- Andrea (4/5): - The room was OK. The first employee that receive us was very nice, but the second employee was a little bit more rough when we were trying to explain him a problem that we have with the key of the hotel was not a lovely experience with him but overall, the hotel was OK and also the area of the hotel
- ALYSSA (4/5): - The front desk staff were very unhelpful, non-responsive when issues arose, and generally were more interested in watching TV while on the job than helping guests. The hotel is surrounded by sex shops, sex workers, and unsavoury characters as soon as you exit the door - which we were completely unaware of until we arrived for our stay (and quite frankly the hotel tries to hide). Every time I stepped out of the front door in the evening I would be approached by sex workers trying to solicit their services - gross. The room was very small and had not been well kept up - many items were damaged (floors, walls, furniture etc). One should expect more for a 4 Star property. The wifi never worked at the hotel during our stay. The only aspect of the property which was decent is the general area around Montmartre - which is lovely, although the street that the property is on is quite unsavoury especially for families.
- Annabelle (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel for a family stay, very comfortable and good size. Location is great (a lot of sex shops but no problems!) and very good value for Paris. Good facilities, clean and staff all helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
- Claudia (8/5): - The staff at this hotel were all very nice! However, I had an issue with the hot tub. I didn’t realize that it would cost me nearly $60 to use it, which I wasn’t informed about when I was told I had to reserve a time to use it. I was forced to pay since I promised my 15yo that he could use it. When his time was up, he noticed a used condom in the hamper. It was disgusting to know that a couple had sex in the tub that my son used. I informed reception who said she would see what she could do and yet, nothing was done. No compensation was made. My advice? Do not use the hot tub. Everything else was fine. When I asked for directions to the laundromat, the housekeeper, Laila, went out of her way to walk me to the laundromat to show me where it was located. That’s going above and beyond and I was grateful. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it weren’t for the condom. If my son ends up with any infection and other STD related disease, I will not just be furious. I will be suing.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The hotel itself was wonderful. I knew the area had adult stores nearby, but figured they’d be more discrete, but they’re not. I stayed with my kids and got lots of questions as we walked between the metro and the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but just be mindful/ready if traveling with little ones. Otherwise, the location is fantastic. Close to metro and trendy neighborhoods.
- John (8/5): Good Hotel, Interesting Part of Town - Near Moulon Rouge, so it was an interesting part of town to say the least. Staff was helpful. Room was tight for 4 of us for the week. Would have been better for two.

The only thing that was a (very minor) issue, was the sex shops and peep shows that surrounded it. It would be like the red light district of Paris. It was just unexpected, that's all. Great to stay here and I felt safe ...just don't bring your kids!
- Luz (10/5): Wheelchair in Paris - A comfortable stay near Moulin Rouge in Paris. Many dining and shopping options nearby with attractions accessible through public transportation or taxi/Uber/Bolt. The city is very wheelchair friendly although some corners are not flush with streets so be wary.

The room was decorated like a 1980's.hotel The bathroom doors are glass so no privacy. The sofa beds were the most uncomfortable beds i ever slept on. Kitchen had no cooking spoons no bottle opners and pots were old and scratched up. The staff was very nice . Once there we didnt feel unsafe , once you walked about 150 meters away from the hotel you were out of the sex neighborhood. andkitchen utensils

- Katie (10/5): Best option for an apartment hotel in Paris - Great apartment hotel. The staff are excellent- friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size for Paris standards and value is brilliant. I’ve been to Paris about 15 times and this is the best option we’ve found in terms of quality and price when needing extra space with a young child. Only downside is the area isn’t ideal for kids, but if they are very young, it’s totally fine.
- Phil (8/5): - The location of the property was great, a walk into central Paris, good access to Montmartre and restaurants away from the tourist places. The apartment was OK, very tired, Staff were excellent. The bathroom however was disaster - leaking water sprays under the sink (which you could tell they tried to repair) and the layout of the shower is a safety issue because the whole bathroom was we and slippery after the smallest of showers. Really let the total experience down

