• Cristy (8/5): Napoli nel ❤️ - La posizione era ottima, ho girato Napoli tutta a piedi, la casa molto graziosa e Dylan è un host che vorrebbero tutti, sempre disponibile. Nel palazzo la gente molto cordiale. Lo consiglio Il quartiere , non per la spazzatura, come ho letto in varie recensioni, ogni notte veniva tolta. Molto popolato da extracomunitari che comunque non ti davano fastidio.
• anne (8/5): Excellent host and great location. Basic accommodation but great value for money. - The central location was excellent, walking distance to train station, metro and central old city. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets. Relatively quiet side street. The host, Dylan was an excellent communicator and helped us with transport to and from the apartment. At first, we were worried about the look of the neighbourhood, especially arriving after dark, but found that most of Naples was pretty scruffy so probably standard. It did not feel dangerous walking home during the day or evening.

Wcześniej w wiadomości dostaliśmy też dużo przydatnych informacji. Do Neapolu i Kampanii wrócę na pewno, jeśli Dylan będzie miał wolny apartament to na pewno skorzystam. Dzięki Dylan. :)

Уютная и компактная.. в квартире есть и посуда и полотенца. Нет окон . Мы не ожидали, но это не сильно расстроило. Микроволновки не было, но была печь для разогрева

В жилището имаше постоянна миризма на влага/мухъл. Хладилникът не беше добре почистен при пристигането ни. Ако в жилището бъде добавена малко декорация ще е по-уютно.

• Raffaele (10/5): Meraviglioso - Posizione Davvero comoda: a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici e con diversi ristoranti, bar e negozi raggiungibili tranquillamente senza macchina. L’appartamento/B&B è accogliente, caldo e curato nei dettagli. Dylan è una persona speciale: gentile, discreto, disponibile e con una voglia genuina di far stare bene i suoi ospiti. Ci ha accolto con grande calore fin dal primo messaggio su WhatsApp e ha continuato così per tutta la permanenza. Ha sempre risposto immediatamente a qualsiasi richiesta (dal cuscino in più, al consiglio su dove mangiare. In sintesi: un B&B che ti fa venir voglia di tornare. Posizione ottima + casa che sembra casa + un host eccezionale = vacanza perfetta. Consigliatissimo al 100%. Grazie mille Dylan, è stato un piacere conoscerti ❤️

• Sergei (9/5): - Сама квартира в ухоженном состоянии, очень чистая. В указаное время принесли ключи, все показали-рассказали. Очень удобное расположение, вокзал, центральная улица. Специфика Неаполя чувствуется сразу на площади Гарибальди, на улицах не очень чисто. Вообщем для туризма вариант идеальный!

• LONGHI (7/5): Napoli Top !! - Posizione veramente strategica dell'appartamento. A due passi dal centro, dalla stazione dei treni e dalla metro. Tutto lo staff cordialissimo e sempre disponibile anche in situazioni di "emergenza".
• Franchina (10/5): Meraviglioso - Ottima posizione,buon appartamento con tutto quello che serve ..wifi, condizionatore funzionante, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, in cucina ogni cosa al proprio posto..zona piuttosto silenziosa, gente molto cordiale.. E che dire di Dylan e suo cugino Antonio: ragazzi squisiti, cordiali e gentili ,e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta per la mia piccola Sara e per la mia famiglia.. Consiglierò a chi andrà a Napoli, la loro struttura, come, del resto farò io, qualora decidessi di ritornare.

• Cristiano (10/5): Soggiorno breve ma fantastico - L'appartamento era come da descrizione, dotato di tutti i confort, cucina completa di tutto, aria condizionata funzionante, smart tv e linea wi-fi. La posizione è centrale e a piedi si raggiungono facilmente tutti i punti di interesse come Spaccanapoli, Via dei tribunali e se si ha un po di coraggio come noi in venti minuti anche Via Toledo e i quartieri Spagnoli. Ringrazio Dylan e suo cugino Antonio per l'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato e per tutti i consigli che ci hanno dato durante il nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo visto che siamo stati benissimo, e lo consiglierei a tutti.

