• Henry (1/5): Estafa total cuidado, no caigan en esta trampa - Nada el alojamiento estaba fumigado y apestaba Es una completa basura es una estafa total me robaron mi dinero no pude dormir. Dormí en la sala con dos camas cuando en la foto se mostraba habitación. Estaba con un mal olor insoportable. A las 5:00 de la mañana hacían ruido, reclamé y no solucionaron. Me discutí a las 5:00 de la mañana con un chico que no paraba de hacer ruido en la puerta. El Local estaba apestoso y podrido no lo recomiendo.

It would have been good to have some details about the appropriate bus and bus stop from the central train station before we arrived. The shower didn't drain properly and you ended up standing in water 4 inches deep each shower. Given I am 68 years old woman and I was clearly exhausted when I arrived with my suitcase it would have been nice if the gentleman had offered to transfer it into the apartment for me .

• Ulyana (5/5): Vale la pena fermarsi presso questo alloggio solo se vi serve esclusivamente per dormire. - La posizione era ottima e molto tranquilla. La pulizia era fatta in maniera molto approssimativa (abbiamo trovato vicino al letto dei dischi in cotone usati e parecchia polvere), il soffitto del bagno (zona wc) era ricoperto di muffa probabilmente a causa del finestrino che non si riusciva ad aprire ed i letti erano scomodi. Uno dei quattro era addirittura pericoloso perché fatto di una rete con le gambe molto instabile. La prima volta che mio figlio ci si era sdraiato, era caduto perché la rete si era piegata in due e solo per miracolo non si era fatto male.

• Joana (9/5): Excelente localização junto à Fonte de Trevi - Excelente localização, rua calma, sem trânsito e com cafés, lojas e restaurantes na zona. Praticamente todos os monumentos principais estão acessível facilmente a pé. Também há bus e metro perto. O apartamento oferece o essencial para alguns dias e era limpo e confortável. Proprietário disponível e atencioso. Recomendo. O edifício é antigo e pode-se ouvir os outros apartamentos e escadas, algo que é normal em edifícios na zona histórica. De madrugada pode-se ouvir a limpeza da rua se a janela estiver aberta. Não é um problema, mas como em qualquer cidade histórica, as casas são antigas e isolamento escasso. De qualquer modo excelente espaço e localização.

• Francisco (7/5): Necesita un arreglo urgentemente - Ubicación perfecta para ver todo con facilidad. Apartamento bien de espacio. Fabio muy atento nos cambió las lámparas de la mesita de noche el mismo día porque no funcionaban. Con tres detalles quedaría muy muy apañado. -Todos los comentarios hacen referencia a los colchones. Efectivamente, no estaban puestas las sábanas cuando llegamos y las manchas que había en el colchoncillo superior y las almohadas daban miedo. Pese a que le dimos la vuelta tampoco se arregló demasiado (foto). El colchón que se utilizaba para dormir estaba totalmente hundido y en lugar de somier había otro colchón debajo, no entiendo muy bien para qué dos colchones pero he de decir que nuca he dormido en un colchón en tan mal estado. -Baño. El agua de la ducha colaba muy muy despacio por lo que terminabas de ducharte y aún estaba todo lleno de agua. Imprescindible cambiar la cortina de la ducha (estaba muy muy mal) y la tapa del wáter (estaba para echar a correr). Si eres un poco grande no puedes utilizar el WC porque está muy mal ubicado y tienes la lavadora delante de la cara. -Por las ventanas entraba aire y ruido, por suerte no está en zona de paso porque si no el ruido habría sido insoportable ya que se oían las gaviotas como si estuvieran dentro del apartamento. El resto lo de siempre, menaje viejo, no hay tostador de pan... Cosas que la gente no les da importancia porque igual no lo usan pero nosotros si, y mucho.

