- Arcadia (1/5): Asqueroso y horrible - No me gusto nada Todo, nunca he estado en un sitio como ese, solo subiendo las escaleras hacia la habitación ya podías ir viendo la suciedad, al abrir la puerta de la habitación casi me muero del asco, sábana sucias cojines amarillentos, paredes con manchas de sangre las toallas negras el wc era inservible, ni con guantes y mascarilla sobrevives una noche ahí, las habitaciones bo se podia ni respirar de el olor a humedad. Yo siempre voy de hosteles y no tengo manias pero este sin duda el peor de mi vida, daba tanto asco que decidimos irnos y perder el dinero al salir en recepción se nos cruzo una rata. No entiendo como sitios asi booking permiten que esten en su plataforma

- widiyanti (1/5): Sangat banyak yang harus dibenahi! - Kamar kotor , sheet ada bercak hitam dan bercak seperti cat kuku , handuk hanya disediakan 1 saja itupun sangat amat kotor, jetspray bocor dan hanya ditambal isolasi saja. Sangat tidak layak. Tidak ada yg berjaga di reception , tidak terlihat informasi apapun apa sedang istirahat atau bagaimana . Datang jam 6 sore co jam 8 , sudah komplain ke reception dan diarahkan untuk pembatalan , sudah dilakukan tapi tidak ada respon.

Dirty bathroom,shower not working well,stuck drainage,dirty floor,stain bed sheet and pillow case,and the worst was the bath towel has a lot of dirty stain and holes,it wasn't a bath towel,a bath mat that i have at home is even way better!!ashamed that booking.com still promote this property,its filthy everywhere in every floor,room smell of cigarettes,no windows for air circulation,garbage in the corner of every floor,swimming pool dirty,its just disgusting,i prefer pay 200K more to have all better and cleaner room!
