. Silvia ci incontrava e ha lasciato in disponibilità i tutti servizi . Struttura situata molto comodo per passeggiare in centro di città. Un piccolo svantaggio riguarda il porta carta igienica, che risultava un po' scomodo. Tuttavia, si tratta di una tale minuzia che passa in secondo piano rispetto a tutti gli altri aspetti positivi di questo alloggio.

Incluso estando super céntrico, la habitación era muy silenciosa, no se escuchaba prácticamente nada de ruido del exterior. El personal extremadamente amable, Silvia hizo que nuestra llegada al alojamiento sea muy fácil, ella fue encantadora y nos ayudó en todo. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, pequeña pero con las cosas necesarias. La cama es un poco dura, es lo único que creo que podrían mejorar.

Το a/c δεν απέδιδε καθόλου σχεδόν, επικοινωνήσαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη, μας έλεγαν για της ρυθμίσεις του control. Ενώ σίγουρα δεν είχε αέριο ούτε και service δεν θα έγινε ποτέ . Το καζανάκι ήθελε πολύ δυνατό χτύπημα για να λειτουργήσει 🤣

The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the city’s most iconic sites, traditional eateries, and hidden treasures. What truly made our stay exceptional was Silvia, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. She was always available, kind, and genuinely attentive to every detail – making us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. The rooms were beautifully clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ambra Noblesse offers the perfect combination of location, elegance, and heartfelt hospitality. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. There was not such a thing.

While we always try to appreciate the positive aspects of any stay, in this case, the overall experience did not meet the standards we were hoping for. Extremely Disappointing – Completely Unsuitable for Families I would strongly advise against staying at this property, especially if you're traveling with children or looking for a safe and clean environment. The space was entirely inappropriate for a family stay. Directly beneath the accommodation, there were daily gatherings involving substance use, creating a deeply unsettling and unsafe atmosphere. The common areas leading up to the rooms were consistently dirty and poorly maintained. For the amount of money we paid, the quality and condition of the place were unacceptable and far below what was advertised. Moreover, the surrounding neighborhood is not suitable for accommodation – it felt unsafe and neglected, especially during the evening hours. Under different circumstances, we would have seriously considered requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even the most basic expectations of comfort, cleanliness, or security.

Blanket wasn't properly tucked in. Street under the window is quite lively and loud. It was easy to hear other guests through the ventilation in the bathroom.

• Klarki (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a lively, but safe area of Napoli. - The area was fantastic, and the bed was the most comfortable bed. We felt safe, there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. Silvia was a fantasic help, we appreciate her kindness and friendliness. There are lots of university students hangig out on this street at night and they party hard on Friday nights, so just be mindful.

The building is located in a very lively part of the city. Given that there were 3 girls traveling, at first it was not pleasant for us to get to the building at late night, but we felt safe in the accommodation itself.

• Luanna (5/5): Passable - The place works as an Airbnb, which is fine, but I expected a hotel. The entrance is nothing like the picture. I was honestly confused when I arrived at the location. There is a bar at the entrance with weird people, the walls are covered in graffiti, and the place seems dirty. It was a very bad first impression. But the room is fine. It's modern and clean. It's an ok option for the price, but I wouldn't recommend it for female solo travelers.

There is a coffee machine in the common area. This property is not a hotel, so there is no staff on site. It is also upstairs from a really sketchy bar.

Close to the metro, port and train station, all easily walkable. Excellent WiFi Water pressure was low at times and water heater was a bit unpredictable.