• Ines (2/5): En absoluto recomendable. Evitar si es posible. - Lo único bueno es que es céntrico. Eso si, la entrada es un callejón de basuras muy inseguro. Nos cambiaron de apartamento la tarde antes del viaje a uno peor sin ningún tipo de compensación. Funcionó mal el wifi,no funcionaba la cafetera, ni la placa de fuegos. Mucho ruido a la noche, lo que dificultó mucho el sueño. Fatal la experiencia.

• Ajami (7/5): Little things could be improved but overall a very good value for money and location was perfect. - The location is perfect for staying in the heart of Rome. It’s in a safe area and there’s police always outside. The apartment is cosy. Some of the facilities are not maintained well. One of the twin beds was broken we had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to sleep. The apartment could also be cleaner it was a bit dusty and curtain shower mouldy.

La ubicación perfecta, estás enmedio del casco antiguo de Roma, a 2 min a pie de la fontana di Trevi. Como se puede ver por las fotos, es una vivienda antigua reformada, por lo que las escaleras para acceder a los apartamentos son estrechas y algo angostas, pero se puede subir bien con cuidado.

La cortina de la ducha llena de suciedad… un poco más de mimo necesita sin dudarlo

• AI (8/5): 最高！ありがとうございました。 - 街中にあるので、トレヴィの泉は勿論、コロッセオ、バチカン、テルミニ駅全てにおいて徒歩30分以内に行けるし。なのに坂を上がったところなので静かで最高でした。 調理器具も揃っているし、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、アイロンもヘアドライヤーもあります。 ちょっとボロボロだなと思いました。 色々なところが壊れかけているし、ベッドは窪んでしまっていて真っ直ぐ眠れない。 キッチンは水漏れするしシャワールームはカビが多く、シャワーヘッドは安定しない。 それでも概ね生活するには問題ないと思える。

L'indomani partivo alle 7 del mattino e ho dovuto accettare il nuovo appartamento proposto da lui. Letti con materassi sporchi, senza coprimaterassi....cucina sporca...una sola finestra per tutto l'appartamento che si affacciava ad una corte....con una rete fitta e completamente fatiscente....non la auguro a nessuno....con due bambini e non trovando altro ho dovuto alloggiare li

• Davide (3/5): Solo per la posizione - La zona Vabbè, terzo letto (brandina) sfondato, richiesto di esse cambiato, ci viene accordato ma ce lo lasciano nell’angusto spazio fronte la porta, me lo sono dovuto cambiare io (portare fuori quello vecchio e rotto e mettere quello di cambio), non si poteva perdere 24 secondi per fare un check delle condizioni prima di portare la brandina in camera per poi non essere sostituita?

Mattresses were really badly stained. The pillows underneath the case were really bad. Cooking facilities dirty. I honestly thought it was a bargain in the location. My own fault. Helicopters landing next door in a compound.

• Lianne (6/5): Great location, basic accomodation with no frills - Location was fantastic, literally round the corner from The Trevi fountain and host was responsive. TV didn’t work, shower gel dispenser not filled and kitchen felt abit unclean and poorly stocked so didn’t use it.
• Carolyn (3/5): Affordable but very dodgy accomodation - Decent size. 10 seconds from Fontana di Trevi. The place we stayed in was not inhabitable. We were told the day before arrival that the place we originally rented had a problem and we were offered a 'better' and bigger apartment. In terms of size, it was decent. However, it smelled terribly of mould and had black mould on the walls. This was clearly not new and is a health hazard. The host couldn't be bothered to buy duvet covers so he wrapped clearly dirty, cheap duvets with sheets. There were spider webs in the corners of the room, so the cleaning was okay on the floors - but not anywhere else. Some of the dishes still had food stuck to them. The mattress was foam and one of the cot beds was broken. The apartment was next to the lift and building front door, and EVERY noise could be heard. There was no phone reception in the apartment so we had to rely on WiFi which clearly was broken. Despite contacting the host several times about this, he just kept telling us to re-enter the password. Eventually he told us to ask a neighbouring shop, and they told us that the wifi often doesn't work there. When we relayed this to the host, he never even responded. This made planning our days difficult as we had to go into the alleyway in the evenings (where all the shops kept their rubbish) to get any Internet. The only reason we didn't leave the place after night 1 was because we found it difficult to research hotels (due to lack of internet) and really wanted to white the 3.5 days that we had in Rome!

