• Antonio (9/5): 1 night in Milan - Convenient to Milano Centrale rail station. Good amount of room. Pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. Washer and dryer are available. Host was quite nice. The shower setup is odd, but functional. Beds were not very comfortable - harder than I prefer.

Si bien está cerca de la estación central de milano, la calle es muy oscura en la noche y muy angosta , para ese lado no es tan linda la zona como para el otro lado de la estación central

O local é amplo, bem organizado e confortável, tem todos os itens necessários para a estadia, além de ser muito próximo a estação de trem central de Milão, o que facilita muito o deslocamento. Ótimo para quem precisa de um local para longa estadia. De nao ter mais tempo para aproveitar o.local!

Não tenho do que reclamar do apartamento. Ele apenas fica longe das outras coisas que queríamos fazer, mas não atrapalhou em nada, pegamos Uber e foi tudo tranquilo.

• P&B (8/5): Lovely apartment for a family. - Very clean, comfortable apartment. Very secure, in a quiet street. Very handy having a washing machine and a dryer when travelling as a party of five, including teenagers. Also had a good lift. Couldn't complain about anything.

• Christopher (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Super Appartement, sehr tolle Anleitung wie man in das Appartment gelangt. Nähe des Bahnhofs in einer nicht touristischen Gegend aber schnell mit der Bahn im Zentrum. Achtung Zufahrt zum Parkplatz sehr eng. Aber super das man dort sicher parken kann.

• Graham (7/5): Good stay after a rocky start - Close to station The host sent messages while we were in transit (30+ hours) so did not receive updates for entry. Also it seems there was a change of agent for the host and my original documentation had incorrect telephone numbers. After a very long journey it was frustrating. Many thanks to another host agent for assistance.

The washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen were great for a family group of travelers and they provided a few extras to make it more comfortable. It was hot and the air conditioner was a godsend A small supermarket was about a 4 minute walk away and had the the essentials And there was also a great little cafe Panzù by the tram stop I would highly recommend a stay here A 10 minute walk from the station, however the tram and bus stop were about a 3/4 minute walk and it was easy to get around

The apartment was really well fitted out - The key pick up was very easy and in fact the host allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could walk aroung the city. Very helpful The location was a little further away from the main area of Milan however once we got our bearings it worked out really well.

• Maud (8/5): Very clean apartment with a nice terrace - Its about 10-15 min walk from the main station, very clean appartement, well equipped + with a nice terrace. There is a coffee machine but no capsules with it, as it is not a Nespresso machine, we could not buy the capsules needed for that machine. There was 4 sticks of dehydrated coffee but real coffee is a must. Its a 10 min walk to the metro station, from the apartment to city center and Duomo its 40 min. We had a problem the day before arrival, we had to send a copy of our IDs. After that, the owner said that there was a problem as we were 4 people and we booked the apartment for 2, so it was more expensive + that it had to be fixed otherwise we will not have access to the apartment. It was 9:30 pm and it was quite stressful situation as the day after at 9am we were leaving to Milano. After a phone call with Booking and another extra paiement, we received the code access to the apartment and the info on how to find the keys. It has been a very stressful evening and even though the owner was quick to answer, it ruined my night with stress. The chairs and tables from the terrace had not been cleaned and were quite dirty.

• Rebecca (8/5): Everything you could need - It had everything we needed, we are a family with a 3, 5 and 7 year old. It was perfect for us. Very easy to get to the trains and bus station and public transport. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The only negative for us was that were some ants which can be off putting as we had to keep sweeping them up as our children were afraid.

The pull out sofa bed was already made up for us and was super comfortable and that room just became a third bedroom for us as we didn’t need a “lounge room”. Excellent heating including in the tiles and the towel rack. The keys were not in the lockbox when we arrived as the cleaner was still there. However the host responded immediately to our message so only a minor inconvenience.

• Josh (10/5): A beautiful apartment not far from Milano Centrale. - We weren't here long - just overnight before heading to the airport. But this was one of the cleanest, nicest apartments we stayed in on our trip. The air conditioning was the best of anywhere we stayed in Italy, and it was so nice to have a cool night's sleep. Everything was so new and nice, which was unusual for our trip. The apartment was advertised as being only a few minutes from Milano Centrale station, but it ended up being just over a 10-minute's walk. It's true that it's close to the back of the station, but you can only enter and exit from the front, which makes the trip longer.

• Margo (9/5): Spacious apartment with large terrace - We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. We were a group of 6 friends. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The sofa bed was in a separate room, so it wasn't like 2 people had to sleep in the living room. We absolutely loved the large terrace! The apartment is located just outside the city center, but only 10 minutes away from the metro stop and central train station, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was very good. They replied very quickly, were very friendly, answered all our questions and helped us with planning our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here. Some (small) downsides: - There is only 1 toilet and it isn't separated from the bathroom. - The iron leaks. - There aren't a lot of (wine) glasses. And we broke one (whoops), which the owner was very friendly about!!
