• Ana (8/5): - El personal fue muy atento, nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas en el check out más tiempo, hicimos el check in más tarde de la hora sin problema. En todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nuestra estancia. Ubicación excelente al lado del coliseo y a tan solo 10 min de la fontana

• Gemma (5/5): Not very clean and wouldn’t recommend - Secure and away from the road Don’t feel clean, there was an ant problem, we didn’t have a shower head for the first half day so arriving after travelling we couldn’t shower, washing machine smelt and was outside covered in cobwebs and dust
• Babette (9/5): Ideaal gezinsappartement midden in Rome! - Het was een heerlijk, ruim appartement midden in het centrum van Rome. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal als je met kinderen verblijft. Er zat wat schimmel in de kastjes die tegen de wand aan zaten. Maar die hebben we toch niet gebruikt omdat we er maar 2 nachten waren.
• Karmen (9/5): Great location, warmly recommend this property! - Location of the property is very good! The bed was very comfortable. It was as quiet as possible in the city center. The owner was kind and allowed us to leave our stuff before the check in time to the property. It is not possible to bring food inside the property because of the ants. They were everywhere after leaving croissants overnight on the table. Sitting on the sun porch during daytime is not possible, because of the sun. The main gate to the property did not open from the beginning til the end of our stay but there was another gate we used all 4 days.
• Johnny (8/5): Very good - The location is great. Beds comfortable. Coffee machine with lots of pods. Maybe too small for 4 adults.
• Naneh (9/5): Superb - In general the location was amazing and the house is very cozy and nice. The balcony and the yard was very nice place to relax. the host was also very helpful. The only thing that we didn't like was that the baby cot was very dirty and we had to disinfect it thoroughly so we can use it.

• Lilian (9/5): located cozy and comfortable apartment - It was a very convenient location to many places on foot and public transportation was also close by. The basic kitchen appliances were available as announced and very comfortable. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly to use and enjoy the outside spaces but very cozy and comfortable.
• Izzie (9/5): A beautiful, convenient location in a spacious, comfortable space! - The location was in the beautiful streets of Monti which has lovely cafes and restaurants. It was a great central location as the Colosseum, Vatican, Castel St Angelo, Termini Station, Spanish Steps, Centro Storico and Villa Borghese were all walkable. The location was safe and quieter than the centre. There are two gates and a main door before getting into the property which added to the security. There was a living area space, kitchen, outdoor terrace, en-suite bathroom and bedroom. It was spacious and comfortable and with great amenities. The people were so helpful and considerate on check in and provided great communication.

• Sandy (10/5): Lovely, cozy place. Ideal for exploring Rome - It was very cozy and tucked out of the way behind a door from the street. Lovely garden in the roof and the bed was really comfortable. Close to the collesium and walking distance mostly for other attractions. We got a taxi to the Vatican as it was too far to walk. Good restaurants a few feet away. Kitchen needed t-towels and more than one wine glass. Also mugs were only coffee machine mugs but didn’t matter really.
• Fiona (8/5): Very good - Colosseum Cottage is a cute little cottage set behind apartment blocks in a great location close to the Colosseum, near good restaurants and shops and within walking distance of public trasport The cottage is clean and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay,
• Meir (8/5): Spacious Apartment in Great Location with Private Courtyard - The apartment was spacious and came with a cozy private courtyard, perfect for our dog to safely enjoy some outdoor time. A relaxed rooftop sitting area offered a great spot for morning coffee, while the kitchen, though quaint, met all our needs. Plus, it was just a quick 5-10 minute walk to the Colosseum—a fantastic location! The apartment had a small issue with some mold and the kitchen utensils and cutlery could have been cleaned better. Overall, though, it was mostly clean—I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.

• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Pleasant space, excellent roof terrace and courtyard. Decent dehumidifiers (clutch). Very good location easy walk to almost all major attractions (30+ min to Vatican and a stumble to the Colesseum, Forum, Palatine hill). Quiet, clean, excellent dining options in a 10 min radius. Poor host experience, only communicates via WhatsApp (manage expectations). Dehumidifiers require maintenance due to need for constant operation. Apt can be dark, is on ground floor courtyard and surrounded by 5~6 floors of the building. Safety concern as any one with building access can enter courtyard and apt if solid wooden locking door is left ajar to allow light in through glass door. (a person opened glass door but left when (I hope) saw apt occupied - was in bathroom in back of apt) Could easily have been a concerned neighbor... Or not. No other incidents and kept outer wooden door closed/ locked thereafter. Bottom line - this much space and outdoor area in center of Rome at price point... Good deal but will stay elsewhere on next visit.

• Monica (9/5): Nice location and price for the Rome tourist and their family. - Location was great. It was near plenty of restaurants and convenience stores and many other accommodations. Colosseum was about a 15 to 20 min walk away and the best gelato I ever had was right at the corner in a small shop. It was the traditional kind. Host were accommodating of our late arrival but it did cost an extra charge. The person who met us was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioner is in the front living room/kitchen area so if you are in the bedroom and shut the door, you will cook.
• Chris (9/5): Collosseum cottage - The location was brilliant 2 mins walk to the colosseum. Shops and restaurants everywhere. A really nice family restaurant just over the road reasonable price and pasta funghi shouldn't be missed. Outdoor space up some stairs with outdoor furniture. Also space in a courtyard outside the front door. We were later than expected arriving due to baggage 'miss handling' at the airport. Lorenzo re arranged everything for someone to meet us. Very friendly and professional. Tiny kitchen area but had everything you'd need to cook if you wanted to. Nothing else to fault.

• Pia (9/5): Superb - The cottage location is excellent for exploring Rome attractions. Area is charming and surprisingly quiet being in the city center. Cottage itself has gone through some face lift since we last stayed there in April. It works really well for longer stays and remote working. The wifi is superfast! Host Lorenzo is very helpful and communication with him is easy. There are plenty of information available before arrival and all arrangements with airport shuttle, check-in, getting keys etc. has always gone smoothly.
