• Katarzyna (8/5): Świetne miejsce na kilka dni - Świetna lokalizacja (nieco dalej poza szlakiem turystycznym, ale spacerem ok 15-20 min Rialto, 10 min arsenał - doskonała lokalizacja na Biennale), wokół liczne knajpki o lokalnym uroku. Niedaleko przystanek vaporetto. Hotel ma już swoje lata, ale ma charakterystyczny, wenecki klimat.

• SANTIAGO (9/5): Excelente estancia en Venecia - Una habitación excelente en el segundo piso con vistas al canal y a la plaza, muy amplia y tranquila. Una cama extragrande. Un baño completo. Limpiaron todos los días y cambiaron las toallas que necesitábamos. Caja fuerte grande para tablets. Desde Piazza Roma (bus de llegada) es una caminata de unos 40 minutos, pero se puede tomar el vaporeto hasta un punto cercano. Queda muy cerca de Arsenale. Tiene restaurantes y tabernas locales muy agradables cerca. También hay comercios locales para comprar fruta o lo que se necesite. El check in online perfecto, no limita la hora de llegada. La comunicación con la gerencia por WhatsApp fue muy buena. Ninguna queja, todo fue positivo. Quizás las almohadas eran muy duras, pero entendemos que depende mucho de los gustos personales.

• Gregory (10/5): So pleased to have stayed in this wonderful small hotel during the week that I visited the Biennale. - Lovely room, in a great location. Extremely convenient for the Biennale; short walk to Arsenale and Giardini. Wonderful neighborhood, and excellent staff. All was great. I have no complaints. I have only praise for this hotel. It's quiet, tasteful, very Venetian, well-run.

• Eva-Ingeborg (10/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft - Großes Zimmer mit schönem Badezimmer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abseits des Hauptstroms liegt, war es sehr ruhig, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten aber gut erreicht werden.

• Dario (7/5): - L'alloggio si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, comoda per le Fondamenta Nove, l'Arsenale e non troppo distante da San Marco. Il personale, nonostante non l'abbiamo mai visto per tutta la durata del soggiorno, è stato sempre disponibile per messaggio, con tempi di reattività rapidi. Letto comodo, presenza di bollitore e frigorifero in camera. La stanza che ci è stata data, al piano terra, nonostante fosse grande, era un po' datata come mobilio e cura. Il problema principale è stato che, forse essendo direttamente di fianco al canale, era piena di zanzare, che hanno compromesso il sonno, nonostante il prodotto antizanzara fornito dai proprietari.

• Halimeh (10/5): Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay in the heart of Venice - The hotel had a charming Venetian atmosphere, with a microwave and an electric kettle available, a spacious and elegant lounge perfect for studying, beautifully carpeted rooms and hallways, and walls decorated with artistic paintings.

• Anastassia (10/5): The most real Venetian stay! - Super central but away from the huge crowd of tourists! Honestly it was perfect! The AC didn’t work, but it wasn’t so hot that I even tried to contact the staff. I’m sure they would have supported but I just opened the windows and it was fine!

• Yolanda (5/5): Falta contacto con el personal - Que tuvimos un problema en el lavabo y contestaron al wassap rápido y al día siguiente estaba arreglado Que no hemos visto a nadie del alojamiento, nos hicieron pagar las tasas y el alojamiento antes de llegar y en ningún momento han contactado con nosotros si necesitábamos algo, no han aparecido ni estaban en ningún momento en el alojamiento para hablar con ellos o solicitar información. Este trato no lo veo correcto pagando un servicio.

• Nuria (1/5): Noche sin dormir por música hasta las 2 am - Habitación junto a una discoteca con música a alto volumen hasta las 2 am. El hotel era consciente y no nos informó previamente, no pudimos descansar. El hotel está bien ubicado y la habitación es correcta, aunque las ventanas dan a un espacio interior pequeño. El baño presenta deficiencias: la puerta no cierra bien y la cisterna no funciona correctamente y hace ruido.

• Katarína (10/5): - Výborné umiestnenie apartmánu v tichej lokalite, priamo nad kanálom. Všetky hlavné atrakcie boli len 5 min pešo. Apartmán bol každý deň upratovaný, menené uteráky a veľmi čistý. Check in aj check out prebehli on-line bez akýchkoľvek problémov. Určite sa sem radi vrátime. Na izbe pre 3 hostí boli len 2 šálky a úplne chýbali poháre na vodu.

• Ana Cristina (9/5): Buena estancia en Venecia - Eramos 3 personas y tenia como una habitación individual. La ubicación esta en un barrio más tranquilo pero andando a nada del centro, se agradece la tranquilidad. Nuestra habitación daba al canal y eran geniales las vistas desde la ventana. La habitación pequeña que tenía poca luz

• maria vittoria (8/5): Consigliatissimo. - Bella location centrale ma non in mezzo al caos e permette di godere Venezia in tranquillità. Casa pulita e ben organizzata. Per accendere la TV ci sono due telecomandi e bisogna andare su HTM2 . Sarebbe utile avere le indicazioni in loco e non dopo richiesta.

Non siamo arrivati nemmeno in un orario strano (ore 16:00) e comunque anche poco delicato il chiedere i soldi della tassa di soggiorno come ricatto del tipo fate il pagamento e dopo vi mandiamo tutte le indicazioni per entrare in struttura! Più umanità e fiducia nei clienti

Esattamente dietro al club Morion, quindi il sabato si fa un po’ di festa, ma la stanza è abbastanza insonorizzata Forse qualche disattenzione nelle pulizie più profonde, ma la manutenzione quotidiana è ok
• Lucia (8/5): Muy bien - La habitación es lo que más me gustó. Muy amplia, camas cómodas y grandes. Vistas al canal y muy limpia. No hay nunca nadie en recepción. Si necesitas algo, no sabes a quien pedirselo. No tienen servicios con agencias turísticas para poder reservar tour, góndolas, nada... no te ayudan en ese aspecto.
