• TU (1/5): 位置附近髒亂不好找、而且住宅環境很舊很差，又沒有電梯入住跟退房都要扛行李走樓梯梯非常的辛苦，不會再選擇做這一家了。 - 房間冷氣會冷 沒有電梯、門鎖很舊、房間裡面有怪味、扛行李要走樓梯非常非常的辛苦（上下樓都是一樣）下次不會再選擇住這裡@@

• Ugnius (7/5): Not a terrible place to stay, surrounded by shopping centers helps to feel local energy and try local products. However - It is nicely equipped studio apartment with laundry machine, cutlery and anything you might need. There is two metro stations nearby, as well as numerous grocery stores arround. Even with two stations nearby, every touristy destination will take 30-40minutes. Rooms were quite dirty, everything above eye level was full of dust and dirt, hair under tables in the corners. Bed kept sliding forward due to very slippery flooring.

• Lalhmangaihi (10/5): A comfortable stay. Everything was good. - The room is spacious and there is enough space to move around, with a closet and a safe. All facilities met the requirements of the guest. The bathroom and toilet are in separate areas, which I really like. The kitchen is convenient to use. The balcony adds another reason for a 10/10 rating. The location is easy to navigate, and just a short walk from Tengachaya station. Nothing. I like all the arrangements.

• 政宏 (10/5): - 住宿地點無論是超市、 鐵路、食物等都非常的方便，也有直達空港的班次，非常推薦，內部的洗衣機、小廚房也是很棒的救星，增加自己旅遊的多元化 沒有不喜歡的
• 瑜婷 (7/5): 住2-3天是好選擇，3天以上就不建議 - 交通位置好，餐具、鍋具、微波爐、無火IH爐、洗衣機很棒 沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳似乎加水，整個很稀，按頭ㄧ壓，就流到地上，根本無法留在手心上，我們住六晚，垃圾桶根本不夠裝，公寓外也沒置放大型垃圾桶可以先把垃圾拿去丟，跟垃圾為伍7天六夜，挺臭的，垃圾已用袋子包好幾層，也無法阻斷味道

• Carlos (10/5): - Conveniently located, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The neighborhood was also quiet and nice to walk around.
• Andrea Skejic (7/5): - The apartment has enough space and, overall, the stay was okay. The washing machine is definitely a plus if you need it, although it does not offer many washing options. On the negative side, the apartment was not clean. There was hair on the floor and on the sofa, and in general it seemed very superficially cleaned. The bed is on wheels and has no proper frame, so you cannot lean against it or sit comfortably. The sofa is practically unusable because it is very uncomfortable and impractical. Overall, everything in the apartment feels just so-so. It is acceptable for a short stay, but not ideal for longer visits.

• 佩純 (10/5): 很滿意！ - 離天下茶屋車站很近，可以直達關西機場。去各個地方也都很方便～是小公寓式的，雖然沒有電梯但是樓層不會太高也不影響搬重物。廚具和備品都準備得很充足！宵夜可以在附近超市買東西回去煮😻因為是自助式入住和退房，密碼鎖的部分剛用要摸索一下🤣整體來說很滿意～ 無

Leider gab es keinerlei Check-In Informationen vorab und es wird einem vermittelt als gäbe es eine Rezeption. Tut es leider nicht und es ist eigentlich ein Self-Check-In. Am besten Früh genug die Infos anfragen.
• Lee L (10/5): Fabulous stay - Love the location. Quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. Walkable distance to Namba. Studio is spacious and comfortable. Happy to be a return customer. Love the washing machine and the detergent provided.
• Yi-Chen (9/5): Convenient location, super clean, plenty supplies, spacious - Close to Tengachaya station, 4 mins on foot. Though not many restaurants options, there's a big supermarket that sells plenty bentos and food if wanted. The nearby drug store gives pretty good price. The unit is super clean and organized. Being able to do our laundry and dry it at the shower room using dry mode is convenient. Overall is great, just a few suggestions that could enhance guests experiences. The bed sofa is not comfortable to sit in, it feels flimsy. It would be nice to add a few clothes hooks on the wall outside of the shower room area so we can hang the towels or changed clothes. Only one mirror in the shower/ laundry room area, it would be wonderful to add 1 more mirror in the living room area. There's no elevator but we got to stay at 2nd floor, the stairs climbing was not too bad.

