- Aminata (5/5): Je n’ai pas aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel, ni l’emplacement ni le petit déjeuner. - Le personnel de l’accueil était plutôt sympathique. La chambre a été nettoyée à mon deuxième jour. Les draps étaient sales avec des cheveux dessus. Lorsque j’ai demandé à les faire changer, le personnel a été très sympathique et m’a proposé de changer complètement de chambre. Malheureusement, le problème persistait, voire était pire : la nouvelle chambre présentait beaucoup d’humidité et de moisissures dans la salle de bain.

Расположен отель недалеко от площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль, соответственно, есть что посмотреть, где погулять, прикупить обновок, ну и поесть. 2. Персонал на ресепшн очень дружелюбный, рассказали о разных способах передвижения, в частности о подземном фуникулёре, который мы не могли найти в первый день. 3. Уборка ежедневно, смена белья и полотенец. 4. На 1м этаже стоит автомат, можно выпить кофе или какао, бесплатно! 1. В первую ночь мы поздно обнаружили, что окно не плотно закрывается, поэтому в номере было свежо, несмотря на работающий кондиционер. Утром, на завтраке мы сказали об этом на ресепшене и нам сразу предложили другой номер. 2. Первые несколько дней не было никаких фруктов на завтраке( Потом появились яблоки и мандарины.

- Guest (4/5): Excellent Staff but cockroaches, water leakage and dirt, render the hotel unsuitable for guests - Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location is also great, as you need only a few minutes walk to reach Taksim Square and Istiklal. The rooms and the building need extensive renovation. During the first night we killed 3 cockroaches (!!). Staff was kind enough to move us to another room. Cockroaches visited us in this room too. Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling. You would sit at the toiled and get wet from water coming from the ceiling. Room wallpapers were de-touched from walls, due to moisture. Handles were broken, mattress was dirty. This hotel should not welcome visitors until VERY SERIOUS maintenance takes place.

Widać, że się starają. Sklep 80m, ulica z restauracjami 150m od hotelu TV nie działał, ale to nie przeszkadzało w zwiedzaniu

- Saida (8/5): - Отель маленький, достаточно уютный. У нас был улучшенный 2х местный номер на 1 этаже - удобно, что 2 комнаты. В номерах чисто, уборка проходит каждый день. Мне очень понравилось, что в лобби всегда есть готовый кофе и чай, в любое время суток. Это бесплатно, кстати. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но всегда свежий, а это очень важно. Интернет есть, работает прекрасно. Расположение отличное, всего в 7 минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль. Рядом есть магазинчики, если вдруг что то нужно. Персоналу ставлю высший бал, ребята вежливые, всегда готовы помочь. Очень маленькая ванная комната

- Nataliia (5/5): Overrated property - Location was ok - 5-7 minutes walk from Taksim square, airport bus and another public transport. Breakfast was quite modest but pretty enough. There are couple of small shops around where we could buy some basic food. Hotel personnel were extraordinary nice and helpful! The property is located on un central street with the construction works just next to it. We could hear the noise till late in the night (which should be prohibited?!) and early morning. The rooms are also barely isolated so we could hear clearly the neighbors. The area around appeared to be rather dirty. Hotel is not new and has a lack of renovation. Shower mixer was broken, but was replaced at the same day. I also felt unpleasant smell from the bathroom all the time. Most of sockets appeared to be not working. I saw cockroaches twice in my room located on the first floor. I was kindly offered another room on a 3rd floor which looked a bit better. At least no more “animals” there. In general I felt myself uncomfortable in this hotel which you would never recognize from the pictures.

- Vero & Francois (8/5): - Bon accueil et disponibilité. Changement de chambre accepté car problème de climatisation et de lumière. Bon petit déjeuner et proximité de la place Taksim. Rue avec beaucoup de travaux tard et tôt. Douche mal montée d'où la difficulté d'y entrer.

Also it had a very bad smell, like mold, which was coming from both the bathroom and the airventer. Personaly i would choose another accomodation because i could not stand this smell. Also i did not like the breakfast which i visited only one time.

- Serban Corneliu (6/5): Hotel modest si supraevaluat. - Personalul foarte amabil , patul foarte curat si confortabil. Amplasarea pe o strada cam pustie, unde se construiește foarte aproape de hotel, camera foarte mica, mucegai in baie, urme mari de uzura ale pereților si in camera.

- Nargiza (7/5): - Расположение хорошее, до остановки минут 5-7. Район тихий. Завтрак хоть и не большой, но вкусно. В номере чисто. Душевая старая, было не очень приятно там мыться. Мы жили на цокольном этаже, жаль что об этом заранее мы не знали. В номере было прохладно (из-за дождя в Стамбуле), кондиционер не помог, но нам дали второе одеяло что спасло ситуацию

- Sara (7/5): Calidad-precio aceptable - Se encontraba a 7 minutos andando de la Plaza Taksim (muchos comercios y supermercados) desde donde puedes ir al centro histórico en bus en menos de 30 minutos. Y desde el aeropuerto de la zona europea hay conexión directa por 9€. Las habitaciones dejan bastante que desear en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento, pero es aceptable teniendo en cuanta como son en general los hoteles (sin contar con grandes cadenas) y por su precio. En nuestro caso el sofá cama no era lo más cómodo y literalmente era para una persona, además de tener que dormir con la luz del pasillo encendida ya que si lo apagábamos desconectábamos toda la corriente de la habitaciones. El desayuno, es bastante escaso, podrían ofrecer algo más.
