• Caroline (7/5): Overall it is a great place and in a good location - The space was great for two people. We loved the location. So close to the tube to get wherever we wanted to go. The place was nicely decorated and for the most part very comfortable I did not like that there was no plug in close to a mirror. The one in the bathroom was always steamed up when needed. I did not like any of the toiletries. We were given 4 coffee pods for two people for 7 days. We also ran out of toilet paper and had difficulty reaching anywhere by email.

The heaters worked great, and the washer/dryer was also amazing. The apartment was not the cleanest. The rugs and couch were unfortunately covered in some kind of hair (I assume pet hair).

• Mara (7/5): Unsuitable for three people!! - Great location in a very quiet area, kind and helpful staff, all the amenities seem new and work perfectly We booked a triple room for three adults, but what was presented as the third bed was nothing more than completely unusable cot. There wasn’t any proper mattress , and the frame was broken. As a result, our third guest, a grown adult, had no choice but to sleep on the couch for all five nights of our stay. This is simply not acceptable for a room advertised for three people. The apart-hotel should either stop selling this room as a triple or invest in a real bed. We would not recommend this room to anyone travelling in group.

The flat was a great size, very comfortable beds and it an excellent location. Just a minutes walk from Earls Court Road with a great selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. • Daria M (10/5): - Thanks to this hotel, I had an unforgettable time in London. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they really pay attention to details (they left me birthday wishes and a small gift, which was such a nice surprise). The location is perfect — you can get there from the airport by a direct метро line, and many attractions are within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed with our 1.5-year-old child, so having a kitchen was essential for us :) The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The area is quiet, and the plumbing and mattresses were excellent. If we come back to London soon, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality. It’s hard to say, but sometimes I could hear the neighbors.

There is ONE QUEEN bed in this apartment. The hotel provided us with an extra foldable bed that didn't even have an actual mattress. If you are looking for a property with two beds, look elsewhere.

The apt/hotel was convenient to both public transportation, grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Close but not too close to the noise and bustle of the main street providing for some quiet respite. In addition, management was readily available for any questions or needs. Although we stayed in late Sept, it was sometimes somewhat hot in the apt. Fans are provided, however and able to open windows.

The cot bed added had a huge dip and structural issues and did not look like it would hold anyone who weighed over 75kg. We asked for the bed to be changed but an extra mattress was all that could be provided. It did not solve the structural issue and was honestly impossible to sleep in. we ended up having to put the extra person on the sofa (unideal when you consider the expensive cost and the fact that all of us were over 5 foot 8). We were there for 2 nights which did make it hard when 2 of us got terrible night sleeps due to the bed. It didn’t make it good value for money and the cost is therefore disappointing

The lights on the balcony didn't work so we could not use it later on at night, and one of the bathrooms had an unpleasant odour, but really these were just small problems, it would not prevent me from booking again.

• Michelle (9/5): Would come again! - We loved the size of the apartment and that it had a kitchen, not many places have this. The windows were big and the high ceilings were nice. The main bed was comfortable. Location is great at Earls Court! So close to the tube and lots of food options. We also appreciated there was an elevator to get to our room, it’s hard to use the tight stairs. The staff was also very nice! The roll away bed was not very comfortable. Also we got unlucky coming during the heat so the room was pretty warm during most of the stay. There are fans but no AC so recommend to open windows at night.
• Lee (8/5): Bathroom too small - good location. near restaurants, convenient stores and Tesco. The shower is way too small and too hot. Cannot even turn around inside. be aware there is no AC in the flat. there are ceiling fans but the speed cannot be adjusted. it is currently under construction/renovation, so our window view is blocked.

• Suman (8/5): It is good accomodations near to Earl Court tube, walking distance. Room was clean, satff was supportive. They arrange e - Toilet is too small, flash wasn't working perfectly
• Omar (6/5): Great location and amenities but very noisy - The property is an excellent location located next to the Underground station and there are so many shops and restaurants within a walking distance. Sound isolation is very poor, and you can hear people talking clearly from the street and from other suites in the building. One thing that really bugged me is that there is external work being done on the building until July 30th, and this was only mentioned after I made the booking via a message here. From 8 AM in the morning you start to hear noises and it’s impossible to continue sleeping. I cannot complain about the amenities and the cleanliness, as the place was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating.
• Charlotte (8/5): Comfy apartment in a great location - Room was a bigger than anticipated and was happy that the additional single bed was an actual bed rather than sofa bed. We didn't need to use the kitchen but was nice to see how much was available (fridge, cutlery, hob, kettle, washer, etc). Inside was very soundproofed we could never hear any other guests. Bed was comfy and good storage in wardrobe. Really friendly staff at reception desk (the gentleman working on Friday 28th has our praises especially), after leaving our bags they phoned us as soon as the room was ready which enabled us to check in earlier than expected. We would happily stay again. Very close to Earls Court tube station, easy to walk to North Kensington and lots of shops and facilities nearby. All minor things - unfortunately we could hear outside quite clearly, so if there was a lot of street noise (cars, etc) it was very apparent. Also the room had a ticking clock which was quite loud when trying to sleep. Shower was a bit small, and sofa had a few marks on it. Did not impact our stay overall.

• Maximilian (8/5): Overall a good place to stay for a group of four. - The rooftop terrace was amazing and the entire flat it is very spacious. Also, it was very clean. We were informed on the day of our arrival that the elevator was broken and the staircase led to a spiral staircase which felt like it was built in a hurry. However, climbing up there with suitcases was challenging.
