• Kristy (7/5): A comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Venice. - The location was perfect. An easy walk to all the highlights of Venice. There was plenty of space and having 2 bathrooms was nice. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed for the basics. It is a basic place, like staying at a good motel. It was clean enough, but it’s showing that there hasn’t been a deep clean in awhile - dusty and some of the walls have smears/spatter marks. The furniture isn’t terribly comfortable, but we aren’t in Venice to lounge around so not a huge deal.

• David (10/5): - wonderful instructions from Thomaso and very easy to get inside, he is very responsive so feel free to ask him questions. The location is unreal, I was in the centre of everything minutes from Rialto Mercato, the Fish Market and the Rialto Bridge the flat is amazing I wish I lived there! Absolutely loved every minute and did not want to leave, Thomaso is a very kind and helpful host and the location and the flat are absolutely fabulous- can't wait to return to Venezia!

• Paul (8/5): Hotel feel apartment that’s not for self catering - Close proximity to locations of interest such as sights, variety of restaurants and shops Apartment was spacious but tired; - paint work poor level of upkeep - a number of electrical points broken Cleanliness reasonable but superficial clean Left over item under main bed with significant dust - cooking facilities minimal - no roasting oven container and cooking utensils lacked large knife Felt kitchen was no fit for home cooked meals

• Yavor (7/5): Good - Great location and it's easy to find the it. Access is with a phone call and then a code which is a bit confusing before entering for the first time. It is very hard to take a shower the water is constantly going from very hot to cold
• Ilona (8/5): Perfect location and spacious, quiet apartment - The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. Quiet alley just next to Rialto market place. There are steep stairs up to the first floor, very typical in Venice. There were all the dishes and glassware etc, everything you could need and the apartment was clean. Downstairs shower was good but the one on the upstairs was changing cold to hot. We had our breakfast at Fluffy brunch which was excellent and there's also a supermarket few minutes walk away. I would definitely stay again.

• Sophia (7/5): Good - Lots of space, access to kitchen, easy self check-in, host was very quick with responses, great location! (On quiet street but only short walk from Rialto Bridge where lots of action is) Only complaints were the shower getting super hot then super cold and the mosquitoes were terrible at night - this is certainly not at fault of the host as we shouldn’t have opened any windows when we got there but just beware!!
• Maureen (8/5): The apartment was roomy, AC worked, location was wonderful. - The location was very good. Right outside the door, you can walk everywhere. AC worked, and all 5 adults had their own bedroom. Easy to find and easy check-in. The kitchen did not have any dish towels or cleaning cloths. Anything under the sink I would not use to clean dishes with. No paper towels were provided. There's a freezer but no ice trays are provided. If you plan on cooking just be sure you have everything you need before heading to market. Additionally, water in the shower goes from a comfortable temp to cold to boiling hot and back to a comfortable temp. This occurred in both showers.

• Phoebe (8/5): Brillang location and excellent value for money would reccomened to everyone. - The location was perfect. Having a balcony really made a huge dinner, was great to get back after sight seeing and sit outside for a coffee. Great decor to the apartment felt modern while keeping old charm. Plenty of space for all 4 of us. The self check in was so easy and efficient. This wasn’t a major deal but said free toiletries but only small sachets of shower gel, so we packed minimally because of that. Also would have enjoyed having some towels, as we only had 1 each for the 5 days. Also the living room furniture such as the armchairs and sofa could do with replacing.
• Amber (10/5): Great place! Awesome location - Great location a little out of the main tourist area. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The place was perfect for our family. The showers barely had any hot water. We would get about 30 seconds of hot water and then 60 seconds of ice cold water, which repeated the entire time. It was tough to shower. I wished the patio wasn't through one of the kids bedrooms.

• Jorge (6/5): Not to repeat, this house… Venice, for sure - Funtional and close to the centre No human contact with owners or operators.No hot water upon arrival, only partial thereafter (upstairs bathroom with broken system). Only italian channels on a small TV with an innoperative remote control. All this was duly reported upon arrival and not really fixed. Last, but not least, the constant threats of fines for various reasons… and having to dispose of your own garbage, or else… NOTE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS: only accessible through a couple dozen steep stairs.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment is in a great location being a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. The Rialto Mercato waterbus stop is also close by so very easy to get from and to the airport. Communication was good as you were connected with Simone via WhatsApp ahead of your stay and we were met by Ricardo and taken to the apartment so didn’t have worry about getting lost. Simone was also very kind to let us leave our bags in the apartment until 3pm on our last day as we had an early evening flight. It is on the second floor so if you have difficulty with stairs this would be a problem as there is no lift. It is also split over two floors so there is another sets of quite steep stairs inside. The apartment was clean and tidy and has all the basics with both air con and heating. The kitchen is very small so absolutely fine if you are there for a long weekend but you would struggle if you wanted to use it for much more than making breakfast . It has two bathrooms which is a bonus especially as we found we could not get hot water in one of the showers. The main bedroom is a good size but there was no wardrobe in the third single bedroom which is ok for a long weekend but not great for longer stays. The boiler is located in the top floor bedroom and is very noisy so not ideal for anyone sleeping up there (obviously not an issue in the summer). Unfortunately our visit ended with the cleaner being very rude to us which was not how we wanted to remember our stay.
