Door codes used to gain entry to building and room. No communication required with owner. Payment was easy. Walking distance to Osaka Castle. Beds were like fancy cots. Slightly claustrophobic elevator, floor landing. Very tight quarters for three guests.

• Inga (7/5): Vollkommen gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Man hat genügend Platz und kann sich ausbreiten. - Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung sehr geräumig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Couch ist groß und bequem, man hat genügend Platz, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Auch im Badezimmer gibt es viel Platz. Die Kommunikation war einfach und das Einchecken unkompliziert. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Eine Grundreinigung (Fenster, Türen, Ecken, Spiegel) wäre mal fällig. Das Doppelbett war auf der einen Seite sehr durchgelegen.

• Agnieszka 3125 (9/5): Centrum Osaki, a spokojnie 😊 - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do Dotonbori (1,5 km), a jednocześnie w spokojnym miejscu. Właściwie wszystko było ok. Dla nas utrudnieniem była konieczność wniesienia walizek przez 8 schodów (później jest winda). Oboje z mężem nie możemy dźwigać i to chociaż to tylko 8 schodów było utrudnieniem. Trochę trudno było się zameldować na tablecie, ale daliśmy radę 😉💪💪💪

• HONG WEI (9/5): - 住宿地點距離地鐵站很近，走路不用 5 分鐘就可以到了，要去各景點或是玩累了要回去都很快。房間蠻寬敞的，提供的用具、衣架也很齊全，包含洗衣機、洗衣粉、曬衣服的地方都有，是個相當不錯的地方。

• Ivana (10/5): Will be one of my stay list in Osaka - The place is spacious for 3 person with luggage, near station but not too crowded, easy check in and have elevator. All facilities in good condition. We have very great time staying at this place

• carlos (7/5): Buena ubicacion, amplio pero complicadete hacer el check-in - Es bastante amplio y las 3 de las 4 camas muy comodas, la otra cama como el turron duro....bien ubicado, en nada tienes metro y muy cerca tiendas y de la zona de dotumburi. Nevera, pequeña cocina, y una mesa para comer. El baño muy bien, amplio y water con chorritos en el cacas como es habitual pero está muy bien explicado todo. ah, y si te gustan los escape room, este lugar te encantará, hacer el checking es muy divertido, contraseñas, cajas escondidas con llaves, etc....al final lo sacas pero cuesta un poco. Al ser una planta baja y quedar un poco encajonado no tenia mucha luz. También comentar que se nos colaron dos cucarachis de la calle supongo, aunque tampoco me pareció que se esforzasen mucho en limpiar a fondo. La cocina es mínima, pero para cuatro dias y lo que hicimos allí de sobra.

• Emīlija (9/5): - The beds were comfortable, and room was clean. Very close to Shinsaibashi and Namba, and to train station Matsuyamachi. There was a small fridge, microvave, kettle and all necessary untensils needed in a kitchen. There was also a washing machine/dryer. It had all necessary amenities aswell. When I had a question support answered almost instantly. All in all it was a great place to stay at. There was just a little bit of mold in the bathroom but otherwise clean.

• Roger (8/5): Great location, Good Value - We loved finally having some room to move around. The beds were comfortable, the smaller was the best. But there was no luggage racks to put our backpacks on so we used a couple of the stools. It was great having a washer which we needed after traveling around a week. Everything dried well on the balcony. The balcony needed cleaning. We definitely felt safe, several codes to enter as well as cameras. It was a great location, a few minutes walk to the Metro which will take you to the Castle with just a few stops. And to Shinsaibaishi Shopping Street, which meets up with Dotonburi. Also only a few metro stops in the opposite direction or, a pretty easy walk if you're up to it. It's busier at night, but more beautiful and festive. Then you have the Nama area close, as well. And there was a Lawson's Convince Store across from the Metro so I got coffee there in the mornings. The apartment was quirky for sure, but nothing you can't work around. For example, you have to unplug the fridge to plug in the pot that heats up your water for coffee. There's a book of rules and how to's. The one about the garbage said the trash bins were color coded for recycling and trash, etc, but they were both white, so a bit confusing. The washer instructions seemed to be for a different model. The cabinets over the sink are low. So we kept hitting our heads if we weren't paying attention. The stools at the table aren't for sitting very long, they're uncomfortable. The sofa has no back and you couldn't put enough pillows behind you to sit comfortably. The bathroom tub/shower was quite the setup. I had to stand against the wall and hold the hand held shower towards me so that I didn't get water all over the bathroom walls and floor. It was awkward. The tub is deep so my husband couldn't even get in and out. As for the toilet, the built in bidet worked on and off. With all that said, we would stay again, if the price stayed the same.

• Ahmed (9/5): I would definitely come back. - The space is great and the place is organized. We had everything we needed such as iron, soap, all showering requirements, oven, microwave, kitchen tools, and many other things. The location is also a very important matter and I liked how close it is to metro station, bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy, and Dotonbori. I think it would be better to have a small vacuum. Even if it was manual because we were wiping the floor with our hands.

• MK (8/5): - Große Wohnung mit Küche, Toilette und Bad mit einer Waschmaschine. Wäsche kann man auf der Terrasse aufhängen und es wird in einigen Stunden trocken. Ist in einer ruhigen Lage und ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt von einer JR-Station. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt Bett war nicht sehr angenehm. • Jon (10/5): Quiet and comfortable apartment in the heart of Osaka - Clean, quiet and comfortable place with all we needed for our three-night stay. Very conveniently located to train station and mini marts. There also is a laundromat very close where I was able to dry my clothes after washing them in the apartment's machine. The guidebook gave clear instructions on how to operate all of the devices. Everything was just great as is.