• Malvoisin (10/5): Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour de quatre jours dans cet appartement à Osaka, idéalement situé proche d’une statio - L’appartement est très spacieux avec de nombreux rangements et une penderie, de bons équipements (grand frigo, micro onde, bouilloire…), une bonne literie, une belle salle de bain avec des produits de beauté à disposition, des serviettes et une machine à laver. L’entrée est sécurisée et autonome.
• AKIKO (9/5): また利用したいです。 - 長居スタジアムのLIVEのため利用しました。 車での移動でしたが、近くに駐車場もあり快適でした。 静かな環境で部屋も広く、部屋には延長コードや充電器も用意されていて助かりました！ 我が家のようにゆっくりできました。 2人での利用だったので、ソファーベッドを使いましたが頭の部分がフラットにならなかったのと、クッションが硬かったので寝心地が悪かったです。 掛け布団しかなかったので敷布団があればよかったなと思います。

• Jorge (9/5): Estancia muy agradable - El aparta-hotel se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, muy cercano a supermercados, el metro está a unos 5-8 min andando, la verdad que está todo muy nuevo y muy equipado con todo lo necesario que puedas utilizar. Tanto check-in como check-out se had todo online pero sin problemas, todo bien explicado. Volvería seguro. No hay ascensor por si llevas maletas grandes y pesadas. La almohada dura como una piedra.

• 佳琪 (8/5): 很喜歡像家一樣自在的住宿空間，可洗衣晾衣，可以簡單料理早餐。 - 可以在這個公寓套房裡，自助洗衣服晾衣服，提供簡單鍋具和食用油、鹽巴，方便加熱白吐司、煎牛肉片當孩子們的早餐，也有提供盤子、杯子方便沖泡熱茶，天下茶屋出站就有方便的超市、藥妝店、餐廳方便補貨和解決晚餐，到關西機場也相當方便。因為我們2大2小加搬行李，謝謝管理人員幫我們安排住宿1樓，方便帶孩子們移動。 雙人床正上方的燈具高度過低，大人跪在床上整理棉被容易碰撞到燈具。希望燈具加高。另外，希望有機會能提供自助付費的腳踏車租借，方便到較遠距離的移動。

• Lin (10/5): 整理而言，住宿體驗很棒，對於我攜帶幼童（2、4歲）一起家庭旅遊很方便，地點鬧中取靜，地鐵站出來就有超市可採買一日所需，旁邊也有藥妝店；客服的聯繫也十分即時快速，有問題都可以迅速解答。最後一天退房後無法當下寄放行李也提供辦公室寄物（需自行轉車 - 有洗衣機（有洗衣球）、有陽台可曬衣服（衣架）、浴室也可烘乾，有廚房而且貼心提供油鹽胡椒粉，有微波爐，還有提供充電線行動電源，而且房間和客廳是可以拉門分隔，晚上不會受到燈光互相干擾，很棒 遺憾是沒有電梯，對於拉著厚重行李的人較不方便；若有兩歲以下幼童入住建議可以提供小椅凳方便洗手時提升高度使用；吹風機放置位置容易掉落，建議可以用壁掛式較方便

The sofa bed was hard and hard to sleep .. that need to be changed ..disgusting wifi .. it’s totally intermittent and offline most of the time and we hardly able to use it .. it’s better this need to fixed

• Lin (9/5): 住了六天下了十分舒適 天下茶屋站不管到哪都很方便 坐一站到動物園前就可以逛唐吉訶德 買太多先回家一趟放東西也不打緊 有機會還會再來！ - 離天下茶屋站非常近 走路不用十分鐘 且路途平緩 車站有麥當勞可以買 一出車站也有當地人在逛的超市 還有肯德基 Lawson 藥妝店 應有盡有 從住宿走不用兩分鐘就到全家 附近也有一兩台販賣機 也有當地的燒鳥店 拉麵店 找不到可以挑剔的地方 唯獨要注意的是 住宿地點附近都是一般居民 所以還是不要太過吵鬧！ 房間設施非常好 還有陽台可曬衣服（褲子太長沒辦法曬） 有洗衣球可以用 浴室水壓夠強 也有超大冰箱 還有小廚房 廚具餐具也都有 超讚 沒有
