It is walking distance to a very good breakfast restaurant “hash house go go”, super grateful, amazing prices, and huge portion!

Os recepcionistas sempre atenciosos, limpeza excelente, banheiro com box(o que é raro no EUA) e ainda tem vista dos parques da Universal (beeeem de longe kkk), mas é pertinho do Island e Universal Studios. Estacionamento espaçoso e seguro tbm! Café da manhã muito gostoso. Tinha ovos com e sem presunto, pão integral, normal e bagel, creamcheese e nutella pra passar no pão. Tinha mingau, batatas e alguns pratos americanos quentes, tinha sucrilhos, leite de vaca e de aveia, iogurtes e frutas, algumas embaladas. Td limpo e organizado. Expliquei td pq vi uns comentários antes que o café não mudava, mas muda esses pratos quentes diferentes. Não senti falta de nada do que um bom café da manhã teria! E o que tinha, tava bem feito, então, fica aqui claro pra vc decidir se isso impacta ou não na sua hospedagem. Nada!

It’s also located right in the center of Orlando, with everything very close and convenient. In my opinion, it truly deserves 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Maddison (9/5): Comfortable, clean and perfect location - The location was perfect- right near the Disney parks! I feel it was a good price for the location. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The parking was good and the price was good compared to other hotels we have stopped in whilst in America. Can buy Disney park tickets on site and the man was very helpful with giving us the info we needed. We had the breakfast one morning and it was ok with good options. I think there are more options on a weekend. We didn’t use the facilities but the pool and gym both looked small but equipped for what would be needed for a short stay! We had a few issues with other people on our floor and the noise. Several guests shouting and screaming sounded like arguing. One incident involved hotel security- props to them for dealing with it so quickly!!!

Jelikož nastal problém v našich rezervacích způsobený špatným zadáváním termínu v rezervačním systému booking.com (často nevědomky v procesu rezervace přeskočí rok a dojde k špatnému termínu rezervace), potřebovali jsme toto vyřešit s hotelovým personálem. Zaměstnanci na recepci nám vyšli vstříc, problém pouze je s hotelovým managmentem, který ani přes mnohé urgence ze strany nás i ze strany booking.com ani po několika týdnech není schopen odpovědět na dotaz tak, abychom mohli vše účetně dořešit. Komunikace managmentu je opravdu nulová. Škoda, díky tomu již služby raději nikdy nevyužijeme. Jedná se o docela dost velkou částku.

I love that the bedroom has a door so you do not hear what is going on in the sitting room. The water was not hot enough in the shower and the pressure was lacking. I like a really good, hot shower. I asked about it at the front desk and they sent someone immediately and offered to change out room. As we were only staying one more night, I told them I would just deal with the situation. The temperature improved but unfortunately not the pressure. The staff were attentive and checked in again the next morning to see if I was happy.

We were pleasantly surprised: upon arrival, we received a free upgrade to a better room. The staff was very kind, the room was clean. Yes, the carpet was a bit worn, but overall everything was clean and comfortable.

La habitación que me asignaron podía tener acceso a otra que vendieron individualmente por lo que se escuchaban bastante los ruidos de la habitación de al lado y el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso.

Parecia guerra pra pegar comida 4 qualidade péssima da comida 5 ar condicionado barulhento 6 TV não, funcionava 7 academia horrível, falta, tudo de equipamento 8 cama péssima, colchão velho com buraco e fedido
- Domingo (10/5): - Muy cómodo, buena ubicación, limpio y bien pensado. Lugar muy acogedor para descansar en familia. Si tuviera que decir algo, el desayuno era un poco limitado, pero cumplía, nada especial. La cocina es pequeñita y no tiene horno, solo microondas, pero todo suficiente para el día a día.
