Within walking distance of shopping mall, restaurants, tourist spots, mass transportation systems, and most of all, tango clothing and shoe stores, tango workshop venues, and major tango festival venues. Place is clean and well maintained. Safe entry to building. Staff very friendly and attentive.

- Nicholas (8/5): - The studios are well equipped but single glazing near a range of late night bars means can be noisy in the evening. No food at hotel but plenty of choice locally close to Abasto supermarket and shopping centre. Very handy for city centre bound buses and Subte stations.

- María (6/5): - No está tan mal para pasar hasta una semana, realmente el aire acondicionado no enfría bien y estuve 4 días con el aire tapado y tiraba agua encima de la cama y la mesita de noche, y hay mucho calor en Buenos Aires no se puede estar sin aire… hay bastante mosquitos dentro del lobby pero la ciudad en sí está invadida de mosquitos, el WiFi es malísimo se corta todo el tiempo y casi no lo pude usar, solamente encima de la cama y así mismo se cortaba. En el baño y cocina ya no podía conectarme. La limpieza bien y la habitación bastante cómodo. Hubiese sido perfecta con un mejor aire frío …
- Agustin Fiden (10/5): Escapada a Buenos Aires - Excelente el departamento. Muy bien equipado. Solo habría que agregar un repasador a la cocina. Muy buena ubicación al lado del Shopping Abasto. Dos estaciones de metro a corta distancia. La piscina y salón en la terraza muy buenas. Se puede aprovechar del sol a cualquier hora.

- DAVID (8/5): - Es un bonito hotel, la habitación es comoda y tienes una mini coscina con micro, cafetera, refri, etc. Lo malo es que no te hacen limpieza y la ubicación no es la mas ideal si es viaje de turismo, el sector no es tan bonito, el lugar si lo es y es limpio.

Limpeza a partir do 4º dia. - A recepção - que é para moradores - é minúscula e super quente (o recepcionista fica separado por um vidro até o teto e lá dentro tem ar, na recepção não). - Os recepcionistas, Mariano e o outro alto que não lembro o nome são gentis e solicitos. Nota 10 para eles. A localização, embora tenha muitas coisas por perto, é ruim para quem vai turistar. É localizado em um bairro feio, sujo. - O quarto é agradável, bom tamanho, bem equipado para quem quer passar uns dias "morando" lá. - A roupa de cama poderia ser mais macia e ter um travesseiro mais baixo para quem prefere (meu caso)

- Juan Carlos (2/5): - Durante toda nuestra estadía nunca realizaron la limpieza de la habitación argumentando que esa excepción estaba indicada en las condiciones de Xpedia al momento de la reserva, puesto que son un Apart Hotel y lo hacen a partir del quinto día de alojamiento. He revisado y no encuentro que esto sea cierto, por tanto es falta del servicio del hotel.
- Remedios (10/5): Arc abasto apartelle pleasant experience - Nice that They checked me in early. They arranged for a taxi to airport and helped me load my luggage on the cab. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is right across the mall. The suite has a full sized fridge, a microwave , toaster and 2 burner stove and pots and pans excellent for long stay. I'll book a room here again when I return.
- Emanuela P (2/5): Arc Abasto Studio - Não recomendo!!! Não sei se posso chamá-lo de hotel já que o atendimento é interrompido certa hora do dia. Atendimento péssimo, mal educado, descortês. Limpeza meia boca apenas de 2 em 2 dias. Sem opção de tomar café da manhã. Quartos minúsculos. A única coisa que presta de fato é a localização excelente, muito perto de uma linha de metrô, do supermercado COTO e ao lado do shopping Abasto. Além de tudo preço de hospedagem altíssimo, extremamente desproporcional com o serviço oferecido. Ou seja, corram léguas do ARC Abasto Studio.

