• Alessandro (9/5): Piramidi a portata di mano e staff super gentile - Soggiornare all'Atlantis Pyramids Inn è stata un'esperienza incredibile, di quelle che ti restano impresse per la posizione invidiabile e il calore dell'accoglienza. Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi a casa con una vista da re, questo è il posto giusto. Il punto di forza assoluto è la splendida vista sulle Piramidi. Poter ammirare la Piana di Giza direttamente dall'hotel, magari al tramonto o alle prime luci dell'alba, vale da solo il prezzo del biglietto. È una posizione privilegiata che toglie il fiato. Ciò che rende davvero speciale questo hotel è lo staff. Si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e gentili, pronti a risolvere ogni esigenza con il sorriso: Il servizio di transfer da/per l’aeroporto è stato puntuale e comodissimo, eliminando ogni stress all’arrivo; una colazione abbondante e deliziosa. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di richiederla in base alle proprie preferenze. L'hotel si trova in una zona facilmente raggiungibile dai taxi. Questo permette di muoversi verso il centro del Cairo o altre attrazioni senza alcuna difficoltà logistica. Letti comodi. Purtroppo la zanzariera era rotta e si apriva/chiudeva a fatica. Ho sentito la mancanza di un piccolo frigorifero all'interno della stanza e della televisione. La porta del bagno si chiudeva da sola. I cestini non sono mai stati svuotati, gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati e le lenzuola dei letti non sono mai state rifatte o sostituite.

• Gilles (9/5): Super Hôtes, en Famille ! - Hôtes toujours aussi accueillants, on croirait visiter de la Famille, merci Susu et l'OL :-) entre autres ! Et merci encore pour les petits-déjeuners égyptiens. Toujours prêts à se mettre en quatre pour leurs clients, notamment en nous changeant spontanément de chambre (à cause du bruit de l'ascenseur contigü à celle attribuée à l'origine). Il est vrai que la route est bruyante, mais bon, on s'en accommode très bien, avec les Pyarmides en face.

È stato tutto perfetto, ovviamente si tratta di una guest house e non di un hotel di lusso, quindi è molto semplice ma curata, in una zona sicuramente non turistica, con strade sterrate e edifici un po’ malandati. Ma questa è Giza, è fatta così ed è bene saperlo, dipende da ciò che uno cerca. Noi cercavamo un’esperienza autentica e abbiamo trovato persone di cuore che hanno condiviso con noi ciò che hanno e che ci hanno già fatto venire voglia di tornare. Abbiamo assaggiato ogni giorno un’ottima colazione tipica e cenato tutte le sere con $25 in due. Cucina tipica, di casa, semplice e gustosa. Non cambierei veramente nulla, grazie Susu!!

Resepsiyon bizi karşıladı hatta hoşgeldin içeceği sunmak istedi fakat yorgun olduğumuz için kabul etmedik. - Kahvaltı doyurucu ve yeterliydi. - Çıkış yaptıktan sonra çantalarımızı bırakabildik. Otel çalışanları bir çok konuda sorularımıza cevap verdiler ve yardımcı oldular. - Otel, karmaşanın olmadığı büyük kapı tarafında almaktadır. Piramitlere girerken peşimizde bir çok deve at sürücüsü, dilenci ve satıcı ile uğraşmamak için bu taraftan girmeyi tercih ettik. Yolun karşısına geçmemiz yeterli oldu. - Giza bölgesinden ayrılacağımız akşam saatine kadar bıraktığımız valizlerimizi almaya geldiğimizde otel çalışanı hibiskus çayı ikra ettiler. Tekrar yola çıkıp Gizadan ayrılacağımız zaman valizlerimizi aldığımız bu dinlenme molasında bu çay iyi geldi. - Çarşaflar Mısır standartlarına göre temiz ama üzerinde yine de bir kaç tel gördüm. Bu noktalara dikkat edilirse daha iyi olur.

Me ofrecieron toda la ayuda necesaria para mis días , viajé sola y en todo momento me ayudaron . Tuve una conexión muy especial con todos , Susu, Essa , Esso, Rasha todos .. gente muy amable muy buena dispuesta a ayudarte y más . Me fui muy feliz . Recomiendo 100% . Las vistas a las pirámides son muy lindas , desayunar en la terraza es increíble . Y mención especial al desayuno casero y local que hacen y sirven con mucho amor . Volvería mil veces
• Sian (10/5): Comfortable, attractive and welcoming - highly recommended! - Delicious, healthy Egyptian breakfast with plenty of variety. The hotel has a lovely shaded outdoor area that's spacious and inviting, with a clear view of the pyramids (also visible from my room). Good AC in the room, comfortable bed. The en suite was clean and pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and welcoming without being intrusive. And excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Cairo. I honestly can't think of anything to complain about.