- Bryan Joseph (10/5): - Where to begin? Amazing boutique Apartment hotel. Quintessential Paris for the room decor. We had a 1bd 1 ba with a kitchen. Perfect for the 3 of us. Fabio our main front desk contact. Fabio was more of a Concierge. He is a wealth of knowledge! Not spending time to talk with Fabio is a mistake. My wife, Mom and myself loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again. Minutes from the the Metro stop, restaurants, shops, and bakeries everywhere! Monoprix is across the street and is a great store for groceries and sundries. I didn't have any issues with area, some more conservative people may be concerned with some of the store fronts/businesses on the street though. The area was very clean and bustling! 5 stars for Fabio and the staff at the BeYou!!!
- Michael (10/5): Will stay again in this best value hotel - Excellent deal with big spacious rooms with sofa and kitchen. Very accessible location as a Blance Station is a 2 minute walk. Hotel staff Jorjie kindly placed our luggage in our room as our room became available. Hotel staff Fabio's excellent service and information to guests made our stay so comfortable and easy.

- Joseph Edward (4/5): - The property was well placed and convenient for exploring the city. Sadly, however, the rooms were not clean, the bedding was stained and marked, the standard of utilities provided were poor, and the premises consistently smelled very, very strongly of marijuana. We were served by two separate concierges, one was pleasant, courteous and professional, the other (elder, morning through to evening shift), was rude, dismissive and tried to aggressively sell us "experiences" that we were not interested in. Unfortunately, this service soured our experience.
- Roger (8/5): Easy access to city and sights! - The location in Moulin Rouge area is not great for families but the hotel itself was nice. Our room was clean and efficient. We were there for the Olympics so the metro across the street was very handy. Also, we were within a 15 minute walk to Sacre Couer. The church is beautiful and situated in the Montmarte district. There were lots of restaurants to choose from too.

- Jason (6/5): Nice hotel, maybe not for families. - This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nice as well, and it’s really close to The Moulin Rouge. Really close. That being said, if you’re taking your kids, know that there are approximately 1000 sex shops on this street. If your kids are older it’s probably fine, but prepare yourselves for some odd conversations if not.

- Michael (8/5): - The property is very unique. For Paris, the room was spacious. It wasn't the cleanest but not terrible either. The lobby and hotel in general has a bit of a musty smell to it. This hotel wouldn't be my first choice to return to but I would book again if other options were not available. The bed was comfortable and they supplied at least 2 pillows per person which was nice.

Like others say, neighbourhood has a lot of adult stores, but our kids didn’t really pay attention. Very close to two metro stops and Montemarte neighbourhood.

- Sarah (8/5): Good value stay in Paris - A unique apart/hotel, literally on the doorstep of Moulin Rouge (some adult shops also very close by, much to the embarrassment of our teens) Well placed for the cafes and winding streets of Montmartre. We found this hotel extremely well positioned! Blanche metro on doorstep. The Hotel was clean and spacious for the price, no problems with the stay. Staff friendly, especially Fabio! If u have any questions he is more than happy to chat and advise.
- Rubi (10/5): - We were here in November first time ever in paris, a little scared on what to expect but it was very comfortable and super clean, the staff was excellent, we want to give a big shoutout to Fabioo he was our guide on what to do and how to move around in metro and how to do the best of our time in paris, he became a friend since we got there thankk you fabio we won’t ever forget you, the rooms are little apartments its your little home it has everything you need the cleaning wass excellent every day they left it like you just arrived, outside there is adult stores and i took teens I didn’t feel uncomfortable because we walked fast and they didn’t bother to turn around so that was not even a problem, the bakerys near everything was just perfect, i am already dreaming on going back to pariss really soon and will totally stay same place!! - Verified traveler (4/5): - Hot water runs out pretty quickly before it could be reboiled. The sofa bed doesn’t feel very clean. The front door is locked and there are no door bells on the ground floor. We can’t find people to help us even if we called their phone number.

