- Mohammad Shaznush (8/5): - Restaurant staff where excellent taking orders and delivery to the room. The staff at the front desk could use a smile and be happier but I guess they get overwhelmed with all sorts of phone calls. 1 of the last was mad because I asked for extra masks. I mean being stingy doesn’t help in time of pandemic and not like they were her own masks but for the hotel. This was just unexpected as travelers need to be helped with masks. In general everything else is good. The rooms could have thicker walls as I could hear activities from the next room late at night

- Aleksandra (10/5): Идеально - Замечательный отель. Завтраки «шведский стол», разнообразный и вкусный. Я бронировала номер с завтраком, а так завтрак «шведский стол» стоит 700 руб. Не дорого! Идеальная чистота в номере . Матрац просто сказка , у меня больная спина и только в отеле я хорошо выспалась. Пастельное белье отличного качества . Обслуживание идеальное, персонал очень услужлив и всегда с улыбкой. Я очень довольна. Номера не большие, но меня это не смутило. Жила на 7 этаже , сама попросила , в номере 713. Всем рекомендую . Не далеко от Красной площади. Выбирала не дорогой, но хороший отель, по отзывам и не прогадала .

- Darya (10/5): Однодневная поездка - Расположение - 5-10 минут от метро пешком. Завтрак отличный, хватит на весь день (каша, творожная запеканка, сосиски, капучино, ..., можно бесконечно продолжать). Можно самостоятельно сделать свежевыжатый сок. В ванной комнате есть все необходимое - шампунь, гель для душа, бальзам для волос, лосьон для тела, бритвенные принадлежности, отличный набор). Отличный отель, рекомендую!

- Igor (10/5): Хороший отель *** Звезды - Хороший отель для своих денег. Останавливались уже второй раз. В первый раз сильно разочаровал матрас, отель ответил, что идёт плановая замена. В этот раз попался отличный новый матрас. Чистый номер, отличная наполненность косметическими предметами. Разочаровала, как и в прошлый раз ужасная работа лифтов. Один лифт, как всегда не работает. Второй жутко тупит. Простоял утром более 10 минут с чемоданом и сумками, так лифт и не приехал. Пришлось тащить это всё по лестнице.

- DMITRI (8/5): - הכל היה מצוין, ניקיון, שירות,ארוחות בוקר, מיקום. מול המלון שני מסעדות מצוינות 45/60 ומסעדה גרוזינית לארי, צמוד למלון בנק שפתוח כל יום וניתן להחליף בו כסף. הדבר היחידי שלא היה נוח זאת מיטה עם קפיצים שהיו מרגישים אותם ממש.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Совсем отсутствует звукоизоляция, слышен даже тихий голос их соседних номеров. В номере нет холодильника. Окно маленькое, мало света в номере. На стенах ламинат, что очень небезопасно и неэкологично, скапливается специфический запах. Проветрить номер невозможно, т.к. окна заклеены скотчем. Один лифт, который постоянно работает со сбоями. Единственный плюс отеля это персонал. Персонал вежливый, внимательный, готовы всегда помочь.
