• Studio Suite

  Vintry & Mercer Suites are as contemporary as they are elegant. Our Corner Suites look out onto the City through floor-to-ceiling windows and some of our Suites do have an external terrace spanning the width of the room. In both, guests can relax on the king-sized beds, lounge in the upholstered sofas, and soak in the bathtub, complete with an in-built television. Suites can be interconnected with Superior Rooms on request. All suites have a king-size bed, sofa, Nespresso coffee machine, a LED TV and media hub with movies-on-demand and Marshall speakers.

• Nathan (8/5): Great luxury hotel in a good location for London with easy access to the underground and trains! - Love the location of this hotel. The staff are always amazing and welcoming. The rooms are nice, small which is not untypical of London but they are modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't use the bar or eat at the hotel this trip but have done in the past. We prefer to go out and about and try all the restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms can be a little dark, it really depends upon the room though. The rooms can run a little warm too, with the AC it brings it down.

Rooms were very overpriced (GBP.600 per night) for their small size. Plus hotel is in a very odd location. Loud Church next door who play bells for long periods of time. Staff were quite indifferent to guests.

Wirklich kleine Kritikpunkte: Es ist wenig Platz für die Koffer im Zimmer. Die Taxifahrer schaffen es fast nie, das Hotel zu finden. ( Anfahrt schwierig). Kaffeekapseln passen nicht zur Maschine.

Beds were so comfy - room was fantastic One thing to improve would be that you cant switch on bathroom lights without turning on lights in the bedroom - not good for a midnight toilet stop. • Johanna (10/5): Fantastisch! Wij zijn al aan het kijken of een weekendje terug kunnen komen! - Het hotel was in één woord fantastisch! Naast het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel, klopte ieder detail van de aankleding en inrichting. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld een ochtendjas en slippers op maat voor mijn kind van 10. Alles is netjes afgewerkt en doet het goed. Wij gaan graag nog een keer terug als we weer London zullen zijn! Als ik dan iets moet zeggen, dan is het het lagere toilet, waardoor dit iets minder comfortabel is in gebruik is hierdoor.

Direct tube links from/to St Pancras International for Eurostar. Highly recommend this hotel for a city trip. Mind room size when booking, it is listed. Standard rooms are on the smaller side but all have everything you may need.

• Nicki (9/5): Hotel has a lovely ambience and excellent staff. - The check in and check out were exceptionally efficient, all the documentation had been pre-prepared and staff were friendly and welcoming. There were lots of small touches such as Ortigia toiletries, milk in the fridge and a free mini-bar of soft drinks and snacks that just make the difference.

• Tobias (9/5): Great, boutique hotel that offers the personal touch in the heart of the city! - Nice, little boutique hotel well situated in a quiet, but super accessible to most major attractions, location. Staff (particularly Fabiana) were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms, whilst small, are well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was also very good. It is à la carte and at an additional cost, but that means you can choose to either eat in the hotel or pop around the corner to one of the numerous bakeries or coffee shops nearby instead. Finally, there is a decent speakeasy style cocktail bar in the basement that makes a great location for an ‘end-of-the-night’ drink when you get back to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. They just need to fix the right hand-side lift!