• Michael (10/5): Eine Perle in Kairo - Das Hotel lebt nicht von den Zimmern, nicht von der Ausstattung und nicht von der Küche. Dieses Hotel lebt von den herzlichen Mitarbeitern und der herzlichen Hotel Leitung. Wer hier herkommt, spürt eine Herzlichkeit die in anderen Hotels nicht zu bekommen ist. Dieses Hotel glänzt mit einer Atmoshäre des willkommens. Natürlich ist es nicht modern, renoviert oder oder oder. Doch will ich Unterstützung bei den Pyramiden, Geschichte, Transport, dann ist man hier zuhause. Eine Perle im Meer eines Landes, was anstrengend ist.

• Jasmin (10/5): - Die Herzlichkeit des Personals war überwältigend. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und alle waren stets hilfsbereit und umsorgend. Besondere Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt und uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir mit jedem Anliegen zu ihnen kommen können. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist grandios und das Frühstück war lecker. Die Nähe zu den Pyramiden ist sehr komfortabel, da man problemlos hinlaufen kann. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Lediglich die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind eher als Minimalistisch zu sehen. Wer dahingehend aber wenig Ansprüche hat, und auch ohne Fernseher und mit Mini- Badezimmer zurecht kommt, der sollte hier unbedingt buchen.

Gente simpática e atenciosa com o hóspede e sempre prontos a oferecer um café, chá ou refresco de hibisco. Para quem foi correr, adiantaram o serviço de café da manhã e facilitaram um "late check-out".

• Peter (10/5): Geweldig verblijf met lieve hosts. - De locatie is geweldig. Uitzicht op de piramides. Beheerders zijn supervriendelijk, spreken goed Engels en kunnen je volledig ontzorgen. Voor een zachte prijs regelen ze de transfer naar de locatie, taxi’s en vervoer tijdens de reis en gidsen tijdens excursies. Of je nou privé-rondleidingen wilt of met een klein groepje. Als je in de avond lekker wilt eten kunnen ze dat ook voor je regelen. Ik ben er nu 2x geweest en dit is zeker niet de laatste keer. X X X

Such lovely people who did their best to make our stay a great one. Shout out to Rasha and all the other staff who were just so helpful and lovely. The hotel was safe and breakfast was very tasty and filling. Highly recommend staying here! We didn’t stay long enough!

Waking up to the breathtaking view of the pyramids felt magical, and the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s rare to find a place that combines such an amazing view with genuine care and cleanliness — I’ll definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Giza. Nothing. Everything is very good.

Both dinner and breakfast were very good. I highly recommend relying on them to arrange visits and tours: they are professional and trustworthy.
• Aline (9/5): Une nuit paisible dans un endroit calme - Le coin plus calme qu'en plein Gizeh et surtout bien moins touristique. On a pu voir la vraie vie du Caire, certes dans un quartier plus aisé que certains ! En ce qui concerne l'hôtel en lui-même, nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel et la chambre était tout simplement parfaite. Le fait qu'une seule personne soit à la tâche et que les autres soient plus oisifs, alors qu'il y avait à faire, m'a dérangé. Je ne suis pas fan du bas et du haut de la hiérarchie. Une équipe, c'est la solidarité. Mais peut-être me trompe-je, d'autant que je n'en ai pas discuté directement avec les managers ! Ce n'est qu'un ressenti.

La sonorisation de la chambre donnant sur la rue n’est pas optimale et on entend tous les klaxons du périphérique. Cependant nous avons bien dormi après des journées bien chargées au Caire.

• Bertrand (8/5): Deux nuits suffisent - L’accueil, la vue sur les Pyramides , le petit déjeuner . Mention vraiment spéciale au jeune homme qui s’occupe des bagages, des repas et des petits déjeuner !!! La chambre n’était pas faite ainsi que les lits ; la Clim a lâché le deuxième jour , en rupture de vins , la bière est trop forte ( 8 degrés ! ) . La cage d’escalier pour monter à l’établissement … bof bof !
• Nikolas (9/5): Good for a short stay if you want a view from the other side of pyramids like me - The room was clean and good enough for my needs. No view of the pyramids but the terrace has a really lovely view. The staff was very kind and helpful. They told me about tours and their restaurant but were not at all pushy about it. This was very different than other experiences in Egypt so I appreciated being able to have a conversation without feeling like they just wanted to reach into my wallet. Thank you! The location doesn’t seem to have a whole lot to do nearby. I walked around for a while and didn’t see too many restaurants or things to do. I wanted to stay on both sides of the pyramids to see both views anyway so I just stayed at this hotel for one night and it was fine for my short stay.

• Natasha (10/5): Rest & and relax at Atlantis. - The manager and her husband were excellent and made you feel right at home. The upstairs terrace area was very relaxing with awesome views of the Pyramids. It was mesmerising watching them change colour throughout the day. The noise from the road and the prayers were very loud, but you got used to it, and we also had noise cancelling ear pods, which we used on occasion.

