• Corporate Card (7/5): It was a convenient located apartment which was clean and presentable. - Location was great. Host chat was done via whats app. They were able to drop the keys off at a reception where I was involved in a seminar. Lots of places to eat/drink in the area. There was lots of building work going on in the building so it was dirty and dusty in stairwell. The apartment was up on top floor and there was a lot of stairs and resident told me not to use the lift as it was unreliable. Noisy of a night time as had to open windows due to heating being on a timer. Coffee machine but no filters/coffee supplied. There was instant coffee available in sachets but no sachets of milk.

• REBECA (8/5): Nos gustó mucho - Limpio. Y muy bien ubicado a 3 min del metro. Zona muy buena con comercio y restaurante. El apartamento es pequeño pero está con mucho gusto. 4 pisos sin ascensor
• KHALDAH (8/5): - Location was great and property was clean and spacious The apartment is on the fourth floor and the elevator can only take you to the third floor. If you have a lot of luggage just keep in mind you have to take them up one flight of stairs

• María José (10/5): Estancia dias de Navidad - Ubicación excelente, cerca del centro a 15 minutos andando llegas a oxford street. Apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Ducha buena, con productos de aseo. Cocina equipada Y calefacción en las habitaciones. Las camas muy cómodas. Repetiría sin duda . El anfitrión muy amable y correcto. Nos gustó todo.

They meet you with an extra contract you have to sign which allows them to take as much money as they like from your account eg if you need to call them out. If this wasn't proof enough they're cowboys, by the third night of our stay the heating and hot water had broken completely making the place uninhabitable. They know this, as they will have had to fix it for the next guests. But they refuse a partial refund or even an apology and have been nothing but aggressive with us. Watch out! They meet you with an extra contract you have to sign which allows them to take as much money as they like from your account eg if you need to call them out. If this wasn't proof enough they're cowboys, by the third night of our stay the heating and hot water had broken completely making the place uninhabitable. They know this, as they will have had to fix it for the next guests. But they refuse a partial refund or even an apology and have been nothing but aggressive with us.

• Holly (8/5): Only good if you just need a central location and a bed. Not a great place to stay otherwise. - Incredible location. Baker Street has fabulous cafes and restaurants, and the apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to Baker Street tube station. Absolutley superb location. 4 flights of stairs- not good if you have mobility issues. There is a lift however it is a one person only life if you have any cases etc. The communal stair case is dirty and there were smelly bin bags outside some of the other apartments. The apartment is spacious and kitted out with IKEA furniture but the cupboard doors are hanging off (which we saw when opening them- made the guy who delivered the keys take a photo so it was documented we didn’t break it!) Hair dryer is in the TV stand if anyone struggles to find it! Bathroom was nicely presented but the shower flooded the whole bathroom and corridor- reported a blockage/leak but nobody could come out to fix it while we were there so we weren’t able to shower. We felt awful leaving without showers after two days in the city! We spent an hour cleaning up the leak and trying to sort the drain ourselves- my daughter left her clothes on the bathroom floor while she turned on the water and within 30 seconds the place was flooded, meaning we then had to lug heavy wet clothes around in our case. We couldn’t figure out the heating so we were cold. TV only has access to apps like Netflix so kids couldn’t watch TV in the morning as we didn’t have a login. Overall this is a fantastic location and fine if you just need a central location that you’ll just use for a bed, but we feel upset at the quality for the money we spent. I wish we had stayed in a hotel- we stayed in one on the next street across for less money the two days prior and was much nicer and felt safer.

Viele Läden und Lokale in der Strasse Gepflegtes Haus, saubere Wohnung EIN einziges Handtuch pro Person für eine ganze Woche! Keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Viel Lärm abends vom Pub gegenüber. Lange Warten auf Schlüsselübergabe Wifi hat nicht oder nur sehr schlecht funktioniert.
• Eimear (7/5): Lovely apartment in an otherwise shabby building - Great location, nice property interior. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. We assumed when we booked there was a general reception (was expecting an aparthotel) but there was a 1 hour check-in slot. We got texts chasing to know where we were, despite arriving very close to the time we predicted. This is a single property, and the guy meeting us was keen to get elsewhere. The property is on the top floor of a multi-flat building, with a small lift that goes part way up. You need to be able to carry your luggage up/down 2 flights yourself. The apartment itself is very well presented, but the common areas are dirty and shabby.

• Ittai (8/5): Great location, all the rest can and should improve. - The location is great A lot of things that should have been done differently for this range of prices. No blind outs - totally problematic in a vacation rentals, Small towels, 1 set of keys even though we asked for another one, weak WiFi and more things related to management.
• Ted (10/5): Stayed before and will stay again. - I've stayed here before, and will happily choose to stay again due to the location being close to work. Spacious and fairly clean. Had to wait 20min to collect the keys, although he was friendly when he arrived. It's on the main road so you get some traffic noise.
• molina molina (9/5): Muy céntrico. Y cumple con todo lo necesario para la estancia. - La ubicación excelente para moverse por la ciudad. Además cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia lo más cómoda posible. Cocina completa. Baño completo. Ropa de cama y toallas. Nuevas. Estas en la última planta (3ª)del edificio. Tiene ascensor. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 17:30 y el personal del apartamento nos dejó salir del apartamento unas horas más tarde de las 11:00 que es la hora de salida.

• marina (1/5): Fuyez!! - Une catastrophe!!! Le canapé lit ne permet pas de faire dormir deux personnes et les draps n’étaient ps assez grands pour le couvrir ou se couvrir. Impossible de joindre le responsable qui nous a fait attendre plus d’une heure sur le trottoir en n’étant pas présent à l’heure de rendez-vous convenue pour récupérer les clés. Nous avons du louer un autre logement

• Thierry (10/5): Un appartement agréable et bien situé. - Un appartement bien aménagé et agréable dans un quartier calme malgré la présence d'un pub dans la rue. Les commmerces alimentaires ne sont pas loin, ainsi que le métro qui emmène rapidement vers les principaux points d'intérêt de la ville. La présence de prises USB dans les murs rend superflue l'utilisation d'un adaptateur pour recharger les téléphones.

Appartement très chaud car au dernier étage du bâtiment. Belle cuisine mais certains défauts de montage. Ascenseur minuscule.

• Mitra (8/5): Lovely Apartment - The apartment was nicely renovated with a great kitchen and bathroom. The location was AMAZING, close to everything with luxury and regular grocery stores, cafes, restaurants within a minute walk. The downside is there’s no A/C and can be stifling when it’s warm outside. There are fans provided but windows don’t open to get a cross wind. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, you will get one set of towels per person for the entire stay which isn’t sufficient. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen but we didn’t use it.

The apartment is newly remodeled and is clean. That the kitchen is on the other side of the apartment to where the sitting and dinning area is.

• Hande (10/5): Wonderful - The location was perfect it was really close to the underground station, just a 15 minute walk to oxford street, and a 3 minute walk to a supermarket. House was pretty clean it had everything we needed, it was warm and the staff was really kind and helpful we really enjoyed our stay.

Baker street had everything needed so we didn’t need to go far. The property was clean and decent. And the sitting area was spacious The property was not like the pictures. Some fees are not clear while booking such as the deposit we had to let the owner explain where are they shown. The property was in the roof in an old building with a small old elevator and there were a lot of steps to be taken before and after the elevator to reach the property.
