• Carl (8/5): Very comfortable apartment - Very central location in a building full of character. The owners are exceptional and we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue was the noisy street outside. The property backs onto 2 smaller side streets. Motorbikes and mopeds speed down these all night and early morning, and one night there were several loud parties who were singing in the streets on their way home. My wife didn’t sleep well at all. Apart from this the apartment is spacious and really comfortable.

La ubicación es inmejorable y la anfitriona es muy acogedora. Gracias por hacer existir estos palacios. Absolutamente nada.
• vid (10/5): - Zelo dobra lokacija. Namestitev je zelo varna, vse skozi varnostnik na vhodnih vratih ali pa zaklenjena vrata. Lastnik nam je ponudil brezplačno nadgradnjo in s tem smo dobili zelo veliko sobo. Brez pripomb.

• Antonio Angelo (5/5): Bisogna accontentarsi - Ottima la posizione e la pulizia. L'appartamento è un mezzanino di un antico palazzo napoletano molto grande ma evidentemente ricavato da locali di sgombero. C'è un solo letto matrimoniale e poi letti rimovibili. La nota assai negativa è il bagno: piccolo, vecchio, angusto e soprattutto per andarci devi passare in una stanza dove vi sono i letti.

Le fait qu’on dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner en famille L’appartement manque peut être un peu de chaleur. Pas dans le sens de la température parce que le système de climatisation réversible est très performant. Mais plutôt dans les éclairages mais c’est un détail

• Galante (8/5): Se dovessi ritornare a Napoli, prenoterei in questo appartamento ben volentieri.e - Posizione meravigliosa, strategica per raggiungere comodamente le varie parti della città più ricche di storia che turistiche. Sia a piedi che comodamente con la metro fuori casa. Nelle vicinanze anche un comodissimo deposito bagagli x sfruttare al meglio le ultime ore prima della partenza.. Ci siamo trovati bene, non ho nulla da segnalare, se proprio dovessi dare un consiglio cambierei qualche rete dei letti, ovviamente eravamo in otto persone e quindi è facile non avere tutto alla perfezione nella quantità.

• Sonia (10/5): Ottimo alloggio! Consigliato! - Alloggio in posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Napoli. Condominio in splendido stile napoletano, luminoso e molto carino. Appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort! Alla prossima occasione in città non esiterò a prenotare nuovamente qui. Consigliatissimo! Un po’ rumoroso a causa di motorini e schiamazzi dei ragazzi, ma naturalmente in centro non ci si può attendere il silenzio della campagna!

La posizione era perfetta per visitare la città, vicina ai principali punti d’interesse e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento era pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Check-in semplice e comunicazione con l’host eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglio!

• Matthew (9/5): Ein wunderbarer Start unserer Reise mit besten Empfehlungen für diese Unterkunft. - Das Apartment liegt direkt gegenüber der Metrostation Dante und dem Eingang zur historischen Altstadt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, um Neapel zu entdecken. Um zum Apartment zu gelangen, geht man durch einen von einem sehr freundlichen Menschen bewachten Eingang in einen faszinierenden, alten Innenhof. Hoch geht es über breite, ausgetretene Steinstufen oder mit einem Lift, der tagsüber mit einer 20-Cent-Münze betrieben wird. All diese Erklärungen wurden uns vorab vom Vermieter sehr genau mit Videos geliefert. Auch der Kontakt bei Fragen während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Die Mülltrennung war bestens organisiert, die Ausstattung des Apartments ließ uns nichts vermissen. Und unsere Wäsche, ganz neapolitanisch, draußen vor das Fenster zu hängen, hat großen Spaß gemacht. Das Apartment war so groß und hatte derartig viele Räume, dass auch locker 6 Personen dort Platz finden. Ein kleiner Nachteil der zentralen Lage war die Lautstärke der Stadt, die natürlich ins Apartment drang. Hieran konnten wir uns in der kurzen Zeit nicht wirklich gewöhnen. Aber das ist Napoli, eine pulsierende Stadt. Und wer Schallisolierung erwartet, muss in ein gehobenes Hotel gehen.

• Gary (8/5): Excellent location, very helpfull owners, would recommend. - Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Restaurants, bars, underground, spanish quarter, shops and coffee shops. Easy to pick up all the local tours and short train ride into Naples to pick up trains to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. Many steps up to the apartment, however there was a lift for 20 cents if you had already been walking all day.

The location is perfect, just above Dante metro station. And the price that comes along is unbeatable, nothing to complain! Most of the beds are in a single big room (several double beds and several single beds), the heater in the bathroom takes time to reheat
