- Peter (7/5): Comfortable stay in a rough location. NO STAFF. - Secure property, comfortable rooms with various amenities. Showers and toilets were clean. In a bit of a rough location, got harassed by a drunk man when we were outside the property which we then couldn’t get in to leave luggage (as previously agreed) because there were no staff on duty.

- Sofia Anna-Helena (9/5): - Austeochend Ülatz im Zimmer und ein geräumiger Aufenthaltsraum im Stock, mit 2asserkocher ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer kein einziger Haken oder Stange für Handtücher. Das wäre eine kleine Investition, die die Qualität sehr verbessern würde.

- Julie (9/5): Propre et agréable dans l'ensemble ! - La chambre est top même si un peu plus petite que ce qu'elle n'y paraît sur les photos. Les toilettes et les douches étaient toujours propres. Le personnel était adorable. Il y a un micro-onde au RDC, des tables pour manger et un espace laverie. L'emplacement est mal famé mais comme nous sommes au Japon, le risque d'avoir des problèmes reste faible. Par ailleurs, il serait bien de donner un code différent pour les douches hommes et femmes car un homme m'a suivi dans les douches des femmes et a essayé de me surprendre dénudée à la sortie de ma douche, en se justifiant qu'on lui avait dit qu'il pouvait venir ici (ce dont je doute fort). La sécurité est donc à améliorer.

Gidip baktım yönlendirme tabelası yok. 10:00-15:00 arası zaten boşsunuz o zaman yapsanıza temizliği! Gece 1’de müşterileri ben kalkıp uyardım sessiz olmaları için. Personel yok kamera da mı yok? Bu personel ne iş yapar? 10:00 am 1 dakika geçince şifre geçersiz tamam da sizin saçma personel çalışmaları yüzünden vakit kaybettim.

- MINSHI (8/5): Good value stay for short stay - Cheap and clean room with convenient location. It is closed to kinda red light zone of Osaka with a lot of homeless drunkies. But it did not bother me, instead I was happy to have a chance to experience low standard local neighbourhood. The staff were friendly. No hot shower since 2 of them were broken that time. Could not leave the lugguages after early check-out at 10am. But they offered me to leave the lugguages at their sister hotel which was nearby.

- Katarzyna (9/5): Perfect stay for a couple of days - I was positively surprised with the quality of the hotel - it's modern, clean and though the single rooms are tiny - they have everything what you need. The location is also good - very close to the metro. Good value for money. They should not clean the toiles before check out - the whole bathroom was inaccesible. It would be also great to be able to store the luggage at least a couple of hours after check out.

- Shiniro9 (2/5): Terrible and unprofessional - Terrible and unprofessional experience with this accommodation. I arrived at the hotel in person, but the receptionist informed me that my booking was for the wrong dates and that there were no rooms available for my intended stay. I immediately requested a refund, but the hotel refused, claiming it was “non-refundable” and that they would incur a service fee if they canceled—which Booking.com later confirmed was false. A manager’s representative tried to discuss the issue multiple times with the manager, but the hotel still refused to help. I had to urgently book a substitute accommodation, incurring significant extra costs. Later, I requested to reschedule my booking, but the hotel again refused, showing stubbornness and bad faith. I contacted Booking.com twice, and both representatives confirmed that the hotel could approve a full refund with no fees, yet the hotel ignored this and continued hiding behind their “policy.” I also received a written email from the hotel stating, “This is your mistake. Do not blame others.” They threatened to report me for harassment, which was aggressive and unprofessional. Their actions may violate Japanese Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) and unjust enrichment rules (不当利得), since they are retaining payment without providing the service. This behavior demonstrates a complete lack of honesty, professionalism, and customer care. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

While we never saw the staff onsite (we came in late and left early) they were very communicative via email. We had no issues with noise, and the restrooms and showers, while not ensuite, were clean and fine. The surrounding area was less clean and around the corner there were a couple of people clearly bedding down for the night. But at no time did anyone feel unsafe.

- Ito (8/5): コスパ最高。西成最高。 - 西成のディープなグルメを楽しみたかったので最高でした。新大阪駅や万博にも便利な立地でした。周辺地域含めて女性にも安心なホテルです。 シャワールームが系列ホテルと比べ、数が少ない（男女兼用で３室）で空きが心配でした。結果として問題ありませんでした。

- 山田 (5/5): - 自由に行動出来る事。寝るだけならお得だとは思う。 言語が選べると良かった英語重視で外国人向けなのかな〜とテレビも民放が見れなかった。ベッドが上にあったから良かったが下には小蟻がちょこちょこいる。部屋自体は綺麗だし立地的に仕方ないかなとは感じた。

- Nathaniel (7/5): - Honestly, was really what I needed in Osaka. Cheap & Room Style (not dorm). A lot of Google maps reviews rate it really poorly (mostly due to the area) and I dont really agree. I had no issues with any of the locals. My room was really moist / damp and stayed that way throughout my stay.

- LIHONG (8/5): 预算低的可以入 - 前台小姐姐很友好亲切，位置不算很偏，就在动物园前附近，但是周边环境一般，外边会有流浪汉，女生如果独自一人的话还是谨慎考虑。房间很小，但是整体还是干净的，基本的设施都有了，有空调，小冰箱，但是卫生间是公用的，男女分开，厕所淋浴也是分开的，进入淋浴需要输入密码，很好的保护了隐私性。性价比挺高，预算低且不介意周边环境的可以入手
