The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with attention to detail that really makes a difference. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for proper rest. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, always available for any questions or recommendations. • Manuela (9/5): Authentische Unterkunft mit Charme. Super Lage. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell mit dem Besitzer. Das Doppelstöckige Ryokoheya war echtes Japan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist nicht Luxus, aber es ist authentisch. Würden es sofort wieder buchen. Die Lage ist sehr Nahe an einem Bahnhof, sehr gut gelegen. -----

Le lieu est très bien équipé, l'hôte était extrêmement sympathique et arrangeante, et a accepté que je fasse mon check-in plus tôt que prévu. La petite terrasse était très appréciable. Check-out très facile également, j'y ai passé un très bon moment !

• xue (10/5): - The place is absolutely CONVENIENT!!! It takes just 10mins to Umeda, 20 mins to Dontobori, Naba CBD. Nearby the accommodation, there also has a plaza. The location is very safety and nice. Nothing to complain.

• Katrina (2/5): Disappointing - I didnt like anything about the property It was a small house and there was too much clutter. Not like the photo. The space is not clean, there was dust everywhere. The rosé la were not enough. The Windows are not sealed well so even if you leave the heater on the whole day it’s not gonna warm up. The stairs to go up the room is steep and dangerous.

• Andreas (7/5): tiny house near shopping and nightlife but calm - own "tiny house" with little but functioning furniture, two rather comfy big matraces on the 1st floor. good quater of Osaka, close to km-long market galley leading to station shopping and dining zone. watch your head 😉 enervating emergency exit lights in all rooms, besides that an agreeable stay

• Sebastian (8/5): Very good - Charming little house, small but has everything you could ask for. Close to train station, shopping, and restaurants. Steep ladder to top floor. Bit too much stuff, barely any room to put your own stuff.

The house is equipped with a complete kitchen, it is possible to cook. There was a microwave available, making it easy to eat obento from the kombini. There was a washing machine available. The house is small, not in the best condition.

I will be staying here again when I return to osaka I banged my head off the roof several times because I'm over 6ft lol. I think it added to the experience

• Nila (10/5): BEST STAY EVER! - This is one of the best places I stayed at in Japan. it is so close to the train station and in a great location. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. It was a little hard to find at first but she made sure that I could get directions and even offered to come show me where it is. This place was really like staying at home away from home. Like visiting a relative or friend’s house, but all to yourself! Plus the washing machine was great help since I didn’t pack too many clothes. And the wifi was reliable, unlike some places I’ve stayed before, which is a life saver. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. There is only one issue with the property which you should be aware of beforehand. It was not an issue for me, but the stairs are steep and could be a problem if you have mobility issues. This isn’t even a real complaint, just something to note.

• Demelza (5/5): Location good…. but it’s dirty - The location it’s fantastic and the host (thanks a lot) for let us to check in earlier in the morning to drop our bags The Ryokoheya it’s dirty, and I don’t mean dust from days, it’s need and big clean in the house and have lot of things. I get the idea that you need to feel the way to live in a Japanese house but it’s too dirty, even they don’t bother to remove the cane of the teeth in the bathroom. Could be better if it’s clean and not too many things around in the house

• Athena (9/5): It's a good find for its price - Felt "homey"- very comfortable. We got to experience to stay in a cozy Japanese home, with complete amenities. Even the young one was very impressed. . The host even came to fetch us at the train station when we arrived. Thank you! Kansai and JR train stations were very accessible, as well as convenience stores, local restaurants, and not to forget the famous Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street-- we always found something to buy every after we got off the JR Temma. No wonder it was already fully-booked by the time I suggested the place to someone I know.
