• Martina (10/5): Perfetto! - Camere confortevoli e molto carine. Zona centrale e ben collegata a tutte le principali attrazioni. La Signora Giovanna é stata molto gentile e disponibile, permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli l’ultimo giorno per goderci al meglio la giornata. Consigliato e quando ritornerò a Napoli soggiornerò senz altro presso tale struttura!
• Mara (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr hell und sauber, Fenster zum Lüften. Großes, modernes Badezimmer, ausgestattet mit Föhn. Bequemes Bett. 20 Cent-Münzen parat halten, dann kann man den Aufzug nutzen. U-Bahn Station Piazza Cavour 5 min entfernt. Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist leider durch andere Gäste sehr hellhörig gewesen. Bei Ankunft war niemand vor Ort um mir die Türe zu öffnen. Vielleicht hätte man vorab mehr Infos bekommen können.
• Enrico (6/5): - La posizione era ottima e la colazione al bar era buona e ben assortita -La camera non presentava il balcone come invece indicava la descrizione iniziale -prima dell'accesso in camera, non ci sono state comunicate istruzioni per le chiavi e l'accesso alla camera e nemmeno per gli orari della colazione. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere 4 volte la stessa cosa -le dimensioni del bagno come stanza sono giuste, ma il lavandino era microscopico. Si sbatte la testa al rubinetto mentre ci si lava la faccia -avevamo chiesto che ci fossero portati dei cuscini in più , ma non ci è stato dato un orario. Abbiamo aspettato in camera 3 ore . Pare sia stato un fraintendimento interno allo staff. Sarebbe stato molto più semplice comunicare un orario . Abbiamo poi ricevuto una chiamata alle 22.30 mentre eravamo a cena fuori. La prima chiamata l'avevamo fatta alle 17.30.

• Elisa (9/5): Molto accogliente e pulito - B&B molto carino e accogliente, la posizione ottima. Consiglio di tenere da parte 0,20 Centesimi per poter accedere all’ascensore ed evitare le scale che con questo caldo sono pesanti da fare a fine giornata, ma non è colpa della struttura ma lo prevede il Condominio. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata super gentile e abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie anche l ‘ultimo giorno dopo il check out così la mattina abbiamo fatto un ultimo giro per Napoli. Non c’è la colazione ma non vi preoccupate che nelle vicinanze ci sono un sacco di pasticcerie. Troverete in camera anche delle cialde per farsi il caffè o per farsi il tè e dei dolci omaggiati dalla struttura. Super consigliato.

• Mariana (5/5): It's only worth for a really short stay - Good price for the location, the apartment is near the center and with many restaurants around. Due to problems in our stay, we got an extra apartment for two out of the five days we stayed without paying extra. We had many problems during our stay: - we rented a triple room, but the extra bed was a super small sofa, that even unfolded in the middle of the night. It's definitely not suitable for an adult, even though this is not explicitly written. We had to look for an extra room in another B&B for the third person to sleep. - both the shower holder and the shower door were broken. The place is in need of manteinance - the sink was clogged. - we asked for extra blankets and they couldn't provide - the elevator was broken on the first day, but has been quickly fixed - the staff does not speak English, only Italian
• Ssyuss (5/5): Bene ma... - Buona la posizione e carino l'arredo curato recuperando mobili antichi. Nel complesso siamo stati bene. Le porte antiche sono belle ma non offrono alcuna privacy: essendo vecchie fanno passare luce e rumori. Purtroppo sentivamo gli altri ospiti che entravano e uscivano. Qualche dettaglio è stato trascurato: il saliscendi della doccia era rotto, il bollitore della saletta non ha funzionato. Nella camera ci sono poche superfici da appoggio. In qualche punto abbiamo trovato della polvere accumulata.

• Kristina (9/5): - Guter Ausgangspunkt, um.Neapel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Maria war sehr bemüht und mit sehr angenehmer Kommunikation. Zimmer und Bad ausreichend groß und sauber. Kleiderschrank gibt es nicht, aber Hängemöglichkeit mit paar Bügeln. Die Haltefunktion des Duschkopfhalters in der Dusche war defekt, das Duschen ging aber auch so. Küchenazsstattung: Becher für Kaffee und Gabel/Messer. Das wars. Wir habe auswärts gefrühstückt, daher waren an Küche nicht angewiesen. Küche hat keie Ausstartung, um Mahzeiten vorzubereiten und zu sich.zu nehmen.

They provide a coffee capsule and a coffe machine in the common area. To take the elevator a coin was needed. I thought that was a really weird thing, as it was the first time in my life to see that.

• N (1/5): Worse property I had stayed in for so Expensive - The only good thing about the property was that It was clean, I’ll give them high points on that. My flight was at night and I was going to arrive to the property around 22:00. The hotel had Free Cancellation (3days before your booked day), so I contacted them on many occasions letting them know & asking if my late arrival would be ok, however no answer on the phone, no answer to my messages for many days… I could have cancelled if they had replied to me on time about late check-in. FEE & the bad reviews I had read, However they are cheeky and replied to me just on the day of check-in.  Receptionists/Staff spoke 0 English, which is a big negative as a starter. We had to use google translate which made it long and difficult to even make the check-in. On top the reception was so hot, I was literally having a melt down. I had booked a double room for 2. However There was no TV, No tall wall window to see yourself fully dressed, no small fridge, they didn’t have the things written on the website they said they have, they have concentrated on the triple room to advertise the whole property, which is a bit of scam. Air conditioning was useless the first day I had arrived, I couldn’t sleep the whole night because it was too hot, ALSO because it was TOO Noisy from the STREET 3 floors down, windows are useless, no sound proof, Also No curtains, no privacy, couldn’t get much day light because of that. I was so happy my stay was over and checked out earlier than I should so I could settle in my new property. It was the worst property I had stayed for that expensive. & yes it was very difficult to locate too as many have already put in the reviews. The entrance/gates were very scary but then I noticed most places here are similar, but definitely not the one I had booked after.

Monica is really helpful when asked. the facility itself looks clean, and the air condition works well:) you hear a lot of noise from the street, a lot of cars beeping all the time and it is noticeable apartment is a bit small the kitchen is a bit in lack of stuff, and it is a shared area. the woman that welcomed us can’t speak a word in English and it was difficult to communicate

The apartment is close to the Metro and within walking distance of many of the major hot spots in the city. The location is probably not the best in Naples but that is likely reflected in the price. Having travelled first from Venice and then Rome, it was quite a change.

The main problem, and I don't know if this is an Italy / Naples-wide thing, but the bathroom smelled awful from sewerage. Honestly it was so jarring and distracting, it made the place impossible to enjoy. The staff didn't speak much English which is fine generally, but when we sent them a message about it the message was ignored.

So cute and helpful for a coffee or a cold drink from the fridge. The hairdryer barely worked. Needs replacement.
• Caroline (7/5): We had a pleasent stay at Supportico Lopez - The room was really nice and had a good size for two people, the B&B is located really central, it’s just a few walking minutes to the train station or the shops and the owners are nice and welcoming even tho they don’t speak english they make you feel very welcome! Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn‘t working properly and our room got really warm at night.

• geharvey (10/5): Great One Night Stay - Newly decorated and very clean. We stayed here for one night - in the quadruple room. Great amount of space for the 4 of us. The bathroom was also very spacious and the shower was good. There is a fridge in the communal area which is helpful. There are 6 rooms in total and the whole apartment is lovely.