• Drvar (10/5): Wonderful inn, wonderful people - Absolutely wonderful, 10/10!! Enjoyed every second of the stay, wonderful people who took care of us like family. Felt perfectly safe every second of every day, the owners are wonderful, and queen Nala, the resident dog-hostess was just the cherry on top. Felt right at home, also Wael was amazing and made sure we saw all important sights. Plus he is an amazing driver and I felt very safe with him driving us around! The inn has a direct view of the pyramids both from the deck and the rooms so the whole experience was simply perfect. The whole entire team who work at this inn are wonderful and I would feel perfectly safe with them even if I was traveling alone. [Nikki] -

The hotel is in an unbeatable location, right in front of the pyramids—waking up to that view never gets old. The owners are absolutely lovely, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Evenings here are a lot of fun, with a great vibe and entertainment that makes the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a place with amazing hospitality and the best pyramid views, this is it! Can’t wait to return again To be honest Nothing!

• Amina (10/5): Exceptional - Spent just one night. I had a very late check in and a very early check out so I spent few hours in my room however they gave me an upgraded room with the view. The staff was very friendly and kind. They also prepared me a take away breakfast.
• Magmarmag (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast was amazing and the hosts were so kind and helpful! The rooms were comfortable and clean! Had a great view of the pyramids from the sitting area! The area is safe to walk around and we found some great places to smoke shisha down the road.
• Máté (10/5): It is the best place you can find to stay during a trip to egypt. - Our room was great with a pyramid view, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the teracce was wonderful. However if I have to highlight one thing it was the owners. Eissa and his wife Susu (if I remember it right) are the most friendly and hospitable people we met in egypt, they are really just great. If you want to find a place to stay during your giza visit, this is the place! We will definitely come back! I cannot think of anything.
• Zacc (8/5): Pleasant stay but location is not ideal for those who want to pop in and out at leisure - Very nice staff. Family ran and they welcome you into the family whilst you stay. Location is a little annoying. Need to get a taxi to every attraction and they can be quite long rides. But are cheap with Uber. Big busy road which will keep you up. Bring ear plugs.

• Matteo (9/5): Superb - Very nice location, staff super friendly and wonderful breakfast on the rooftop! There is a big road just in front of the hotel, so it is quite noisy during the night! It's not a fault of the hotel, but it's better to be prepared and bring earplugs!
• Sabrina (10/5): Like being at home - We love to spend our time with the locals to know more about the culture of the country we are in, and this place is warm, with an amazing terrace well designed, the room and all the spaces are clean. We loved to see the sunset and the dawn in front of the pyramids. The breakfast was delicious and what we loved more was the family, the owner of this hotel are so kind and welcoming. It’s really like being at home. When we will be back in Egypt, for sure we will stay here. A plus that we noticed was so important for us, the room we had was in a perfect position and you don’t hear the noise of the traffic ( really loud out here ). We really appreciate the silence in our room.
• Boris (5/5): It was so-so. - The location is horrible. The Inn is located on an unpaved, dusty, and dirty street. No television. No desk in the room for the computer. Broken furniture. No chairs. The room was too small.

• Adriana (8/5): Very good - Nice view to the Giza pyramid. Beautiful and relaxed terrace and the staff and hostess very friendly and make you feel like family. They offer good option for tours, good free breakfast and fresh hibiscus water. The location it is complicated to get public transportation or walk to tourist areas. But they offer transportation from the hotel. The area doesn't look nice, but as soon as you get the 5th, you feel good vibes and a nice view.

• Balázs (10/5): One of the best accomodations I've ever experienced - In one word: amazing. We booked in Atlantis because of its location and the outstanding reviews on booking.com. Before our travel Susu answered to all of our questions almost immediately, Her every message started with the kind words "welcome home" and after arriving to this marvellous place we perfectly understood why. Susu and the staff make everything to feel yourself at home, and you can be sure, you will! The sight of the pyramids enchantes you, so it's very difficult to leave the place to discover Cairo's miracles. :) You will start your the day with a 5* home made breakfast, that will satisfy you until afternoon. The dinners on the terrace were also remarkable. Thank you again for the unforgettable stay!

• Rona (10/5): Exceptionally warm welcome to the best hotel with the best view and best food! - This was the best hotel I stayed at, and friendliest welcome I’ve ever received. Susu and her husband welcomed me at 2:30am with a smile, helped with my luggage and offered me a delicious drink. They are so welcoming and nice - it was really lovely. The room was better than the pictures. The bathroom is modern with lots of hot water and the bed is very comfy. The room was exceptionally clean too and even though the hotel is right above a motorway, I couldn’t hear anything at all from my lovely room. The view of the pyramids is phenomenal! Muhammad was so friendly and gave me great tips for my stay in Cairo. Also, the breakfast was the best food I had in my whole trip to Egypt. I wasn’t very hungry on my last evening, but Susu had a small kebab wrap and drink taken to my room for me just so I had a small something to eat. It was delicious and so kind. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I absolutely loved it and just wish I could have stayed longer. There is nothing I didn’t like - this place is perfect!