A NICE PERSON THE PROBABLE OWNER, ALTHOUGH GOT LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT. HE WAS KIND TO LET US STORE OUR LUGGAGE IN A STORE NEARBY, PROBABLY OF HIS. OLD BUILDING, CRAPPY FURNITURE (IKEA WOULD SEEM LUXURIOUS) NO SHAMPOO OR SOAP, TINY.

• Urooj (7/5): Great location, poor amenities, uncomfortable stay. - The location was very convenient and the space was nice All the amenities, fixtures were very old and falling apart. The toilet shower was leaky and created a puddle every time. There was nothing to clean or wipe it off. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen. There was a spring crib under the daybed/sofa on lower level which was hitting everyone I sat on that daybed. It should not be stowed under it to injure people. Bathroom was not clean. Mattress on the upstairs bed was cert bad if I lay in one side it would sunk on that side. Pillows were very thin and not comfortable. Overall the place was equipped with everything broken, old and uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected better.

• Hüseyin (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in ff apartment due to renovation. The location was very good. There were new pots and pans and kitchen utensils. Since we had children, we used the kitchen actively. The owner of the facility was very caring and friendly. Maybe there could be a refrigerator and mini dishwasher in the kitchen.
• Anastasia (1/5): Disaster - Apartment is three minutes by walk from Travi fountain which is why I made a reservation here. And it was THE ONLY good thing about this accommodation. I asked Fabio to bring an iron to the room so he did it the next day. We realized that the DOOR WASN’T LOCKED two times (as we locked it in the morning), it was just closed. There was an iron so as his bottle of water and the radiator in the bathroom was fallen and broken (but it was broken before). Me and my husband didn’t like it at this point, but what could we do... Then the day after during packing our stuff I couldn’t find my watch, which I put on the table the first evening. I mean are you serious?? Even if you are the owner or whatever, you CANNOT come to the room and looking (stealing) stuff from people who paid you! Otherwise the mattress of double bed is in catastrophic state. It was dirty in the room and the bathroom drain was clogged. No shampoo or shower gel so you have to share the soap between the shower and wash basin. Well, as much as I liked it in Rome, as big of a disaster was the accommodation.
• Allen (4/5): Good location but if they want higher ratings they should work on cleanliness. - We liked the location. It’s near the Trevi fountain but far enough where you don’t see or hear the crowds. We also liked that it had a window and fan for fresh air. The stay was semi clean. The bed sheets were clean except they sprayed a heavy smelling perfume on or near the bed which we were sensitive to. Also, the bathroom could have been more clean, the shower drain didn’t drain and they definitely need a new shower curtain.

• Isabel (5/5): Passable - When the power went out the owner came quickly to help. The location is perfect right in the center but still on a quiet street. The room had not been cleaned at arrival at 15:30. Cleaning was very superficial. The mattress was really worn out. Only one stove top was working, dishes not clean and no amenities. The power went out by using the kettle. AC was not working and the door could only be closed by locking it. You could hear every noise from other people in the house. Very overpriced.
• Amirhossein (7/5): Other than the wifi problem it is a good value for the money. - The Location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk to the trevi fountain, 10 minutes walk to the Pantheon and lots of restaurants nearby. The Wifi didn’t work!!

• Maryia (4/5): Disappointing - Location! Nothing else So dirty. Dust everywhere, smell of cigarettes in the whole apartment and even pillows smell bad. No soap,no plastic bag for garbage and toilet.

• Anca (5/5): Stayed for the beauty of Rome, not for the accomodation - The location, very close to the Fontana di Trevi. The size of the room. The bad lights inside. The unconfortable bad and extra bed for the child, with poor quality matresses and bed sheets. The fact that when we got to the locationfor check in, there was no cleaning made. No internet. The tv didnt work. The toilet seat was broken.