- Lila (2/5): - No me gusto nada no vale el valor que pague 118 mil el mes por estar en un lugar donde tuvo 4 apagones de luz que duraron mas de 4 horas el piso 6to sin poder usar ascensor con el aireacodicionado que no andaba no funcionaba bien el internet muy ruidoso todo el tiempo las paredes esta hechas de papel y la habitación es mucho mas pequeña y la piscina un asco llena de hongos pequeña el servicio de limpiaza muy malo me dejaban sucio el suelo y el recepcionista JAVIER un agresivo maltratador que va con el rostro y pelo grasoso las uñas negras y olor a vino a maltratar a cualquiera. El espacio de la cocina y el baño son pequenos , Se inunda el baño cuando usas la ducha siempre y el closet por el aire acondicionado si lo prendes todo se llena de agua , heladera co ruido de moto cuando la abris internet muy malo .

Um absurdo estar disponível pra alugar se esta fechado, andamos por muitas quadras com varias malas.

Sometimes a lot of noise from neighbors. - Cleaning only twice a week. The floors get dirty quick, so that could been washed more often. - WiFi is fast when working. Had a few days with WiFi not working. If you are traveling a lot to central Palermo you should stay at a closer hotel. Had a good stay overall regards to money paid.

Nós optamos pelo hotel pela ralação custo/benefício, pois não é próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Buenos Aires. O quarto é bem amplo, porém precisa melhorar o serviço de manutenção, o dia que chegamos o quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo. Depois que abrimos a janela e deixamos o ar circular passou

The pool area and seating was great. Lots of comfortable chairs under the cover of the sun. Even a small kitchen area with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave to prepare food while up there. The excerise area looked good as well. Only negative were the pillows for the bed. Could have used more and they could have bee better.

Além disso, o solarium e a piscina fazem dele uma ótima opção, em especial em dias quentes como os que fazem na Capital Federal da Argentina. A limpeza é feita a cada 2 dias, onde é promovida a troca de toalhas inclusive. E o preço é dos mais atrativos!" Não deixe de se hospedar lá. Vale muito à pena mesmo!

- BroOnTravel (10/5): - Gym has dumbbells and enough room for a little hotel Crossfit workout. Pictures don't show the dumbbells but they're there (no super heavies.) Roof patio is shaded which makes it usable in summer and went there several nights. Know that, like many places in the city, the windows are not perfect and you will hear noise. Our refrigerator also made some noise but I'm super picky about this and sleep with earplugs everywhere I go so don't take this concern to mean much unless absolute silence is a requirement of yours.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - アルゼンチン国内線から東京行き国際線への乗り継ぎ泊だったが、思いのほか便利で、中長期滞在向きだと思った。 広めのワンルームマンション型で、キッチン設備が充実。大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ケトルのほか、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、アイロンまである。屋上にはプールとジム。エントランス自動ロック。部屋はカードキー。 隣は超巨大ショッピングモール(地下鉄B線直結、フードコートあり)、その隣は巨大スーパー、向かいはランドリー。 深夜未明まで通りが騒がしいので、耳栓があるといい。 シャワーを使うと、トイレ水浸しになるパターン。不快。 返金不可オプションで4000円くらいに収まるので、お得感が大きかった。

- JORGE (8/5): Correcto - El hotel es nuevito. La ubicación está buena porque está al lado del shopping abasto. La gente de recepción súper amables, nos ayudaron con todo. No contaban con mantas y almohadas extras.
- ERIKA (8/5): Boa opção de hospedagem longe do centro. - O hotel é novo e bem localizado. Staff bastante simpático e atencioso. O hotel está em frente ao shopping Abasto e próximo a uma grande variedade de restaurantes e supermercados. Acesso fácil ao metrô, táxis e ônibus. O hotel não possui carpetes, um alívio para os alérgicos. Fiquei hospedada em quarto duplo com camas twins. O quarto é bem espaçoso, varanda com vista para a rua e camas confortáveis. Quarto equipado com ar condicionado, TV com canais a cabo e acesso à netflix. O banheiro também é espaçoso e disponibiliza shampoo e sabonete líquido para os hóspedes. Tem secador, cofre e ferro de passar roupas. A cozinha oferece o necessário para preparar uma refeição, como pratos, copos, talheres, panelas, coifa, cooktop, chaleira elétrica, microondas e geladeira. O hotel possui academia,churrasqueira e piscina no último andar. A piscina nos salvou nos dias quentes. Quatro pontos negativos: 1.A limpeza é realizada em dias alternados (comum em Buenos Aires). 2.Não há uma lixeira apropriada para descarte de alimentos, o que se torna um problema para quem vai cozinhar. 3.Não tem uma segunda tranca na porta. Colocávamos a geladeira na frente da porta para ter um pouco mais de segurança. 4.A porta do armário estava emperrada e não conseguimos colocar nada dentro.

