Merve (2/5): - Otel eski ve bakımsız temizlik yapılmış ancak bırakılan havlular ıslak duş camekanı kapanmıyor odaya 2 tane bardak su koymuslardı telefon açıp isteyince 20 dakika sonra bir bayan sinirli bir şekilde verdi ve gitti çok mecbur degılseniz kalmamanızı öneririm
Hasan (6/5): - Empfangspersonal war kompetent, freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber. In direkter Nähe zum SAW Airport mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Unterkunft braucht jedoch dringend eine anständige Renovierung. Die Einrichtung ist stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Klimaanlage ist eher eine zentrale Lüftung und unzureichend für Sommertage. Nicht zu viel erwarten.

Verified traveler (2/5): - Geplant war der Check In um 12:00. Die Rezeption spricht kein Englisch, also musste ich via Google Übersetzer kommunizieren. Nach langem hin und her bekam ich das Zimmer erst um 14:30. Das Zimmer hatte am Boden, in der Dusche und auf dem Bett überall Haare und einen starken Geruch.

Rami (2/5): I will never return back - I made reservation for 6 people with two rooms, I arrived at late at night they told me that there is only one room, it was with three beds and sofa, they brought one extra bed also, refund me for some of the money and asked me to agree to cancel one of the rooms, I agreed for all of this because it was very late at night and because I was supposed to leave early next day because of the flight. the room have not good smell, the hotel is very old, I think was deluxe hotel once, a big noise of music from outside
NOOR AL DEEN (6/5): As not expected - As not expected, the pics say thinks and when I stayed there the reality it’s other than expected I will not stay there.

I liked it, though, because it was impersonal in a fun way - like the fact that everyone in the building was potentially a client of a different hotel. The room was big, and includere a kitchenette, with tea and instant coffee.
Ali (6/5): - Good location for transportation and shopping. The staff was friendly. There are 7 hotels sharing the same building, very confusing for guests. The room was small and the bedding was not good enough.
Mercy (2/5): - I want my $30 back… I was charged $30 for breakfast and bed. Next morning, no breakfast because they don’t have buffet, they refused to give me the difference of $7 which I paid for breakfast… terrible and rude staff, no front of desk only a couple of guys who didn’t speak a word of English. Another man interpreted for me and they refused to refund me back my money… room very much smelt of cigarettes, even the bathroom and towels, and sheets. Once I complained, they switched off my electricity, which was their problem cos I was leaving anyways… I need my money back
