First, when I arrived at 10:00 am and I was tired, they gave me a room before my checkin time, and the room was better than the reserved one. Also they gave me a cup of tea. The room was clean when I took it, and the room services everyday came and took trash and put towels and water. Also, yassine and ezzat are amazing. The rest of the staff on th reception very friendly and speak Arabic and English. For the location, it is 2 to 3 minutes far from the osmanbey metro station, and it is in a calm neighborhood. And it is near to taksim, and nt so far from besiktas and the seaside. The only thing is that (it is in all istanbul) there are many steep streets. So if you want to go with your lauggage to the station it will be a hard trip. However if you are going to the airport, you can get a taxi to take you to the havaist/havabus station in taksim. Yassine got me a taxi and told him not to take lots of money. He also helped m wighting my bags and tagging my name. He was really very responsive to all of my requests. The hotel is really great. I highly loved it