- Rachel (10/5): - Will definitely stay again! This was a last-minute booking close to family staying at another hotel which ended up being a gem of a place. The staff were on site and available to us around the clock…especially Fabio! We booked the family suite which was very roomy and comfortable (by Western standards which is 2x the space of a standard European hotel room). The hotel is conveniently situated near a metro station and lots of nearby cafes…including a 24 hour restaurant Le Chat Noir. The downside is that it is located on the main roadway of a red light district (near Moulin Rouge)…but the upside was that right around the corner were quiet streets with cute cafes and a walk away from Montmarte!! Highly recommend this place for your home away from home!
- Irisbeth (10/5): - Fabio, he is the BEST Apart Hotel Host we have ever had!!! He made our stay in Paris just wonderful because he showed us where to go and what to do to maximize our trip!! Gave us the best restaurant suggestions as well, he was our best part of the trip, he is family now! We loved our room because it felt more of home to us. The cleaning staff was amazing as well because they came in everyday and left amazing. Everything about our stay here was perfect and made our stay in Paris even more special! Thank you Fabio we love you so much and thank you for everything you did for us! We will definetly come back here again.
- Daphne (8/5): - The place is cute. Clean. Good walking distance to where I was going. La Cigale. But if you are in Paris to see the usual sights, tower, louvre, etc it’s quiet far. The staffs English was mediocre (but better then my French), and I was unable to communicate what I needed. To cancel the last night I was there. I’d stay there again to be near for the venue for one night.

Pando the staff member on the road was wonderful! So good with my children and spent lots of time chatting through what to do paris with my husband! He is a real asset to the business and a really all round nice guy! The apartment was clean and just the perfect place for one night for a family of 5
- Taylor (10/5): - Fabio was an excellent host, welcoming us to our stay with the Apart’hotel! The area is super walkable to the Montmarte neighborhood (as long as you don’t mind a few hills) and the metro was just steps away. The suite we stayed in was huge, especially for Paris standards so we had a very comfortable stay with the 4 of us.
- Amanda (8/5): - The apartment was brilliant - well designed, great shower, very quiet, spacious, good bed, nice bedding, kitchenette is perfect - everything was just really well designed and fit for purpose, close to three metro stations and the number 30 bus which took us to the Eiffel Tower - we would definitely stay there again. The only downside is the surrounding area - you are a short walk from Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur, you are two minutes from the Moulin Rouge, there are great restaurants and patisseries etc around but you are literally surrounded by sex shops and lap dancing/peep show bars. I think if you are traveling with kids of primary age I wouldn't want to stay there - or even if you are a bit prudish - you are surrounded by windows with every sex toy on display including an Eiffel Tower dildo. We found it funny - you might not.

- Kate (8/5): Great spot - We were away for a girls long weekend in Paris. The location is great, but be aware you are staying right in the middle of the “risqué” district, so perhaps not the best location for families. Brilliantly located to explore Momartre and walk into the centre in around 15-20 minutes. Brilliant small restaurants and bars to be found nearby too. We one one issue with the shower in that the drain kept getting blocked but it was quickly fixed. There wasn’t a huge amount of storage for three people in one room, but we just went with it. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the beds are big and comfortable. Great little touch of giving us slippers and robes too.

