• Ilda Kasapi (9/5): Weekend a Napoli - Posizione ottimale, camera molto pulita e il host Leonardo gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia, in 10 minuti è stato risolto. Il host è stato cosi gentile da tenerci i bagagli fino alla partenza. Esperienza molto soddisfacente.

• Kate (8/5): Comfortable - We stayed one night after an issue with another booking. Despite short notice, the staff were very flexible in accommodating us and were very helpful in providing an option for us to store our bags the following day. The room was very clean, basic but comfortable. The bathroom was separate but accessible only by us using a key and was very clean and well maintained.

• Ciro (10/5): - Napoli city inn is a fun gem right in the middle of Via Toledo and Piazza Municipio. The 3 bed 3 bath inn is immaculately kept and it's a nice retreat from the chaos around the city. The staff is pretty responsive, which is great considering no one is actually on site unless they have to check you in. This is not a problem though. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

• Graham (10/5): Highly recommended - Can’t recommend this place highly enough, great location and whilst staff not on site, respond swiftly to queries on the WhtsApp number. Located near the Spanish quarter and Castello Nuovo, it’s a great place to explore from. Breakfast in the form of croissants is provided but there are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat local to it. Definitely recommended by us!

The host was also very nice, polite, responsive and chill. Only down side was that the street was loud all night. Although, I believe it will be the same nevertheless where in central Naples you stay. Overall highly recommended for people looking for clean, safe and affordable stay.

Windows are very thin so was a bit noisy at night with true traffic but ear plugs fixed this so wasn’t a let down for the accommodation just a recommendation for future travellers

It is 15 minutes away from the Umberto Gallery. There was also an available market just across the street from the apartament. At the time for shower, you will need to walk right in front of the other rooms on the floor. Basically, you will need to be dress at the time you getting out of the shower to your room.

• Frederick (6/5): - Napoli City Inn B&B itself is very clean and nice. What we loved the most was Anna’s hospitality. She is very nice and hospitable! We communicated before we arrived, we anticipated to arrive a bit early than check in time and she informed us that she will be able to accommodate us sooner. Our check in was fast and easy. She even put out some milk amd orange juice for our two kids. Anna communicated daily to ask what time we would like to have breakfast. We only had breakfast at the property once and she prepared a very nice and filling breakfast! Thank you Anna! The room itself was very clean and spacious. We are a family of four including a 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son. It was also very clean! However, if noise bothers you, this is not the place for you. The walls are very thin and you will hear the street noise loud and clear. The two nights we stayed, I heard fighting outside, breaking bottles, and I can hear our neighbors not because that they were being loud but just poor acoustics. I am sure they can hear us too. The bathrooms are outside the rooms. Each room had an assigned private bathroom which was a bit inconvenient and like I said, you will hear people walking down the hallway and entering and exiting the bathrooms, etc. The general area is in a convenient location, near restaurants, stores, etc. If noise is okay, then we recommend staying here.

• Gary (10/5): - You can’t beat the location. Very close to everything- port , tourist attractions, everything is 10 mis walk away at most. First we were surprised it is more air bnb style , something we avoid and don’t like, but the host went above and beyond to please us and made it feel like a better than hotel experience, so we left very happy. He serves great breakfast at the time you wish and has many options to choose from. It is probably the cleanest place we have been in , everything was spotless and the mattresses were great and soft. Strongly recommend to stay there.