• Nancy (10/5): Gran hospedaje - El hospedaje es excelente. Cómodo para 5 personas, con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Fuimos recibidos amablemente por Antonio y estuvimos en contacto con Dylan quien nos asesoró sobre parking, sitios de comida y lugares de la ciudad. La ubicación está cercana a la estación y a Scapanappoli, calle concurrida y con muchos restaurantes. La ciudad en general no nos gustó, no es referente a la estadía en si. Cercano al hospedaje algunas calles se veían inseguras durante la noche. Ciudad con gran cantidad de basura por todos lados.

• Nadezhda (7/5): Good - The host was very helpful and polite. Perfect communication. The apartment is in not so nice neighborhood. We regretted that we stayed in this area. The apartment itself is very old and smells like someone smoked there. Plus inbetween the rooms there are windows on top parts of walls, so if you turn on the light in your room it will be light in another one too.
• Deborah (8/5): Close to attractions and value for money - Despite what it looked like outside of the building, the inside was very clean. The tiled floor had been freshly washed. The sheets on all the beds were crisp and clean, almost like you would find in a good hotel. The kitchen had enough plates, cutlery and cups for our family of five. It has an oven which looked like it has not been used. The bed was on the firm side. It was over 35 degrees outside during the 3 nights we stayed so the air conditioning in the living room/dining room was a welcome. There are two bedrooms which are off the living space and internal (and therefore no external windows but did have glass bricks to bring in light from the living area) and each room has a door that opens to the dining/living area. We opened the doors at night so that the air conditioning can reach the rooms. The windows are double glazed and there are shutters outside the windows to make the room dark at night. It is about 10 minute walk to the train station. Around the block facing the train station is a great bakery and MD supermarket where we got our supplies. The famous Da Michele Pizzeria is 5 minute walk away. Communication was quick and easy The area outside of the building is run down and rubbish everywhere which made our family feel uneasy. This is not the fault of the accommodation operator as it seems to be issue with Napoli in general.

The owner of the property was the best we ever had, the communication before and during the trip was excellent very welcoming always eager to help and very very helpful always sending information and was always eager to satisfy our needs and reply to our questions. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

• Danae (7/5): A comfortable and affordable stay for a stop over. - The host was responsive to any issues that arose, e.g. the air con had an issue and he sent someone to fix it immediately. The host provided a wide range of useful information about the area, things to do, getting around etc. the shower was fantastic, very close to the central train station so easy walk with our luggage. The rooms were a bit small and the area that it was in was rough, I wouldnt go out after 6pm, hold onto your bags during the day.
• Boticki (10/5): Forza Napoli - Very close to the train station and the center of Napoli. We walked SpaccaNapoli everyday. Napoli is a fantastic town. The owner Dylan was very friendly and prompt with his replies. Thank you. When we return to Napoli we will definitely stay here again. We couldn't stay longer.
• Bazhe (10/5): Exceptional - Dylan made us welcome and gave us information about the city, places to visit, public transport, how to get to Amalfi, where to find best pizza and how to make Italian coffee . We had problem with the flight but he made no problems, even waited us hours to arrive later. The apartment was clean and everything was as shown in the pictures. The location while central and close to the main train station but it felt little unsafe and crowded. Also the neighborhood around the apartment was very unclean and lot of trash on the streets.

Located just 5 minute walk from central station with many small supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways also within 5 minutes. ATM around the corner. Can leave luggage with concierge on day of checkout. Location can be noisy but soundproofing is good with windows shut. A balcony would be nice but large windows can be opened to take in the breeze.

It was very spacious. The hot water system and showers. Was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Could not shower at all. Although we felt safe it was very noisy and lots of yelling and screaming.

If you have never been to Naples before it is authentic and true to its history. If you want cleanliness in a City don't come. If you want an experience then definitely visit. You see some quality things! We was right in the mix of the area and it has lots of amenities close by and the main station is just round the corner. Antonio was pleasant on arrival and as said Dylan was always on hand for help about the area! He recommended some nice things like the balloon museum. Thank you

The best of all, however is the location, which allows you to travel the historical center by foot. The only thing we did not like is that the heating is not effective for the apartment layout.

As I mentioned to Dylan, Gil Pender in Midnight in Paris said something like: "This is unbelievable! Look at this! There's no city like this in the world. There never was." - well, it is pretty applicable to Naples, too! :)