- Laurence (6/5): - Hotel was ok but not sure how this is a 4 star. Beds were not very comfortable. Very noisy, we were constantly woken up by the guests upstairs just shuffling their chairs. No amenities, there's a couple pots and pans and a handful of plates and cups, but the kitchen is missing a lot to be functional, and they don't even replenish the coffee. The shower keeps flooding the bathroom. The street is not the nicest but very convenient, near 3 different metros and close to Montmartre. The staff was nice.
- Soching (8/5): - It is very convenient to go to metro . However the hotel is more like Air B&B style. The area is def not for teens ! I thought it would be ok to stay with my teen girls in this neighborhood since I have reviewed lots of recommendations( said it is fine) in reality, I really don’t like it! There are couple of sex toys near by with big words! It made me uncomfortable and I needed to run fast to get into the hotel at night . Also there is no laundry service in the hotel , you need to go next street for laundry service . Therefore a little bit misleading of on the ad about laundry service which it was disappointed . The room was comfortable and spacious for 3 of us . It was very interesting to see the housekeeping open the windows for us in the morning ( I think it is their customs but no nets) . I guess it is important to have fresh air . Although we lived in 3 floors, facing the street , it was quite quiet at night .
- Katie (8/5): Great value and worth trying - Overall, very happy. I’d give 4.5 out of 5 as only a few points to improve. Great points- excellent communication before arrival and all our requests were met. The room is a great size for the price and reasonable sound proofing considering it is next to the Moulin Rouge. The staff were friendly and design of the rooms was quirky and cool. Water pressure was excellent and kitchen was great- well equipped and very clean. Good mattress and lots of lovely pillows of various types (feather, foam etc.) Only negatives were: 1. showers were strangely designed so flooded the bathroom every time you showered- poor cleaning having to mop up every day! 2. The bed was very comfortable but the plastic fitted sheet made it sweaty. 3. Wooden floors mean any guests above moving chairs will make noise, sadly for us, the guests did this at 2am, but not the hotel’s fault. Only big issue for us is we found a loose nail in the floor which the cleaning team missed and we had a 1 year old wandering around. Mistakes happen, but could sadly have been worse if she had stepped on it. Reception did apologise. Overall, very good stay. Worth visiting.
- Nick (10/5): Great Hotel and Neighbourhood - Apartment was impeccable; clean, with modern decor, and a well equipped kitchen. The location was exceptional, close to the Blanche metro station. The Montmartre area is filled with shops and restaurants. A special commendation to Fabio who helped orient us: how to use public transportation, where to visit, and where to find restaurants and grocery stores. Dragan and Leila were also very helpful. We stayed 7 nights and look forward to a return visit.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Not for families, but great for friends - If you are going with your family to Paris, this location, with all the adult shops around, may not be the place. However, if you want to stay in an eccentric place in Paris then you'll like it here. An overall clean, large apartment just steps from the Moulin Rouge. The receptionish Fabio was also great, providing overwhelming advice on what to see, and how to see it. Its not a hotel, it's an apartment with a great apartment vibe. Almost makes you feel like a local.
- Ahmad (10/5): Awesome apart-hotel - The stay was great. Rooms are nice and location is great. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice starting from the reception to housekeeping staff. If you happen to meet Fabio in the reception, your stay will be even nicer as he can recommend you best way to spend your vacation in Paris. He guided us and arranged tickets for river cruise and recommended places to visit. A great guy!

