Gada was especially outstanding, very professional, efficient, always welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. Shehab was also very kind and professional, and honestly the whole team was very nice as well, even the staff whose names I didn’t catch. Their positive attitude really makes the stay much better. .

- Alina (10/5): - Очень понравилось проживание. В номере есть всё для комфортного отдыха: помимо стандартных английских розеток предусмотрены также USB-C и USB-разъёмы, что очень удобно. Есть колонка, салфетки, вода в номере, приятное уютное освещение и кондиционер. Отдельно хочется отметить небольшую кухню - есть микроволновка, тостер, чайник, плита, несколько тарелок и приборов. Также в номере были доска и утюг. Для любителей почитать перед сном приятно удивило наличие Корана на английском языке. В ванной комнате предусмотрено всё необходимое: кондиционер для волос, бальзам, ватные палочки, шапочка для душа, фен и косметическое зеркало. Очень уютная атмосфера в зоне завтраков. Персонал вежливый и приветливый, встретили прохладной водой, что было особенно приятно и актуально в жаркий сезон. Внизу есть небольшой магазин и рестораны. До Dubai Mall около 20 минут пешком, при этом только примерно 7 минут нужно идти по улице, остальная часть пути проходит по комфортному крытому переходу. До Burj Khalifa также удобно добираться пешком. Из пожеланий,- было бы здорово добавить ложку для обуви в номера. Минусы не искала

- Neda (9/5): - The location was perfect. In the ground floor there is a shopping center which has all necessary items. I will come back again to this hotel definitely Because of the war situation, we had to stay 24 days and the hotel didn’t consider any discounts for people. Then, we checked out two nights sooner but the hotel didn’t pay back for this.
