• Johanna (9/5): - Super freundliches Personal, gemütliche Zimmer und Betten, perfekte Lage. Ich habe bei einer free walking Tour vom Hostel aus mitgemacht, die von einem vietnamesischen Studenten geführt wurde, damit er sein Englisch verbessern kann - das fand ich super!!

• Kathryn (9/5): Upmarket hostel in old town Hanoi - The staff here are amazing - special mention for Kang on reception and Gavin in the travel desk. The hostel is more like a hotel. Each dorm has their own facilities. It’s clean. The location is amazing. I returned for a second time and lots of people do. The cleaners come in the room before 9 and clean when we are all trying to sleep. Would make sense for them to clean the communal areas first and the rooms after 10 when guests are up. On the other hand the place is super clean so they do a great job.

• Stella (10/5): Super Lage, schöne Einrichtung und nettes Personal - Besonders hat mir der Aufenthaltsbereich gefallen. Die Fläche ist sehr offen und hell gestaltet. Zudem ist alles gut ausgeschildert und es gibt einen kleinen Pool zum abkühlen, falls es draußen zu heiß wird. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr gut, da man seine Privatsphäre hat und viel Stauraum. Die Duschen und das WC waren auch sauber. Zudem konnte man unten essen sodass man den ganzen Tag versorgt war. Nichts

• Adalis (10/5): Excelente Ubicacion y comodas Habitaciones - Ubicacion las facilidades del Restaurante, un amplio ambiente agradable y tienen una política de "Cerveza Gratis" entre 18h - 18h30, lo que promueve las relaciones y nuevos amigos. El.personal mas atento, Ana, Victor y Kevin. Gracias por su sonrisa y siempre disposicion a ayudar. No tienen dispensador de Agua Fria / Caliente, aunque hicieron para mi excepcionalmente. No ofrecen ningun ambiente para recalentar comida, o refrigerar alimentos, tambien guardaron para mi como excepción. MUCHAS gracias por ayudarme a un viaje "backpaker" mas comodo y humano.

• Poppy (8/5): Home away from Home in Hanoi Old Quarter! - The beds are probably the most comfy hostel beds we have had during our 2 months in vietnam! Full curtains and large lockers, each have a lamp and charging port and the stairs up to the top bunks instead of ladders are ideal. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, especially Kang who helped us out with making future bookings for the times we would return to Hanoi and made sure we felt at home here 😊 There is free beer every evening but the hostel isn’t a party place, but can be good to socialise with the restaurant and chilling areas A lot of mosquitos around the pool and downstairs area. no lift :(

• youyucat (8/5): - ・スタッフのアクションが適切かつ迅速。ドーム内で長時間電話をしていた客をすぐ注意してくれた。 ・タオルやシーツを毎日交換してくれる。 ・水回りが清潔。トイレやシャワーが汚れていると感じたことが滞在中一度もなかった。 ・ベッド上段に登る階段が一般的な金属梯子ではなく木箱を重ねたタイプで、とても昇り降りしやすかった。 ・ベッド横にカードキーで施錠出来るロッカーと鍵無しで使用可能なロッカーが備えてあり、荷物や貴重品の収納が楽。開閉音はうるさいがお互い様。 ・プールが完全に屋内なので日焼けを気にすることなく長時間泳げる。水温や広さも満足。 ・客が使えるキッチンや冷蔵庫がない ・朝食を提供している1階のカフェスペースには外で買った飲食物をここで摂ってはいけないとの表示があり、テイクアウトしてきたものを食べる場所がない。果物くらいなら2階共用スペースで食べられそうだが、皮を剥くなどの作業は無理。 ・プール用タオルの提供や水着を干せるスペースがない

Akşam 18.30 - 19.30 arasında happy hour ücretsiz bira servisi hatika. Ranzanın alt katının yerden yüksekliği çok az. Yerde yatar gibisiniz. Ayrıca locker kartlarında sorum yaşanıyor.

• irma alejandra (9/5): Buena ubicacion en Hanoi - Pase una estancia excelente, las camas eran cómodas la habitación estaba limpia,la limpieza en los baños solo hubo 1 dia en el que estuvo sucio todo el dia pero después se limpió diario. No se si yo no puse atención a la descripción pero la alberca se encuentra en interior y se siente muy caluroso el lugar. Además estaban otros huéspedes con bocinas . Opté por no usarla. También no recuerdo que se mencionara que se resguardaria el pasaporte durante la estancia o a cambio se pedía un depósito de 200,000 vn es algo que no me han pedido en otros hospedajes .