- CRISTINA (8/5): Estadia de 10 dias - Mi experiencia fue buena en el ámbito de que las fotos y lo que venden en la página es lo mismo que lo que uno ve cuando llega, departamento siempre limpio, cómodo. Pero el ruido de la calle en la noche fue lo que no me gusto, el fin de semana se arman peleas en la calle y se escucha todo hacia la habitación, quizás deberían contemplar poner ventanas de termo panel para poder aislar el ruido ya que es bien molesto para poder descansar.

- Omar Andrés (10/5): Si te hospedas aquí, no te arrepentirás. - Estuve una semana alojado durante un viaje por negocios que hice desde España. Excelente en todos los aspectos y más aún si considero la relación calidad-precio. Habitación amplia, luminosa, muy bien equipada, excelente trato del personal, mantenimiento inmejorable. Hasta han quedado bien impresionados los porteños que me vinieron a visitar a la habitación. De poner alguna pega la ubicación es un poco fea y el servicio de conexión a Internet bastante deficiente. De la primera, es cuestión de gustos. De la segunda, es muy probable que sea causada porque las empresas que dan el servicio en Buenos Aires son muy malas comparándolas con sus similares españolas, por lo que el hotel carece de responsabilidad. Totalmente recomendable y seguramente repetiré en mi próximo viaje.

- Takuro (10/5): - 立地が良く、近くにショッピングモールや遅くまでやっている食堂が多数あります。ハウスキーピングは2日に1度ですが綺麗に掃除してくれますし、十分だと思います。部屋が広くキッチンが付いているので、近くのスーパーで買ったものや食堂から持ち帰った料理を食べるのにも便利です。廊下の音が響くのと、冷蔵庫の音が大きいのが気になりましたが、価格とのバランスで考えると十分許容範囲内だと思います。

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay in Arc Abasto - Excellent location- in the heart of a working class neighborhood and next to a large shopping center with a subway stop. Clean, comfortable, neat. We had everything we needed for far less than we would have paid in one of the higher end areas. There were some people we knew who were worried about the area but as a former NYC dweller, I didn’t find it any more worrisome than some of the “nicer” areas. Would totally stay here again. Loved it

- Ruby (8/5): - The property has recently been renovated and is still under going some construction work. There was a total power cut in the property on the second day and I had to walk up a flight of concrete steps to the second floor, which were poorly lit on two crutches as I am disable. It is extremely warm and humid in Buenos Aires right now and the room was too hot to stay in once I got there. I then had to get myself back down to the lobby and escape into the nearby Abasto shopping mall to stay cool. The roof top pool on the 7th floor did not look clean. There is a rusty coloured rim round the edge and due to this I did not use the pool. There is also said to be a gym on the same floor but there was so much construction dust in the area that put me off visiting the gym. The staff in the lobby are extremely friendly and are always happy to help. The bathroom had a leak throughout the four days we were there and although they did their best the matter could not be resolved. The apartment hotel is situated in a location that has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe a bottle or two of water should be provided as a this would be most welcoming during the summer months. There is a well equipped kitchen but as the space in the rooms are small and compact, slerping with cooking ordours would not be very pleasant, specially in the heat of summer.