- Karem (10/5): Great stay n Paris - Great hotel. We were able to book a last minute stay at this hotel. Fabio and Alessandro were great hosts. Very professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk hosts make you feel like home. They made our stay great. Hotel is in a very convenient area, lots of food options.
- SEAN (10/5): - Great central location to explore Paris. A bit loud at night with party goers on the Main Street Saturday night but otherwise would stay here again. Great for family with two kids on the couch. Fabio at the front was very helpful
- Natasa (10/5): - Be you luxury apart’hotel was a lovely stay! The surrounding area had some really good things about it (lots of cafes, restaurants, patisseries, supermarkets etc), the moulin rouge, and heaps of public transport options. It also had a strip of “adult areas” which shops and clubs with adult only items/entertainment. That didn’t bother us as it was only a small portion of the area, and it didn’t feel unsafe at all. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well equipped and had a fantastic air conditioner (AC). The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
- Sheena (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Our family had a great time. This hotel is so close to the Metro and Bus which made our adventures easily accessible. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Layla our housekeeper remembered a small request and took it to our room the next day. Jordi @ reception was fantastic and super helpful with directions. FABIO IS THE MAN!!!!! This employee gave us great insight on activities to see, restaurants to visit, shows and how to understand and use the Metro which saved us so much money! Absolutely fantastic stay. 10/10 recommend.
- Holly (10/5): - We stayed here for a week in a perfect one bedroom unit. My teen slept on the foldout couch in the living room. The hotel is very new, clean and stylish. The rainhead shower felt wonderful. There was a small cafe table in our room that we sat at for breakfast each day, as well as dishes, a nespresso machine and an under counter fridge which is a good size. if you’re staying in Montmartre, the location is excellent! it is right across the street from a metro stop and it’s on the corner of Rue Lepic, a classic cobblestone street that leads into the heart of Montmartre all the way up to Sacre Coure. Everything you need - cafes, cheese, bread, shops, is right around the corner. The hotel’s street is a busy, colorful mix of commuters, fast food and neon sex shops. It felt safe even late at night, but I would avoid the little park that runs down the center of the road after dark. Finally, the staff, especially Fabio, are warm and wonderful! They went the extra mile to help with restaurants, questions, lost room keys and river cruise tickets. I would definitely stay here again!
- Adrian (10/5): - We enjoyed our lovely and spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only things we didn't like: - The "Italian shower" had no separation at all from the rest of the bathroom and was basically just a shower head right next to the toilet. There was no way to shower without the entire bathroom floor and surfaces getting wet. Wasn't a big deal but required wiping the room down with a towel after a shower if others want to use the loo afterward without getting their feet wet. - The neighborhood is nice overall and there are lovely restaurants/shops just around the corner. Beautiful tree covered walkway in the middle of the blvd. The subway is also conveniently just across the street. BUT we didn't realize this location is on a street filled with Sex Shops, Strip Clubs, etc. which was a bit awkward with young kids. Wouldn't have been a problem otherwise but might not be appropriate for all families.

- pascal (10/5): Good one ! - Stayed at be your luxury hotel for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids, place was great, good location in Paris, next to metro station, bus and Taxi’s, spacious, nice decoration, clean and small kitchen, easy check in, with really friendly and helpful staff, will definitely stay there again for our next Paris stop.

Everything was clean and the service was good. The metro station was right outside and we were right next to Moulin Rouge! We were very happy!

The location is very convenient next to metro, exceptional service at reception ( Fabio received at late at night and supported us all through the stay), well serviced room (kudos to Leila) and comfortable beds. It can get a little noisy at night as it's close to Moulin Rouge

- Michael (10/5): A great place! You feel like you live in Paris :) - The hotel apartment is very easy to find, super spacious, clean and in a great location. There is a dishwasher, induction oven, full cutlery and pans as well as nespresso machine. And you have constant hot water with great shower pressure. The staff are amazing, Dracan is very kind, welcoming and ready to help with anything. Fabio is very friendly and knowledgeable about Paris he knows where all the great attractions and good restaurants close by are as well as ready to help at an instant! My cleaning lady Laila is a gem she is wonderful, kind and has amazing energy and Jordan the young boy who usually works on reception around lunch is also very kind and has a great energy. I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe the whole time.

- Nancy A (8/5): - Situated on a very active boulevard surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes and shopping. Blanche Metro and Bus half block away. Direct bus to Eiffel Tower. Apartment had kitchenette, bedroom with TV, safe, sofa bed in living room with a TV with satellite stations. Enjoyed the ambience of Montmartre. I block from famous Moulin Rouge and directly beside the iconic La Chat Noir restaurant. Over all enjoyed our stay. Our maid Laila was exceptional and cleaned apartment every day. There were two concierges who were so friendly and polite and helpful but we did have a problem with one other concierge who was very rude and defensive but we worked around that and just dealt with the other two. I would highly recommend Be You Luxury Apt/Hotel
- Deborah (10/5): - We loved the hotel, it was so large and comfortable inside and decorated really cute. We spent eight days there and loved every minute. The area is very busy and fun, we loved opening the windows, and listening to the noises of the city and watching the people walk bye.