• Meredith (9/5): Relaxed and clean hostel with lovely staff - Great value for money, central location, comfortable beds and really friendly staff (and free beer!). It’s a great mix of budget-friendly hostel life and a bit of social atmosphere without being a party hostel. There are people of all ages staying and it’s very chill. You can do work in the common area with little disruption or have a chat and a drink outside. The staff are really friendly, especially Kang and Gavin! Kang sent me a great list of recommendations for Ninh Binh. You can also book lots of tours through the front desk. Laundry service is quick and there was never a wait for the bathrooms. The hostel overall feels safe and clean. There is also free beer at 6.30. I wish there was somewhere to do your own laundry or hang things up so they could dry without using the dryer through the laundry service. Also, make sure to bring earplugs and an eye mask - my first room faced the street and was a little noisy (but it’s the Old Quarter - it is like that pretty much everywhere), and my second room faced onto a common area with a bit of light. However, the beds are comfy and the air con is good so you will sleep well.

• Jérémy (7/5): - Hostel bien situer dans le vieux quartier a proximité de plein de chose, restaurant, bars night market, salon de massage etc.. Aucune insonorisation, des enfants qui crie entre 2h et 3h du matin, mais aussi a 6h ... Et la restauration en dehors du riz et des nouilles est vraiment insipide et au vu du prix je trouve ça un peut cher il vaut mieux manger dehors . La piscine était relativement froide, étant couverte et dans lhostel on je m'attendais a ce quelle soit plus chaude

They also have a swimming pool if you’re interested. They have large lockers for storage which was appreciated. Also the location is super good and not far from majority of the attractions. • Ella (10/5): Upmarket hostel, excellent staff, great location. - Gavin was so helpful with arranging an extra day for after we returned from Ha Giang and arranging a bus to Hue with a taxi pick up. Location was perfect - close to everything in the Old Quarter but not loud at all and you couldn’t hear anything. The bunk set ups were super comfortable and spacious with UK sockets too!! Everything was super easy. The showers could’ve been cleaner but for hostel standards were very good!! Although our bags were looked after well, the luggage storage is an unmanned unlocked room that anyone can access at anytime from the street - we didn’t have any issues but could’ve gone wrong easily!

• Manca (10/5): - I like it very much. The beds were so comfortable and wide. Also liked that its not party oriented. The stuff was super helpful and assisted me with anything i needed. I saw the reviews claiming that the stuff is rude. Thats not true. Some was a bit quiet but you could see they are very young so of course they are still learning, but there is always at least one stuff member who is talkative and very very helpful.
• Alessandra (9/5): - Questo ostello è perfetto per visitare Hanoi. La posizione è molto centrale e si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. I dormitori sono bene equipaggiati e comodi, ognuno con il proprio armadietto spazioso che funziona con la chiave tessera della camera. I letti sono comodi, con tende ben funzionanti, luce e ripiani per poggiare le cose. I bagni sono puliti e comodi. Anche le aree comuni sono molto gradevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile Kang alla reception è stato molto gentile. Inoltre hanno un centro informazioni dove ti aiutano ad organizzare spostamenti ed eventuali tour. Gavin e Anna soni stai molto gentili e utili nel supportarmi nell'organizzare i miei giri. Veramente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non posso che consigliare questo ostello!

• Federica (8/5): - Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, l’ostello in pieno centro quindi la posizione è comodissima per girare la vecchia città. Le camere sono abbastanza silenziose e pulite. Letti comodi. Il vibe non è esattamente quello di un ostello, più di un albergo con delle camerate. Non ci sono cene in comune e le aree comuni sono piccole e utilizzate per lo più in maniera molto “individualistica”.

• Kelly (8/5): Satisfaisant ! - Le lieu est vraiment chouette et accueillant. Vous pouvez réserver moultes activités sur place. Vous avez de quoi laisser vos bagages ou prendre une douche hors des chambres. La chambre etait propre et suffisamment grande. Les cabines de douche sont toutes petites.
